    I have waited to do a review on my a/c installation to see if there were any hidden gremlins in the install. Gladly no gremlins, no problems, just satisfaction and appreciation on a job well done. From my first contact with Jackie at Liberty Comfort Systems to the same day service call by E.J. to assess my problem to the installers Shane and Ryan, who were professional and didnt rush thru the job but did it right the first time. I have recently cut ties with a home warranty company. I was pleasantly surprised to see professionals come to install my new a/c unit. Unlike the home warranty company techs who are driven by jobs done and not jobs done right. I am glad I chose Liberty Comfort Systems. Thank you E.J., Shane and Ryan. And to Jackie for her professionalism and cheery attitude. Not having a/c in August can make one crabby. But Liberty expedited my repair and we were up and running in less than 3 full days. Awesome!

    Dan is great, as usual! When he was done, we had a good discussion about our furnace. Using his pad device he was able to tell me that our furnace will soon be 15 years old, and from the testing he did today he told me that it is running as efficiently now as it did when it was first installed! He also told me that (other than filters) weve not had to replace any parts in all that time. It was nice when he told me that we should be able to expect another ten years of life with this furnace. I expect that in the spring Dan will tell me much the same about our air conditioner.

    Excellent service as always! Returned my call quickly on a Saturday morning. We scheduled for Monday morning, the technician called 30 minutes prior to arrival and was willing to talk through the problem and helped me understand what might be happening.     Chris is awesome! Chris and Joe did a fabulous job. We had damage in our electric box..smoked up our basement.Lost most of our power. Met with Chris on Monday and Tuesday by 5 pm up and running.     My wife and I had the unfortunate experience of replacing the entire HVAC system in our house after five months of ownership - furnace and air conditioner. But we were very pleased with our decision to work with Liberty Comfort Systems. Jim was great to work with on the front end; he was honest, patient, and willing to explain any and all details. Its obvious that he takes pride in the business him and his wife have created! On the back end, we really enjoyed working with Shane for the installation.     Awesome job with our duct cleaning! The guys were very professional, on-time, kind (which seems oddly hard to come by these days)...all in all I would highly recommend. I really loved their text-alert program so I knew when they were on their way to our house...very cool!

    We had Liberty install a new A/C and furnace. They were extremely prompt and informative when we had them give us an estimate. Comparing them with another excellent competitor, we were given a few more discounts, and a couple of suggestions/options. They set up an install at a date we suggested. Their communication of letting us know when the installers were in route and arrived at the time. Installers were courteous, answered all questions, explained what they were doing, and had both installations done within about 6 hours. Excellent choice, and would highly recommend them!

    Technician was awesome. He let us know when he was on his way, and he arrived on time. He did a very thorough check up for us. This was scheduled as a tune up for our central air, but he also did a quick check on our thermostat and furnace to make sure they were in good working order. We highly recommend Liberty Comfort Systems for sales, installation and service!

    I had sone trouble with my furnace, there were two error codes and we were not getting heat. The Liberty tech was very prompt in coming to our house. He was courteous and knew his stuff. Within an out half an hour we were back with the heat.

    Liberty has always done a nice job with solving our heating and air conditioning issues. Recently, we have started having them work on some electrical issues as well. Today they came out to replace some old outside house lights with LED fixtures. Chris and the gang completed the work quickly, professionally and at a fair price. The lights look great and perform well too.

    The technician who conducted the seasonal service did a great job. He was very professional. The company, however, dropped the ball. It was mid-July when I finally called to find out why no one had called to set up the Spring AC tune up. The reason - theyre waiting for the Cottonwood trees to stop shedding. I called back in mid-August and got the same excuse. By now - I refused to pay for an AC tune-up so we agreed to set up a September appointment for a Furnace tune-up. Sure glad my AC worked all summer and hope that it was a good year for the Cottonwood trees!!

    AMAZING! I called in the morning regarding major storm damage needing electrical repairs. Kim talked to the owner who recognized the calamity of my situation and sent Chris, Ben, and Joe 1 hour after the call they were here! Chris, Ben and Joe I witnessed to be professional, knowledgeable and caring of the situation, on top of that not the usual price hike because “insurance will pay for it.” BONUS VETERAN OWNED!     Liberty has been amazing to work with. They promptly helped us at the beginning of the summer when our A/C wasnt keeping up with the heat. We eventually decided our old system was ready for an upgrade and they got a whole new system installed and set up for us. They walked us through financing options and different system options and our rebates to make sure we were making the best decision for our house. The A/C started making a weird noise and they sent a tech out to help us quickly. I am very happy with our new system and very happy with the service we have received

    We had a whole house dehumidifier installed and a vent moved. The dehumidifier ended up having an issue functioning at the start of a new season and we had to have them come back out a couple times to figure it out. Not my favorite dealing with that, but they were so nice and helpful and actually CARED about making it right. They always had someone come out quickly to repair. I was very impressed with how they took responsibility for an issue that occurred months after the installation. (When our AC turned on for the season, for example, an issue arose because it didnt like being combined with the dehumidifier) It works now, thanks to their quick action! Their customer service was top notch and that is so important to have when youre spending a lot of money to have something installed in your house. I would recommend!!

