    This is the second time Ive called superior for my furnace needs. Both times, they were quick to respond and got me on the schedule right away during winter (specifically Christmas time). Both times (4 different guys, including interns) they were extremely respectful, honest, transparent and took the time to explain everything to me. I really appreciate the added educational information that they are willing to share, because Im always curious to know how everything works or is supposed to work. They never push me to upgrade or pay more than what is necessary. They always inform me of my options, which allows me to choose what will work best for me, my budget and my home. They are quick to get the job done, so they only charge what is necessary. Ive been very impressed with their professionalism and care for the work they do. 100% would recommend to others.

    Great working with Superior Heating, A/C, Electric and Plumbing to replace the burners in my furnace.     I have had Superior Heating come out for the last several years. They have always been very reliable and professional. This week they came out and installed a new HVAC SYSTEM for me. They were on time, courteous and professional. They left things cleaner than when they arrived and went over everything I needed to know about the new system. Everyone from the office to the installers were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

    Contacted Superior after our furnace stopped working consistently. Secondary heat exchanger had failed. Chris went through options to repair/replace the furnace. We chose to replace. Superior was great on guiding us through all the rebates and credits that are available for high efficiency furnaces. Install went well. Everyone involved in the install and service were very professional and friendly!

    Great company to work with and we are extremely pleased with everything including working within our budget. From Kelsey in the office to Chris who came out to quote a new furnace to Kevin and Logan who installed the new furnace. They were all wonderful to work with. Very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain and answer questions. All areas were protected with drop clothes and they always wore shoe covers when walking in the house. Very respectful of our space. Very neat install and they cleaned up like they were never there. Awesome company!

    The Superior team recently installed a new Bryant furnace and AC compressor matched pair, replacing my 20 year old Lennox system that was failing, and allowed me to avoid the new 2025 EPA mandate for new AC refrigerants that require updates to standards and building codes to allow for their safe installation.Jake and Kelsey in the home office are very professional and responsive to customer needs, and the technician team led by Chris did a prompt excellent new system upgrade that has many new energy savings features that will save money above the federal tax and energy rebates available for new installations.Stellar company to work with that will give you Superior results!

    The lead service technician, Bill Seeker, was not only a quality plumber but an excellent communicator who explain everything he was going to do to get out hot water back on. The company is also amazing in that I called them around 7 PM on a Monday night and Bill and his assistant where at my house by 10 AM Tuesday morning. Our 12-year-old water heater has sprung a leak, so we knew we needed a pro to help us. He removed the old unit, cleaned up the tangled mess of copper lines and left us with a very nice looking water heater installation. Bill and the Superior team did a great job and I will be a loyal customers. Thank you!

    Superior installed A/C & furnace at our old house so we knew who to call when the A/C conked out at the new one. These guys are responsive, polite, & patient (explaining problems) combined with being great with dogs. They’re also respectful of carpets by always wearing boot covers. We are so comfortable with them I would give them my garage code at this point.

    Superior installed a new AC for us. The technician did a fantastic job. Wore booties over his shoes when coming inside. Did a very nice job cleaning up the area where he installed the A-coil in the furnace. I definitely recommend all their services!

    The team from Superior Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical that came to our house to replace an old furnace that decided to quit during the coldest week of the winter was top notch! They arrived on time, put on their orange booties to keep the house clean and took their time walking through the work they were going to perform. They worked quickly and when they were done, cleaned up and hauled all the old duct work and furnace away. I highly recommend Superior. From start to finish, it was a great experience.

    I had an 18 year old 90% efficient single stage furnace. It was okay but the fan created drafts while it was warming up and was noisy. It finally quit working so I called Superior. The crew was friendly, knowlegable and quick. I now have a 2 stage that is quieter and the heat is more comfortable. In the past I had small jobs done by Superior that always went great.Customer for life.

    Just before the 2021 Holidays our furnace went out. I called on a Monday morning to have someone come out and diagnose our issue. Superior was able to come out same day and check it out. They informed us that given the age of the furnace and the scope of the repair it would be best to replace it. The technician and Kelsey (in the office) took note that we had a new baby and worked diligently with us to get a new unit installed. We are SO satisfied with their work. Not only did they get the new unit installed and haul away the old one, they worked with us in order to figure out other parts of the process to make it happen.I am very satisfied with Superior. I certainly would recommend them to those who are in need of HVAC work.

