I had some serious electric issues after purchasing a fixer upper (breakers popping, dead outlets, a live wire in the wall etc.) Supreme got someone out the next next morning. They are always response, professional and informative. Katie in the office works hard to work you in asap and Michael Osborn (electrician) is awesome to work with.

What we all want to know… Supreme Electric was considerably cheaper than another company I got a quote from. Considerably… $1000 cheaper!!!The entire process from Charlie coming out to get the details for the work order, to the ladies in the office, Matt and Brandon being 15 minutes early on the appointment date. The whole team was pleasant and a joy to work with!Installation of three outdoor GFCI outlets w/ in-use covers was clean and neat and the Matt and Brandon were professional and gave a thorough explanation of the work when they were finished even though it was raining part of the morning.Will contact them for my future electrical jobs!Just a peeve: I understand about the current financial climate but they do charge a 3.25% CC fee. Bonus is they accept cash for those that don’t want to pay the CC fee.Don’t judge my photography skills. Haha

Great customer service and fast, effective technicians. The admin staff did a great job with confirming dates and times, both by phone and email. The tech, Michael, was punctual, friendly, and a hard worker. He competently ensured all items needed for correction from inspection were completed to code and with the right parts (which were not as readily available as one would hope). Michael also conferred with his team to make sure a circuit issue was addressed in the most safe and cost effective way. All around a great experience and I won’t hesitate to call this company for electrical work in the future. Thank Michael!

Excellent service. The appointment was easy to make. The electrician, Bill, showed up precisely on time. He went around and looked at all of the scheduled work. He answered all my questions clearly and patiently. He worked steadily and finished the job as in the scheduled time. Quality of work was fantastic. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.New Job: Had an electrician, Michael Osborn, come out and install a new GFI in a cramped crawl space. Would give a 10 star. Woke up two weeks ago Friday. No power to GFI outlets in five outlets. Michael was great. Spent about 2.5 hours checking lines and circuits. Unable to locate and called in Sam and owners youngest son. They listened to problem history and were able to find the problem within 30 minutes (see photo). An arching wire tie cap in a GFI that checked out okay at first. They checked all plugs and wiring associated with circuit. Office staff are very courteous and professional. If you want experience, reliable, professional and friendly electrical problems fixed, not to mention cost consideration for work performed, call Supreme. I definitely will next time! But hope I don’t have any problems in future. A 1985 build. Thanks guys and gals!

Supreme Electric is going to be my go to company for electrical installation from now on. A couple of weeks ago I requested a free consultation from Supreme Electric which is done during certain times of the week. This was exceedingly helpful in deciding which direction I wanted to go. Keith was able to professionally and accurately answer all of my questions I had about an installation project I wanted done.After waiting for some light fixtures I had ordered from another company to arrive in Anchorage, I was eager to get the project going. From the word go Keith and Katie were responsive and ready to get the installation moving forward.Miguel and Mat showed up promptly and on time. They set the bar at a high level for what must have felt like a relatively small job for them. They did all the work I asked of them quickly and cleanly. They also did an excellent job of respecting the space, working in the tight confines of my home. They were even able to adjust the quote I had originally been given to include some additional outlet installation in my garage space.For a professional, and fairly priced job at any level, look no further than Supreme Electric!

Hiring Supreme Electric for a third time, this project was a lot more complicated. Supreme was contracted to upgrade an existing overhead service line to meet code by lowering the remote meter base, service grounding and bonding, install a manual transfer switch, and interfacing with the new underground line installed by Chugach Electric (Sturgeon) along with a number of additional complimentary items. Permitting required. Highly professional and courteous in a manner that did not interfere with the necessary in-home work.

Name; Michael Osborne did a quick check of diagnostics after I briefed him on my concern of indoor + outdoor elect. plug-in going dead a few days ago. Refrigerator + outdoor plug-ins went dead. Was an easy fix for him, replaced the outdoor EFI plug-in. Chkd all circuit breakers and outlets on that same line. He explained all diagnostic + work he needed to do which gave us peace of mind! I have unsuccessfully attempted to get an Electrician out for a small job for 3 years to bring our home up to code. We have had electricians in our HOA who still have not completed work on other projects. Many of the local companies I contacted just blew me off or did not show for prearranged appointments. I was disappointed until I found Supreme Electric this year through Google reviews. The owner came out and did an estimate and unlike the other local companies showed up on time and ready. His electricians (Charles and Ryan) came out and were magnificent. They got the work done and discovering a few issues worked to get those things straight as well. I was blown away by the difference, the professionalism, the friendliness, the promptness, especially after all the failed attempts with other companies. I am more than pleased with the service, the work and the professionalism. Highly recommend this company to service your electrical needs. They are simply awesome and get the job done right!

