Fabulous company. Responded right away to the issues I was having and was very knowledgeable. Tony spent time explaining the problem at hand and never seemed bothered or irritated if i didn’t understand right away or had further questions. Additionally, I felt comfortable having him in my home, which as a woman who’s husband travels a lot, was priceless to me. Very prompt and on time! Pricing was great. Work was excellent. Overacker plumbing will be my go too from here on out. Highly recommend

I could not be happier with the entire process using them to install our new tankless water heater and water softener. Unlike the other 2 companies I got quotes from I was able to get an accurate quote over the phone without them having to come out and try to sell me things I dont need. Saved me thousands over the other 2 quotes I received. Very honest, professional, friendly and walked me through everything in detail. Even went above and beyond by fixing another gas connection I asked about. If you are in need of a new water heater or Im guessing any other plumbing need I would highly recommend. 1/2/2024 Terry and Gregg come to acess and provide us an estimate on a pretty big plumbing job, old house. Answered every question without hesitation, gave options as to how they could go about the repair work. We scheduled with them for the work to be done 1/8/24. Gregg and his apprentice Gino arrived on time fully prepared. Gregg has many years of experience and it certainly shows in his work, very professional and meticulous.Friendly team as well which is important too, but we tried to leave the team alone to do the job without us getting in the way.We had to wait 24-36 hours to use our shower, with the new pipes,shut off valves installed , bath tub faucets had to let the sodering take effect and solidify fully. Used it at 4am this morning and worked beautifully first time! No more drip, drip, drip.....Dont hesitate, if you have a plumbing job that needs a professional, Call Terry Overacker Plumbing!!

Request an appointment online and got a quick polite call back. Scheduling(non emergency call) was just 2 days out. 2 guys came out, looked over the problem and gave me a quote. Little on the high side but not over the top. Got right to work after agreeing to the quote. Work seemed to be top-notch. They definitely new what they were doing. Check Google maps or their website for a small discount. I would have no problem calling them again. Thanks

We were getting a new sink installed and needed everything including our garbage disposal unhooked. My husband found the task out of his league and the installers were set to come today. I called Terry Overacker Plumbing and they were able to come out before the installers. Rick and Tony were wonderful to work with and theyll be out again tomorrow to hook us up again

I have had occasion to use Overacker Plumbing on several occasions including, just recently, drain clearing and repair. We have an old house with old (1905) plumbing, a lot of which needed replacing. It was done quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price. I expected quality work and I got it, excellent quality. Would I use them again? Definitely. Would I recommend them to others? Definitely. All the bathrooms needed total replacement and Overacker Plumbing did a great job. Ill use them again (though I hope the old plumbing in the house stays healthy for a little while).

We hired Terry to replace a bathtub faucet that was leaking internally and dripping into the basement. They fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. One of the new tiles was a little bit out of alignment, and they came back gladly and re-did all the tile-work... above and beyond the call!We were very impressed. My tub faucet was leaking and had seen better days. The team of two showed up, looked at it, gave me my options of repair or complete replace, and were in and out in 45 minutes.Very professional, very efficient, and I have zero complaints. Id recommend them to anyone.

We first tried a different plumbing company that dug into the wall, and temporarily fixed our problem. They recommended the solution of bigger PVC pipes. This sounded odd to us, and when the problem occurred again, I decided that we should call Terry Overacker plumbing, as I had used him in other areas before. Terry was able to come out and accurately assess our situation, and fix it with no problem (and not get into the wall)! This was a great relief for us and he offered up additional solutions that would make our situation even better. Terry is a solid value and I highly recommend his company/services.Fields family

I had Terry Overacker Plumbing install a natural gas tankless water heater in my house. When we put it on the market it was the number one selling feature. We could run the dishwasher, the washing machine and take 5 showers and still have hot water. We built our current house and just moved in. The builder installed a water heater with a tank again. We will be having Terry Overacker Plumbing coming out to remove it and install a tankless water heater right away.

I was really impressed that the owner answered his phone after 10 pm. He gave immediate advice on how to handle the situation and asked us to call back in the morning to schedule an appointment. I had a basement floor drain backing up and they were able to come out the same day to get it cleared. They augured out the piping going to the main and, importantly, they tested their work to make sure it was truly fixed. When they saw it still wasnt draining as fast as it should, they took the extra time to investigate and found an additional blockage and cleared that as well. It drains like a champ now and its one less thing to worry about!
