    Center Point shut down our gas due to a very minor gas leak going to our furnace. Service was prompt(came within 1 hour) and our plumber was willing to wait 2 hours after he completed his work to ensure we passed inspection so we could get our gas turned on ASAP.The service level was above and beyond our expectations.Our Plumber was an active listener, trustworthy and transparent. The work performed was completed under estimated time and the quote was accurate.We are members of their service plan, so there was no service fee and we got 20% off the bill. Not bad for emergency service.We are happy and will continue as return customers.

    My wife and i were extremely impressed with the service form Jade. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He kept us informed during the whole time he worked on our plumbing problem. He offered several solutions to our problem. With a house full of people for the holiday, and no water, he was able to quickly replace our water softener. I would highly recommend Ben Franklin plumbing and especially Jade for any further needs.

    Brent/Ben Franklin plumbing was outstanding and I am recommending him to all my friends. They answer their phones quickly, Ben was on time and friendly and knowledgeable. He identified the issues quickly and fixed them completely, being sure to show us the problem and walk us thru the fix. He also installed a new water heater. There was no big sales push. Just helpful info the aid is in the decision making. He was very thorough in answering questions, kept us informed throughout his work, and left everything spotless. 10 stars for Brent and Ben Franklin

    Jon and the whole company experience was amazing. We had a cracked toilet flange and he came out and walked me through options. As I mentioned the other things we were dealing in the house he was great to inform me of the other things the company does and even give estimates. After figuring out the option that would work he came back the next day and worked by himself and replaced the whole flange and piping to the main stack. I also asked him about the other things in the house that we had been having issues with and he was able to give advice and look at them with no condition or worry for extra charge. He is amazing and I would highly recommend Jon to anyone. He even shared his personal cell in case something came up in the future with his work.

    Jon from Benjamin Franklin plumbing fixed our plumbing leak today. He did a great job. We also really like the fact that BF plumbing didnt have any of those ridiculous service call fees tacked onto the bill. They showed up when they said they would, gave us a fair and reasonable estimate and got the repair done the same day. I would highly recommend these guys for any plumbing issues!

    I have needed Northern one hour to come out to my house three times since Black Friday for three different reasons. I couldnt be a happier with them sending Steve to my house. I was feeling so much anxiety over water leaking into my basement as winter hits Minnesota. Steve immediately put me at ease and made me feel better about the situation. He figured out what the problem was immediately and had it fixed in no time. This is just another great experience Ive had when dealing with Northern one hour. Well worth the membership

    Jon was friendly, very knowledgeable, competent and thorough with his water heater tune-up and plumbing inspection. He noted areas that will likely need repair in the near future and gave us suggestions for improvements in other areas. He was not at all pushy about his suggestions. Will definitely be happy to have him back for repairs or tune-ups!

    Absolutely phenomenal service by Bryon! Fixed a difficult problem without needing to jackhammer up the concrete floor to get at a corroded pipe joint free of an extreme and solid blockage. Fantastic communication and upfront information about what would be done and how much it would cost. Signed up for residual service subscription saving lots of money and receiving several benefits from a company which I would always use in future anyway. I couldnt be more pleased with the service received.

    Felipe was able to arrive earlier than was originally scheduled and, boy, that was fortunate! We did not realize the full extent of our issue. Felipe spent a large part of the day getting some very old clogs out of our pipe from the kitchen to the main drain. Our house is slab on grade with no crawl space. The plumbing would only be able to be accessed by digging up the concrete floor. But Felipe used the camera to view what was needed, and then used every piece of equipment to get those clogs out for good! And he was able to help us have full knowledge of our plumbing. He is an extremely dedicated and hard worker!

    I love this companys service! They sent Gabe for our hot water heater and safety checkup (part of a service plan we have with them). Gabe, and the other technician with him, did a thorough and professional job. He sat with us afterwards to show us the status and what some recommendations would be for improvements or service needs that could be pending, based on the age of our system. No pressure, just great information. We will discuss the report and pictures (sent to our email) and decide next steps. We will definitely go with them for any of it.

    We have consistently been pleased with our service and the folks (Aaron most recently) that come out to our house. We initially called Benjamin Franklin plumbing for an issue we thought we had. It turned out it was nothing and they didn’t charge us for the visit. When we decided to install a water softener, we went with them since they were honest and fair but really only because of that first call. Great interactions since. While I’m sure they have many locations, it seems like you’re dealing with a family business that cares.

    Reid and Tyler did a great job of installing my new water heater. They were on time and did nice neat work. They even evacuated the air in the lines before leaving. Every trip, they put on booties to keep my house clean. Very polite and courteous to me. They took the time to explain the new heater and how it worked. I highly recommend this team!

    I woke up this morning to a leaking hot water heater and water all over. I called Benjamin Franklin and they sent someone within an hour. Unbelievable!! Lukas determined that my 23 year old heater needed to be replaced and did a wonderful job. He explained everything and got everything working perfectly within a few hours. Very professional. Very thorough and able to explain everything perfectly. I have decided that I now have found my future plumber because of their work and their trustworthiness.

    We had decreasing hot water pressure and had dealt with Ben Franklin plumbing previous so I gave them a call. Brad came and evaluated everything that was happening and clearly offered a few different options for us.I chose to just replace the water heater (and fix a small unrelated plumbing leak). Two days later the team arrived to replace the water heater and all work was excellent and the team members were great.My only issue came after I did some research on what the average price is have a new water heater installed. My cost was almost double the high end of most estimates I found online.Bottom line, the work was excellent, but spending well over $3K on a water heater and small leak repair seems ridiculous in hindsight.I would encourage getting multiple estimates.

    December 23rd and family coming to visit - probably the worst time to have a plumbing emergency. I called five other plumbers and only one could show up with a $250 fee. I should have known to just call Benjamin Franklin right away.Two technicians here and disaster averted in a matter of hours! I cant imagine how they would be any more respectful and knowledgeable.     Had a service technician out to look at some potential plumbing jobs. Jon was friendly and courteous and professional. He provided quotes for each job making the pricing and costs transparent which is a big plus and one that is hard to come by with other companies.     Jade was sort of the lead but Hunter and Gabe played significant roles as well. It was an after-the-fact plumbing job on new construction. Many took a look. Some passed on it. Others couldnt confirm it was doable until they tore a lot of things apart. Jade confirmed it could be done while admitting that the unknown could affect the bottomline. He then went to great lengths to keep the cost under control and to keep the collateral damage and costs (roof repair, insulation replacement and drywall repair) to an absolute minimum. Very happy with the work and the customer service.

    Byron came with an amazing attitude nice to the kids. showed him the problem very knowledgeable on a couple reasons why the problem could have happened. He came up with a couple solutions.     I am generally skeptical of subscriptions to companies, but I have been very pleased with Ben Franklin plumbing. They have done a mainline and boiler inspection for me two years in a row. The technicians who have come to my house have been on time, thorough, friendly, and helpful. They do not encourage unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend!

He then contracted the Ben Franklin restoration team who came out within the hour to assess the damage and assist with information required by our insurance company. So far, this experience has been far above expectations. We look forward to working with Steve in the near future as he and team complete the repairs.
