We really loved working with Jesse Keagle. He was on time, efficient, worked really hard, and found and fixed problems with old wiring when replacing our lights. He legitimately kept our house from burning down and we are so thankful for his expertise. He made sure we were happy and was concerned with keeping our house clean. Hes so precise I noticed after he left that he made sure all of the screws were turned the same way on our outlet covers. Thats truly paying attention to detail.

The team of Matt and Nate is fantastic. We had to put in a new electric meter, a new circuit breaker panel, and wiring for a house built in 1963. Matt was amazing in his coordination with Chugach Electric and the city inspectors, and he managed the job and updated us regularly on its status. Nate was knowledgeable, efficient, a hard worker, and very pleasant to work with. We cannot recommend them both enough!

First and foremost, Raven Electric is absolutely top notch! We took our electric tec by snowmachine to our cabin 53 miles off the road system. He pounded out the job in 1.5 days and with short notice made it happen for us. My only complaint is that the owner Dave House needs to get out of the office more so I can show him how to fish. The bottom line, is if you want professional service and a job done right, Raven is a must for you. Ravens the best. I have been working with the team for years. They have resolved an intermittent power issue with a dishwasher, upgraded garage/shop lighting, identified and addressed a safety issue with a breaker, installed a generator, including all the permits, trenching, annual maintenance, all while dealing with a 40+ years old electrical system. The after hours on-call availability is good too. One call I made involved great troubleshooting over the phone so I could keep working on a project, with a recommendation for a specific electrical testing device to have on hand if the same thing happened in the future, and no charge for the time on the phone. From the first phone call, to scheduling, to getting the job done every person on the team brings expertise, commitment to quality workmanship, and a focus on customer service.

I previously called another electrical company with 279 5 star reviews to repair my service entrance damaged by heavy snow that slid over my cricket protection braking my weatherhead and shorting cables. Chugach disconnected me and pulled my meter. That company said it would take a week to get a Chugach engineer and muni inspections. They said theyd set up and rent me a generator and it would cost $5000 to $10000 to fix and my homeowners insurance will cover it.I felt like they had me over a barrel so I called Raven. They were out promptly and had everything taken care of in a few hours for less than their $1000 estimate. They even gave me a 10% senior discount.

My experience working with Raven Electric on my kitchen remodel was fantastic. This included much re-wiring after removing a wall and adding many new outlets plus wiring for relocating appliances. The project manager Matt was very responsive by both phone and email. He took the time to explain thoroughly and answer all my questions. I appreciated that he matched the electrician to the client. I would highly recommend Raven Electric to anyone.

I e-mailed Raven requesting a quote for hot tub emergency shut off. Matt Elliot responded next business day to gather information and set up an appointment for an estimate. The bid was completed in a timely manner. I was advised Raven was approximately a month out at the time my bid was submitted. I explained to Matt my hot tub would be arriving soon and I really needed this completed as soon as possible. Matt worked with my time constraints without changing my original estimated price. I was happy and signed off on the job when completed. It was brought to my attention by the spa company I would need some additional wiring from the breaker to the spa for power (not in my original bid, nor part of my request). I contacted Matt and he worked with me to get the extra wiring completed. Less than 24 hours later Matt called to say he had an electrician free if I was available. Im very pleased with the outstanding customer service I received from Matt and the team he sent to work on my project.

Ive worked with Raven professionally over several years and always knew they did good work but figured that they were a bit more expensive, so I didnt call them when I had major problem with the old circuit breaker in my 1960s built house.We called in another company and we had serious issues and their quote was around $3,500. My wife suggested Raven and I thought they would be more expensive (because of the quality of their work). They quoted us $1,500 and a delay of around a week to get it done. After it was all completed, our bill was $1,300.Our service tech Jason was on time and did whatever he could to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Working in service myself, I was impressed. He went above and beyond to get us where we needed to go (even checking out our somewhat flooded crawlspace and making sure our sump pump GFI outlet was working).Art and the team are fantastic folks that do the best electrical work in Anchorage and beyond. Dont be like me and call someone else, call Raven first. It may take a little bit of time to get you on the schedule (your mileage may vary) but the work is top notch and cheaper. And now I can sleep better at night knowing my electrical woes are taken care of.

From the initial planing phase, to the completion of the project, Raven has been professional, responsive and accommodating to a changing project.Raven Electric was contracted to upgrade my aging breaker panel and service from the Muni. The project manager handled all the permits and communication with Chugach Electric and the Municipal inspectors. The work was completed quickly.10/10 will use Raven again for additional electrical work.

Raven Electric hands down was the best quote and work. I had gone through two other electricians, both who wanted to put blank junction boxes on my wall in order to move a outlet and plugin during a remodel, with the intent to avoid going into my attack that has blown insulation.Art was great! He clearly has been doing this job for a long time and took one look at my job and provided a completely different solution than the others. Their Tech Lee, did a wonderful job. I have no junction boxes, no blank plates and Lee went into my attack to get the job done right! I will say I had to wait awhile for Raven to come do the job because they are busy, but they are well worth the wait!

This review is late incoming and much deserved! My block was hit hard by the wind storm with three trees down and two utility poles damaged. Dave was quickly on the scene assessing damage to services up and down the steet to determine (when power was returned) if the utility could connect and assisting with getting the power on in the house after service was returned. Great job and awesome customer service...a better job couldnt have been done!

They had to run wiring across the building in nursing homes, being cautious to not interfere with tenants and nursing staff duties. The team led by Eric Burger was fantastic. I can’t say enough about the terrific service we got from Raven. Jason came to our house at night in freezing weather to investigate our unstable electrical power. We were very concerned, especially about the burning smell in our living room. He stayed for hours to make sure repairs were completed and got Chugach involved in resolving the issue. Our heating system also suffered some damage and he further assisted us with a referral for that repair. He was professional and provided top notch service.

We recently had an inspection done for the sale of our home and there were a couple of items that needed addressing. I reached out to Raven and the person who answered the phone was friendly, knowledgeable and got me set up to have an electrician out within the week. Jesse was the electrician and he showed up on time and was professional and friendly. He addressed the issue on the list and offered to fix some other small things he noticed. He did everything quickly and gave me an itemized list and notes to provide to the realtors. And to top it off, the invoice came in under the initial approximate quote they had given me. I highly recommend them.
