    I couldnt be happier with the exceptional service provided by Pivot Maintenance. They handle everything from plumbing, electrical work, flooring, custom build-outs, and even take care of general maintenance and winterizing tasks around my home. The team was professional, prompt, and highly skilled in every area. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly, and their attention to detail was outstanding.What impressed me most was their ability to explain the issues clearly and provide cost-effective solutions without cutting corners.     I had Pivot Maintenance Management come out and look at some work I needed done earlier this year. The tech that came out Scott was very professional and experienced. He took the time to explain to me what needed to be done to fix my issues. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs quality work done. I will call them again if I have any other problems.

    Scott and Duke did an awesome job locating the leak in my ceiling, fixing the pipe and then sealing it all back up with Sheetrock texture and paint! Very timely work and communication throughout. Appreciate it guys.

    Pivot does great work in a timely and respectable fashion. The owner (Victor) is awesome. He is straight forward, doesnt hide any information, and provides updates of projects along the way. I highly recommend using these guys! 5 stars!

    Pivot has been a great company to work with. As a property owner it’s nice having a team like this that helps keep my property in great rentable shape. I like how when an issue pops up they reach out to me and give me options on what i can do. The staff is always great and knowledgeable especially Aaron.

    Josh came to my unit to perform some minor work on my babies bedroom. He was amazing!! Quick, efficient, and interacted with my child and cat amazingly!! I’m definitely requesting him specifically next time I need work done. He’s also an awesome neighbor!

    Pivot is one of the best companies in Anchorage. The crew is very knowledgeable on what they are doing and give 100% on getting the job done right NO short cuts. Im very impressed with their crew and their new hire Bobby. Definitely give pivot a call if you need remodeling done right 👍🏻.

    Had to have some maintenance done on my apartment. They sent a man named Josh out. He was very friendly and quick. Very nice man had some very good conversations with him. Will definitely request him the next time I need work done on my apartment.

    Excellent handyman service. Josh was very professional, efficient and friendly. 10/10 would use his services again. He fixed my garbage disposal thing and had some great tips for overall home maintenance.

    The taller guy i believe his name was Scott or Scotty? Definitely hands down the best handy man I’ve had any experience with. Always clean when he left like he was never even there. Very professional and very respectful. Answered any questions that i had. Definitely would call them again.

    I had a problem with my hot water pipe and Pivot sent A guy named Josh to help fix the pipe. I am so ever great full because he knew what he was doing and was kind and understanding. Now I have hot water running in my pipes again.

    I requested maintenance on my apartment and Josh was the one who showed up to help. He helped fix the sink and I swear we tried everything and he was the one who got it to work!! He was very friendly and will definitely request him if I need more maintenance done in the future.

    Absolutely stellar experience with Pivot. They turned around a painting job for our new office within a week. They were professional, on time and reasonably priced. Highly recommend and will use them for our painting needs in the future. They definitely stand out in the industry!

    We heard about them through our Realtor that we off and on aquire property from and he always mentioned these guys. So, We decided to go with the property maintenance services. a few times we had to use these guys for some heating issues and water leaks + damage repair. in our newly purchased complex and they were very knowledgeable and very helpful even during a weekend right before a holiday! they also came within a reasonable time on the same day as was the call for the leak, with temperatures around negative 10. and right away started at it. told me he wasnt leaving until I can go to sleep warm, ended up going home a little wet and the young mans clothes were soaked lol. They sure have some mighty fine guys and gals working for them. Thank you for your service.10/10 would recommend
