    Bought a rental property that had some old plumbing issues from a 1960 build. NCPD Has been helpful and efficient from the start. Staying firm on their estimate to the final bill was important to me. The work they did was top notch, especially considering the old plumbing they had to work with.     I highly recommend NCPD Service Inc. We had our tankless hot water heater go out and had 3 plumbing companies come out to take a look. Tiago was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and even suggested installing a filter to help reduce water scaling. He and his crew had a new unit and filter installed that day and at a price that was cheaper than the other 2 plumbers.

    These guys are fantastic! We build high end custom residential homes. We started Using NCPD around 6 mnts ago. They are very professional and prompt. They have met and exceeded our expectations time and again. From the get go, Igor came out (very quickly) accessed a situation that another plumber had left me holding the bag. Within a couple days he had guys on the job and bailing me out. Since then his guys have continued to impress us with their attention to detail and just their availability in answering the phone and correspondence. Once David gets on the job, they excel at getting the work done and getting it done right the first time. Not only are they quick but, they do an amazing job. I highly recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs. They have really helped alleviate some stress for me personally!

    I highly recommend this firm. I had a good experience with the NCPD staff. They explained the process, particulars about my new Instant Hot water heater and water filtration system. Not only did they ask about my concerns but they addressed them to my satisfaction throughout the process. The workers were respectful of me and my property. They did a super clean-up after completion. When I noticed something after the installation that did not look right, Igor came out to look at it and they fixed it to my satisfaction. 5 Stars

    Igor and Thiago recently replaced my tank water heater with a tankless system and did an additional water line repair at my home. I would highly recommend their services. They were prompt to give an initial estimate and schedule the installation. They communicated frequently, answered all of my questions and showed up on time as promised. Their workmanship was efficient, clean and professional and I’m very satisfied with the installation and the system they delivered. I also know that the price they charged was reasonable as I did have another estimate for a tankless HW system to compare it to.

    They were incredibly quick and responsive during the Christmas freeze of 2022, getting us back to water, also on another occasion they helped repair/replace a pressure tank on our well thinking that was an issue and when it turned out to be a different issue they gave a discount to accommodate, and they followed up to ensure that everything from the well people turned out okay. -Excellent service-fair prices-Thiago will not rest until you have water, the guys great. Not going anywhereThey came back in ‘24 because my house plumbing is dumb. All my options were laid out clear pricing excellent service I’m signing up for the membership.

    Thiago and Pedro were amazing.They came out within hours of my call to fix frozen water pipes at our spring-head.They were knowledgeable, professional, conscientious and fixed the problem.Thiago followed up the next morning to ensure we had water.He took photos of the issue and of the steps they took to resolve this from happening again.I would highly recommend them and will use them for any needs in the future.Plumbing emergencies are never fun but dealing with Thiago and Pedro made for a very good experience and outcome.

    I reached out to NCPD, among other providers, for converting from a tank to a tankless water heater. They were very responsive and able to come out quickly to do an assessment. Their communication was very strong and they even came out another time before installation to verify a particular question that I had and told me theyd be available to install the next day. This was along with coordinating with their electrician partner, who was also great. All-in-all, it was a great experience and their pricing was very reasonable compared to some others.     We needed some toilets replaced and got an appointment fairly quick. It got delayed because of an emergency that came up with another customer. However since ours was not an emergency I understood. We want our plumbers to prioritize them and let’s me know they would likely do the same for me.They were easy to get a hold of and communicated well. Crew that came out was very friendly and professional. They ran into an issue because of the way the bathroom was built but ended up staying late on a Friday to finish the job. In the end they did an excellent job installing toilets and I appreciated the good communication with front desk and crew that came out. I would recommend and use them again.

    We were having some ducts replaced in our basement when one of the men told me he detected a tiny gas leak in our on demand water heater.I called NCPD and left a message and emailed them from their website.To my surprise, I received a call within about 15 minutes asking if the technician could come by in 10 MINUTES. This to me is unheard of.The technician found the culprit and replaced it in minutes.Makes me feel very secure in my home in this day and age of having to wait forever to receive service. I am very grateful for their superior service.

    Had a small leak from my shower drain, noticed it going through the floors to my basement. Wasn’t sure if it was the gasket; ended up calling Thiago, and he was able to get me scheduled in. I showed him the problem, and he was certain what it could be. It was really an issue with the putty and seal, he was able to diagnose. He made some adjustments, and after testing it very thoroughly, the leak was fixed! Super fast service, and price was fair. I would highly recommend and absolutely use them again for any plumbing job. Great work!

Their quote was significantly better than two other plumbing companies based in Asheville, and, even better, they were able to finish in 2 days less than the other companies quoted us with barely any disruption of water.     This past week I had very complicated plumbing work done to my home. The work required some thought and research on how to best accomplish what I needed. Thiago Lopes, one of the partners of NCPD, came out to my home and did a site review to see all that was involved to bring water into my home from an outside well in case there was an interruption in city water service. He then worked with me over the course of a few weeks to put a plan together and then came out and completed the work. Thiago did an amazing job. Professional, thorough, neat and process oriented. More than satisfied and would higher recommend NCPD to anyone needing plumbing service.

    I called NCPD plumbing for faucet replacement in the kitchen, water line install for my refrigerator, new toilet install for my 1/2 bath. They also replaced my leaky water heater in the crawl space and repaired some copper water lines. They also installed a second water pressure reducer for my main water line coming into the house to eliminate humming sound. Not only that they answered my phone call right away, they put me on their schedule promptly and I could not be more happier. They were on time, kind, professional and when all the jobs were finished they cleaned up after them selfs. I will be using this company for all my future projects and would recommend to everybody.