Truly cannot say enough good things.I am extremely happy that our property management company (Partners Real Estate in Eagle River, AK) has them as one of their contractors.Had an electrical emergency last night (smell of burning plastic at the breaker box) and called our PM’s emergency line. They sent out Supreme who arrived at about 11pm.Adam was absolutely fantastic. Quickly found the issue. Explained to me what was going on. And was able to do a temporary fix.And the next day they had another electrician (spaced the name, SORRY) at my place replacing the part that needed to be.I can’t thank Supreme Electric enough. An all around fantastic experience. Contracting with Supreme Electric was an excellent choice but Supreme Electric made the decision easy: They answered the phone when I called, they called me back when necessary, Keith arrived on time to estimate the job, he clearly understood the scope of work, and instilled confidence that they could do everything we needed done, and do it in a timely fashion. All that drove the decision to contract them for the necessary work. The reason well be using them, exclusively, in the future, is all the preceding as well as the ingenuity, professionalism, and performance of the Electricians that did the work. I cannot speak highly enough of Brenden, the Lead Electrician. In my wifes words: Hes a delight to have in the house. Once the work was completed, they cleaned up thoroughly; which is no small consideration, as well. Amanda, Katy, Keith and Brenden, we look forward to the next step in our project!!Update 9/3/2021This time around, we had our electrical panel replaced and relocated. What a big job! I believe I have used their services in the past and had a good experience, but this evening I had 50% of the power go out in my home after I installed a new light fixture myself. I gave them a call after hours to see about getting someone out and they listened to my problems and concerns, then suggested a few things for me to check on my end before having someone come out. She then suggested I contact Chugach Electric because it sounded like more of a problem on their end. I was very grateful to have someone who not only listened to my concerns but who made a suggestion that not only saved me money, but turned out to be the right route to go in the end. The electric company we previously used is no longer in business, so I picked Supreme Electric out from their ad from the internet. We were very fortunate to make that choice! They are everything you could ever want and more for electrical installation and repairs. It started with describing our proposed job with their office and scheduling a tech-see whereby we took our phone to the areas we needed services so they could see the jobs needed and provide a quote that we deemed reasonable. We accepted their quote and scheduled an appointment. The techs were here for two days and installed five pots lights in our kitchen ceiling. A previous contractor thought this would amount to tearing the ceiling apart, but they were able to avoid that and made suggestions for the right locations for the lights. They also installed a bathroom fixture in a small half bath and installed switches, light fixtures and a new fan in the master bath. All the while the techs were professional, cordial and skilled. You wont be disappointed with Supreme Electric.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH SUPREME ELECTRIC!!! Keith came to check out the electricity problem we were having for a month. We contacted 3 people before Keith and they couldn’t figure out the problem! I decided to look up electricians & ran into Supreme Electric. I read the reviews & gave them a call! I called the day of , then the next day & Keith came today. We found that the problem was underneath the Mobile home. What we found was very dangerous which could of caused the house to catch on fire! He did what he had to do. Also he explain the procedures and gave us options! His positive attitude made it easier during this hard time ! Excellent customer service!! 10/10 Thank you!! The team at Supreme Electric were technically professional as well as from a customer service standpoint. I used them to install heat trace on a trouble corner of my room. They converted a switch light to a motion sensor light, and then ran the necessary electrical outlet required to run the heat trace. Heat trace set to temperature switch so no action required on my part to turn on. I would use them again.Update: 2 years or so after initial installation the breaker for the heat trace started popping. Justins team came out and troubleshot the issue and ultimately decided to completely replace the heat trace at their expense. A company can provide you good customer service and you still might end up being dissatisfied. Supreme Electric provided excellent customer service until I was completely and totally satisfied. I cannot recommend them enough.

After a major wind storm in Anchorage, a tree on my property fell damaging the power line connecting the house to the power grid. There were many items that needed to be addressed in order for the electric company to hook us back up, and I was unsure exactly what I was going to do. I was able to work with Justin Morgan from Supreme Electric, who came out and conducted a site visit to assess the damage to the house. He was very informative and up front with what needed to be done, and quoted me a reasonable price with a military discount. His main concern was that the repairs were compliant with the specifications from the Municipality, and that they were done correctly and safely. The professionalism showed by Supreme Electric was top notch, and my wife and I were very pleased with the speed and efficiency in which they got the work completed. Ive used these guys on three occasions. Two of these I considered to be emergence situations. Being midwinter with temperatures expected to be in the signal digits or lower I experienced a power outage. Losing power in these conditions including the use of ones heater can be very stressful. Having someone being there for you in a timely manner and quickly solving your problem is very important. These guys have done that for me on two unrelated occasions. They were at my door in around 30 minutes and were able to restore my power with in an hour. They double checked everything to make sure the power was fully restored and waited to make sure my furnace was running. They were very friendly and efficient. You cannot go wrong by given these guys a call for your needs.

This is a permanent structure and requires a transfer switch to turn it on automatically when power goes out. He gave me a very reasonable estimate, accurate timeline for procuring the generator and when he could install, and kept me informed about the progress. I was thrilled that it came it ahead of schedule and he got it installed WITHOUT any additional charges. Cant say enough about how he treats his customers! Completed job on time and left home site very clean.

Moved into home with a a gfi breaker for dryer. Dryer would trip immediately when plugged in. Noting GFI breakers for dryers is anew since 2020, nothing worked. Danny was sent to investigate our issue. Danny was polite, knowledgeable and professional. In a short time he noted the 30amp GFI breaker Neutral was grounded to the wrong position, due to other issues with the location of the 30 Amp breaker. He did his thing, showed me the issue, identified the repair, and fixed it. It’s a real relief when these issues are identified and fixed properly. Thanks Danny and Supreme Electric.

If you have used contractors in the Anchorage area before? Then you know how rare great customer service is.