    Superior replaced my furnace and AC. Gordy (sales) was very knowledgeable about the different models which helped me with my decision. The service techs, Chris & Ryan, did an awesome job on the installation. Professional, polite, I had total confidence in them.     I had just moved back to Minnesota, less than a month in, my Furnace started going out in the dead of winter. I didnt know who to call. Centerpoint Energy booked. I was by myself in uncharted territory. I saw the Superior label on the 20 year old furnace. I called and Kelsey had someone out the same day! They were so good to me and professional. I was really pleased. But the story doesnt end here. Two weeks later, the coldest day of the year. I woke up to a cold house and my furnace not working. Again I called Superior and Kelsey sent out Chris that afternoon. I ended up needing to replace the Furnace. But they got right on it. Helped me out. They are sooooo nice and trustworthy. I couldnt be more pleased and grateful. I now have a new Bryant furnace, and a trusted business that I can rely on. They are all great people and know what they are doing.

    Bought a house in 2012 with an AC that never worked. Superior came out and tried all they could, but essentially we needed a new AC. No problems or concerns since. This week our furnace went out, they came out 3 times to try and fix it, but to no avail. Got a team member out early this morning, and had it done quickly at a great deal!Superior comes highly recommended. They had good availability, were very professional, and had great explanations to the problems and solutions that were presented to us.We will continue to use them for all of our needs!

    The owner of this company was also my landlord for 4 or 5 years. Hes a very straight forward guy, compassionate and fair.     I want to highly recommend the customer service at Superior Heating. My home air conditioning stopped working on a very hot weekend and I called on a Saturday evening and left a message. I received a return call within minutes and the tech patiently explained some things that I could check myself before them sending someone out. When I took the steps he recommended I discovered the problem and was able to fix it myself and they charged me nothing for their time.     When I made the appointment for Jamie to troubleshoot our “electrical mess” I wasnt totally surprised that my diagnosis wasnt the place to start.A really good electrician will figure out what you should have wired to a microwave. I simply had too much on one circuit and my husband was left in a dark shower too many times!🤣 while I enjoyed my reheated coffee!Not only was Jamie knowledgeable, he was kind and patient when explaining in laymans terms what was really going on.After he corrected what others had done (before) that contributed to tripping multiple circuits, he assured me “all was well” after installing proper wire/circuit for the microwave.So simply put- call Superior if you want anything done right and most importantly to assure that your place is up to code!

    I have been having issues with my air conditioner. After Center Point Energy determined the unit had died and condemned it, as well as trying to convince me to buy a brand new air conditioner, I stopped at Superior Heating to get their opinion. Kim in the office was very helpful and technician Dan Little came out to check out the unit. Two Center Point Energy technicians could not find the leak (they both said there was a leak somewhere) but Dan found the leak in less than 20 minutes. Superior Heating just saved me $3600 for a new unit which would not have worked anyway since Center Point Energy couldnt find the leak! Thank you Superior Heating, Air Conditioning and Electrical!

    Our water heater started leaking at the bottom. We got a replacement unit but needed it to be installed. We called Superior Heating for an estimate. The price was less than half of the one quoted by a competitor. Fifteen minutes later the technician was at our house installing the new water heater. They have excellent customer service and knowledge. I would highly recommend.

    Superior helped me by installing new light fixtures before and after a renovation I had done on my ceilings and the service was above and beyond what I expected.From the scheduling to the service men who came out to my house everyone was extremely professional and courteous. I always received a call from the electrician when he was on his way and never had to guess with a timeframe that other places would typically give you. I highly recommend Superior to my family and friends.

    The techs at Superior Heating (specifically Ross and Tim) are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. Ross installed a new air conditioner for me and Tim came out to help fix a furnace problem. Both times, the techs were on time and did a very good job explaining what they were doing and why. I feel that I can trust their opinions and will definitely use them again.

    Imagine getting a phone call from one of your renters at 10pm that the heat has stopped working. They also mention they called the fire department just left because they thought there was a haze in the air and and is just so happens to be a balmy -3 out. Kyle P was the on call technician that night and I couldnt be more pleased with the way this company operates. Kyle was able to diagnose the problem and get the heat back on very quickly!!! Thanks for being quick, honest and the company I will always call for all my heating and cooling needs moving forward. Kyle, I appreciate the level of service you provided me. I hope everyone I refer to Superior gets to have Kyle out to perform their service!!!
