Price CHighly recommend. I came in off the street with nothing but photographs of what remained of an older unused well, just a sealed well head and an older yet functional pressure tank. Not only that the system I needed to install was an incomplete solar pump system completely off grid. I had Controller, wiring, panels, pipe and pump, nothing to connect pump, poly pipe and wellhead to the pressure tank. Everyone jumped in to help, no problems with terminology, if I called something a wrong name it was simple polite correction. They took the time to look up the system I had, let me know its capability and what to expect. Three fine gentlemen basically built what I needed piece by piece on the bosses desk. I walked out of J & J pumps with a completed head assembly along with very very very valuable tips on next steps. I wont be looking anywhere else in Anderson California for well needs. Hands down best customer service Ive ever experienced. PWC

I was devastated when our well pump stopped working. I thought it had many years to go. I called several companies. J&J Pumps had the best price and could come out the next day. We had 3 trucks and 3 men. They found the problem quickly and did a professional job replacing everything with quality parts. I asked a lot of questions and they answered them all. I watched them do a good portion of the work. Im pleased to recommend them if you find yourself without water unexpectedly.

While the installers were super professional and knowledgeable, front end was a little rushed and forget getting any answers afterwards. The installers alone made it a 5 star experience. Had a service issue. The tech was knowledgeable too. Fixed me right up.This was a huge expense due to fire suppression issues. I have 2 well heads left to do. . . . .workmanship carries a lot of weight. Front end warm fuzzies alleviates a lot of anxiety.

J&J Pumps responded within hours of our initial call. Unfortunately for us the problem ended up being that our well pump was not in water. We were presented with options and ultimately decided to have a 2600 gallon tank and new pump installed. The new pump sits lower in the well which is now filling our tank. Not only did J&J complete installation of the new pump and tank within a couple of days of us deciding to go this route, they were instrumental in processing our insurance claim. I am thankful for the services provided by all the staff and HIGHLY recommend J&J Pumps to everyone! Thank you J&J.

My elderly parents water stopped flowing from their well. They called the competition first (I wont name names), they came out and told them they needed a new pump, be about $3000. (but gave no written estimate so couldve been more), then said they couldnt get the work done for a week, so they left their house hooked to the neighbors garden hose. I checked with my electrician for his advice, He said go to J&J Pumps and get a new control box because the capacitor read low amps. While I was there they offered to come check it out for free. Our well pump went out on a Saturday morning and I wasn’t having any luck getting calls returned even from “on-call service persons” .I calledJ&J Pumps in Anderson on Sunday on someone’s recommendation and had a great experience with them. Dustin Silva and his co-worker ended up getting to my place Sunday evening after working all day on someone else’s well problem. They diagnosed the problem, got the necessary parts and by 10:00 pm I had running water. Dustin kept me informed of their schedule and how much longer before they would arrive. A couple weeks back our pressure switch went out on our pump in Manton. On a Friday night, of course. I had no way to diagnose the problem and thought our 20 year old pump might have bitten the dust. We called J&J and their service technician Dustin phoned us back that night and made an appointment to come out Saturday afternoon. In the interim I was cleaning the area and bumped the pressure switch and it kicked back on. I phoned Dustin--who was on his way to Manton--and explained what had happened. He felt that the pressure switch points may have been fouled or damaged. He was ready to walk me through cleaning them, but when I asked if replacing the switch was a viable option, he said yes and that Reeds market in nearby Shingletown had them in stock. I drove up the hill, bought and switch, and made the repair myself. I never would have been able to do that without Dustins knowledge and advice. He saved us a considerable amount of money (a weekend charge for an emergency visit and whatever the cost of him replacing the switch would have been) as well getting our water back on in a timely fashion during this summer heat. We are very thankful to J&J for not only having such smart and capable employees, but also allowing them the leeway to make a diagnoses and give advice over the phone if that better serves the person calling. Needless to say we will always call J&J with any future well or pump problems. Thanks again, Dustin!
