    Majestic Builders was a great company to use for our home improvement: pool deck. From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Jenny was quick to respond to any questions prior to initiating our deck project. During the build, Jake and Colter were phenomenal at keeping the job site tidy. So nice to see people that care about their job and other peoples property too. They arrived on time, and worked efficiently, even in the hottest times of our Redding summers.     Great experience and happy results replacing our large deck. Majestic also help with multiple small projects at our recently purchased house to make it our home and help us personalize it (custom living room cabinetry/dry bar and dining room floating shelves). Chrissy was amazing, thorough and accurate with estimate, great communicator as well. Jenny our production manager was great at keep the project on schedule and helping through the inspection process. Both Chrissy and Jenny help point us in the direction of local trades people for other projects we were doing and we had awesome experiences with all of their referrals (which was super helpful since were new to town). Jack our lead installer did a great job as well.

    If you’re interested in quality and professionalism then go with Majestic. We had a large freestanding deck built on a slope and it turned out better than we had hoped! Jenny came out well prepared to provide an accurate estimate. Jake and Coulter, crew, were excellent, so nice, so polite and such hard workers even the oppressive heat. Jake communicated with us and Jenny for clarification at each step along the way. No snafus!!We found MB’s to be an honest, reliable, up-front, professional and accountable builder! We would hire them again and recommend to our friends. You get what you pay for!

    I cant share enough about Majestic Builders. they worked clean. no mess after each day. they changed my electric stove top to gas and now i can cook better than ever. theyll do the small things. the new hinges on my cabinets are the new hold the door closed. no magnets or door grabbing post and grabbers type. the interaction with the staff and the men remolding the kitchen was very courteous and allowed the sharing of information easy. this is the third time i have had them do work for me and i will go back to them if i need anything more. repeat customers say a lot.

    We have a large window in our formal living room that leaked terribly when ever we had a storm. The carpet was destroyed and the wall needed to be repaired. We choose Majestic Builders from word of mouth. We were not disappointed. We were so impressed with Chrissy. She was prompt in letting us know what was going on, responding to my calls, and organizing the entire project. Chrissy is a perfectionist and she made sure everything was done perfectly. We were especially impressed with her attention to detail. We need to have our patio cover repaired from last years hail storm and have already asked Majestic to do the work. We look forward to working with them again.

    Majestic Builders stands alone in my book of the very best vendors I have *ever* worked with! As a matter of fact, I now consider them FRIENDS! After purchasing a new home in Redding, I was in dire need of a very large patio and cover. Majestic did a superlative job working with me to design the patio, plan the work, execute the job and finally follow-up to assure everything was done to my satisfaction. I could not be more happy with the products Majestic used and the subcontractor they used for the patio concrete (make sure and ask for Brian - he is amazing!). Majestic went the extra mile to help coordinate with my landscaping contractor and made three projects into one. Rest assured, if I need additional work Majestic will be the first and only contractor I will call. Well done & keep up the fantastic work!! Once my landscaper finishes his work I will post pictures of my new patio and cover!!

    During the huge snow storm in February that knocked out power to most of Shasta County, I called Majestic Builders for help hooking up a generator to our home. Despite being extremely busy because of the storm, they sent someone out that day to help us. Office and service staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate.     Majestic Builders replaced power line stanchion bent to roofline by oak limb falling on power line after heavy snowfall felled limb. As on previous occassions they were prompt at helping us out in getting power back to home. As usual they also did a great job were courteous and resonbly priced. Would have given 5 stars except senior field electrian failed to test main breaker contacts with panel so I had to reset main breaker contacts to get power to panel. (REU personell walked me through the process. I wouldnt have minded that so much if that senior field electrician hadnt spent 10 minutes trying to impress my neighbor with how knowledgeable he was with almost 40 years experience. Seems that 40 years didnt teach him to cover all the basics. LOL That said I will hire Majestic Builders in the future as they always follow up their work with a request for anything I found could be improved, and they took my feedback on the above with a promise to follow up with their senior field electrician.

    Majestic was retained to construct a patio cover and separate swim spa cover and act as a general contractor for the concrete and electrical work done by subcontractors. They also were to coordinate with the spa retailer. They performed the work timely as contracted for and when there were any scheduling or other issues they responded quickly and satisfied any concerns that we had. Their recommendations on certain design and lighting aspects of the job were excellent and they incorporated the changes to the contract seamlessly. I recommend them highly.
