    We called Moody because they had done an outside pump replacement about a year ago and did an excellent job at a fair price. This time we had a plumbing issue inside our house that was caused by excessively high water pressure coming into our house. The guys showed up right on time and spent about 4 hours replacing and repairing various components in our system. They were very thorough and Im confident that our house is back to normal.

    Excellent plumbing company. After I scheduled the appointment to flush my tankless water heater I received texts and emails to let me know who would be coming and when. They arrived on time and performed the job quickly and cleaned up when finished. Very reasonable rates. Definitely recommend them and will use them again.

    John came to our appointment expecting to replace a broken pressure-adjusting valve that had necessitated turning off water supply to my condo for several days. Turns out, the whole unit needed replacing. He re-scheduled his afternoon appointments so he could install the unit and provide water I had been without for nearly a week. He was professional, skilled, congenial and empathic, and I would welcome him back for any plumbing need.

    Weve used Moody Plumbing to move a water pressure tank and and run new plumbing for a sink. They also replaced our broken water heater when we were out of town. They provide fast and friendly service and their prices seem reasonable compared to other quotes we got. Would definitely recommend them

    Team arrived early to fix a bathtub leak. Got the job done promptly and fixed the problem within an hour. Finished early so spent the extra time checking the rest of our tub for any other problems, making sure not to go over an hour to increase the charge.     We needed a whole house water filter system, a new pressure tank (well water) and a gas line ran for our grill. James arrived a few minutes early for the estimate. Very nice guy. I had a written estimate within an hour (promised by end of day). We agreed on the price and we set up an appointment for early the next week. Things were going too well so far! Install day arrived and I received a text that the installers were on the way, they were early. Clayton and Ken did an excellent job. They were really nice guys and they were patient answering my questions. What a unique experience. Fair price, arrived early, nice people and good work. I recommend Moody Plumbing.

    Ken arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem with the pressure reducing valve. Due to the age of the PRV and how the valve had been originally installed some creative plumbing was required. Following installation of the new valve, checks were made throughout the house for leaks and the system pressure was adjusted. Next the flash hot water heater was flushed, drained and returned to service. Ken provided excellent service and readily answered any questions I had. I am very satisfied with the quick and thorough service provided by Moody Plumbing.

    Moody Plumbing is top notch! They returned my calls right away and showed up on time, every time. They were respectful, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. We had to have our sewer pipe replaced, which meant digging up our front yard. (We had just leveled and reseeded it a year ago so I was really nervous!)I’m so impressed with how careful they were and how they left the yard afterwards. All we have to do is throw down grass seed! The damage is minimal and everything is working great now! They are also very reasonably priced, especially considering the quality of their work and their high level of professionalism.     Highly recommend Moody Plumbing. They plumbed our new house and were super customer focused. Like any new construction, theres always a few curve balls. They quickly addressed those. Their staff plumbers were always willing to answer any questions including training on our Navien hot water heater operation. After construction and we were settled in, they came back to install the fire pit gas line. I was out of town and my wife was somewhat stressed with this work. Chris and Clayton did a fabulous job and eased her stress level. She raved about these two gentlemen and their work ethics.

    Words cannot express how much I truly appreciate Moody Plumbing. They are absolutely incredible. They didnt have anyone to come to actually do a repair until tomorrow but were able to make it today and complete the repair.     Called Moody Plumbing and within a few hours they sent someone out to assess our issue. We had a leak under our kitchen sink which had been going on for longer than we thought so we had a lot of wood rot. Dylan pulled out the sink and added 2x4s to reinforce the sink which hadnt been installed properly from the beginning. Issue fixed in a few hours. Very impressed with the service and pricing. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Its rare to get such quick response these days let alone high quality work with fair pricing. 5 Stars

    Clayton was a great technician and came same day for service which was incredible! My only complaint is that there was never an estimate or quote given until he was finished and requested nearly $900 😳 Lesson learned to ask first. I also didn’t even get my fireplace working after all of that work which is frustrating and disappointing