    Jim from Liberty Comfort Systems came to my home today to quote a new A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable, professional and above all, honest. I thought my AC unit was in need of replacement, but Jim found that my furnace latch wasn’t fully closed preventing it from running. He closed it unprompted and it started working again. He stated that I should have a few more years before the need to replace. I was very impressed and will be using Liberty Comfort Systems in the future!

    Our furnace went out this winter and Jim came the same day to give us a second opinion on purchasing a new furnace. He was super kind and knowledgeable. He ever brought us some space heaters to keep us warm until they could install our new furnace. Their prices and brand beat the other company we were looking at using. Even when I called the other company to tell them that we were using another company, they were shocked at how great their warranty and price was. The technicians that came out were also awesome.     We first came across Liberty Comfort Systems several years ago at a trade show. We were so impressed that we ended up buying a whole new HVAC system from them! Since then we have had nothing but positive experiences from this local, small business. We are on their maintenance plan, so twice a year they send a service tech to check/clean our furnace (fall) and AC in spring. (They also offer discounts on parts, filters, bulbs, etc if you are on their plan) .We have never had any issues with this company. The techs are very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, respectful and keep you informed of everything that they are/had been doing. The office staff is extremely friendly and very responsive.This is a great company that really cares for their customers that I highly recommend.

    This company is amazing and has helped us so much. Friday night in Febuary our furnance went out and we where stressing about it. We got one quote with a diffrent company thought we would go to the home show at US Bank Stadium to check out if other companies where there.     Woke up today to a chilly house, our boiler had gone out during the night. I called Liberty because we live nearby and I drive by it almost every day. I spoke with Karen who was friendly and very helpful... they didnt have a same-day appointment so I asked to be on the cancel list. Luckily, they called about an hour later and had moved a few things around to fit us in! Dan came right in the 2-hour window, diagnosed our boiler as needing a good cleaning (he asked if we had been doing renovation work, which we had), cleaned/tuned up our boiler and the heat is back on. The process was the best Ive experienced, automated texts/emails to keep you in the loop and not wondering about the timeframe or anything!     Wanted to get an EV charger installed. My initial phone call and experience was somewhat iffy. Had an appt. But wasnt scheduled so no one showed up. Spoke with one of the owners and she tried to right the situation the best she could by taking off a dollar amount from the total if we complete the work with them. Chris came out, along with Ben and assessed my home and current set up. With a quote much higher than expected and a recommended panel upgrade. We wanted to shop around. Researching and explaining what we could be lacking if we didnt do the full upgrade. We decided to work with Liberty Comfort Systems and Chris and Ben did a phenomenal job with the install and upgrade to our panel. Very personable and easy to talk to. There was never an uncomfortable or awkward moment talking with either of them. The work was well above expectation, very clean and neat. Made what seemed to be a high estimate now worth every bit.     Ive had 3 heating/hvac companies out to look at my furnace.     Tom came to my house today within MINUTES of my calling the Liberty office. I needed an urgent service on my rental in Minnesota, but I currently live in Northern VA. From halfway accross the country, I was able to get my water heater changed without a hitch! Thanks Liberty!

    Guys showed up on time and sent text when they would arrive. Everything from initial visit with John and Jim went extremely well. Had 8 workers here and they all knew what their job was. John was the foreman and informed me with a couple issues that we worked thru. Extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend Liberty to my friends!

    The staff at Liberty were amazing to work with! They came out right way when we called to have someone come look at our furnace that went out in -10 degree weather! From the phone communications to in person interactions, all staff from technicians to the owner were very involved and professional in getting us the services we needed as efficiently as possible! The installation staff were very respectful of our home and very knowledgeable. We now have a new furnace up and running, they re-piped our exhaust piping which was previously done incorrectly, and we set up to get central air installed with Liberty in the spring! Their installation and equipment rates were very reasonable and the financing was easy and affordable for our family. Can’t thank Liberty and their staff enough for helping our family and on the coldest days of the season to boot!

    Had whole house iron filter installed today. Tyler called me on his way to say he was stopping to get gas on his way and asked if I needed anything like a coffee or bottled water that was unexpected and a nice touch! When arriving they put on shoe covers and we’re conscientious of not making a mess. Install went great and both Matthew and Tyler spent extra time making sure everything was just right before leaving. Much appreciated!

    The technician was great, everything else seems great. I have not seen the invoice yet to know if the expense was a great value. The price was more than what was quoted on the phone, so I’m assuming more cost was due to increased work. The technician certainly seemed through and took his time so given the time spent I’ll assume it was a good value.

    Furnace was working intermittently. contacted Liberty around 8:00 AM to schedule an appointment. Karen explained they were all booked up for the day with a few technicians being out but would try and get a technician out later if one was available. She set up an appointment for the next morning just in case. Karen also made space heaters available if needed and suggested that Carbon Monoxide be installed. A technician came to my house around 2:30 PM on the same day, completed a diagnostic check of the entire furnace, made the recommendation for repair, made the repairs and was done before 3:45 PM.