    I had a major plumbing issue in my home. I called several plumbing companies to get a estimate.Bobby Moody came out the same day that I called. He was very knowledgeable and I instantly knew I was in good hands. I had a few other plumbers come over to assess and none of them came close to being as thorough and realistic about the work that needed to be done.Several days later a few plumbers came out from Moody‘s plumbing and fixed the issue very quickly and efficiently. They gave me great advice but did not try to sell me on things that I did not need. I feel like I had wonderful service from Moody‘s plumbing at a very reasonable price and I will use them in the future from now on.It can be hard to find dependable people to work on your home and I can cross finding a plumber off the list. These guys are the honest and dependable and I am so thankful that I found them!

    Mood plumbing did a good job with our original project (setting up plumbing in our utility closet) and we are very thankful for that. However there was some miscommunication on the additional projects we had them complete. We requested a sink/faucet to be installed in our kitchen but only the faucet was put it in. We put both the new sink/faucet in front of the old sink which made it even more frustrating that only the faucet was installed. I would say it would be a 5 star rating if not for the miscommunication but pricing was fair and in general the customer service was good

    Everything about doing business with Moodys was professional from start to finish. They were on time, the workers are very polite and helpful, and they did the job in a timely manner but didn’t charge what the job called for the charge by the hour. Most companies have a set fee for a particular job based off hours, they charged a me a hour fee for changing a pr valve and only charged for materials when most would say it calls for 2 hrs. So long story short they are honest and fair! It was a pleasure doing business with them

They discovered a toilet leak had caused substantial damage to the flooring in bathroom including under tub and vanity.     Our tankless water heater died suddenly and we were desperate to replace it immediately. Out of the ¡more than twenty! plumbers I called, Moody was the only one willing to help us out on a Friday night. We have a very busy Airbnb which shares the same water, it was vital that we address the matter promptly and I couldn’t be more grateful for Moody going into overtime to get us back in service after hours on what was surely a king week.     Needed a main water line from city meter repaired. Leak was not obvious in the front yard. I dug up ground near the water main and found water coming from beneath a tree a previous owner had planted years before. Dylan and Dom from Moody worked with my schedule and were available in a very reasonable time frame when other companies were weeks out. They confirmed the leak, got rained out once when trying to trace the line to house, but they were superstars and connected a temp line over the ground to my main water inlet. Saved me hundreds of dollars. I used to pay about $100/month and my last bills over $300! They came back the next Thursday after the 4th of July weekend giving me enough time to rent a trencher. I had hoped to find the old line by cutting through it. I did not find it. They brought back detection equipment and found the pipe quickly in the dry conditions. It was 1.5 feet deeper than I trenched. In a 2.5 hours after detection they had me set back up at 75 PSI. Total project cost was very reasonable, partially because I did the majority of trenching and backfilling. Probably saved about 1/2 the total cost. I highly recommend them.

    We discovered a leak in our basement coming from one of the upper floors in our house - the problem was we couldnt figure out exactly where the leak was. We asked a contractor/friend in the area, and he emphatically suggested that we call Moodys. Moodys came out 2 days later (it wasnt an emergency leak), found the problem (leaky drain in a guest bathtub) and fixed it.     Moody did all the plumbing for our renovation last year and did a fantastic job. They just came back to do the annual cleaning of the instant hot water heaters and inspected all the plumbing installation from last year. They are the best at what they do!

    Found out we had a leak on our water line outside, called a local large plumbing company, they quoted 4500$ to run a. Complete new line. I call Moodys, the owner called me back after hours on a Friday. Had a crew Chris and CP onsite the next Tuesday fixed the cracked coupling. Total cost $347. Moodys is a rare find in companys today. Honest, professional. I cant say enough good things. I have found my plumbing company for life. Chris and CP were great showed up on time, cleaned up explained the issue and what was needed to fix the issue. There was no upselling, just an honest quote and great work.
