    Had an issue with water backing up into the basement. Dale and Omar came out and correctly diagnosed, and then quickly fixed the issue. The price seemed to be very fair, and the two guys doing the work couldn’t have been nicer.

    I called on a Wednesday afternoon to see if a plumber could come out to install a new tub and shower faucet because I couldnt find where the leaks were coming from in the existing unit. To my surprise, I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning!When Justin arrived, he immediately put on protective booties over his boots and wore a face mask. I explained what I wanted to do. He checked out the existing plumbing, then suggested that we also put in shutoff valves and widen the access panel. I agreed to the plan. With that he began working diligently to fix and install everything. After he completed the project, he cleaned up both areas, entirely. I was able to look at the work, and ask a few questions then he neatly packed up and wrote out the invoice.The whole process was great and the work is top notch.

    These guys were life savers for me. In the span of about one month they replaced three ac units, two furnaces, one water heater, installed a new sump pump in a crawl space and ran a new drain line across my front lawn. Not only did they do all this on short notice, but for what I feel was a very good price. Every member of the team that I interacted with was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be giving them a call for all my future plumbing and hvac needs.

    Having no water from our well we searched for anyone who dealt with well issues. Amazingly DM was near and available. The dispatcher was efficient and helpful. Two technicians showed up quickly and were able to detect the problem. They were very helpful and got our issue resolved quickly. Great business to have so near.

    Dale and Omar saved me from buying a new hot water tank by replacing a mechanism that had been underwater during flooding. Also showed me that electric heat registers still worked after same flood. Less than $200 for all that! The company delivered within 4 days during a time when many people needed help. Terri, office intake, commiserated and calmed, and kept her word on scheduling. I recommend DM Plumb and Heat.

    My sister and brother in law went out of town and a storm hit and of course the sump pump went out…I called DM and they responded quickly as it was after 10pm on a Saturday…arrived with in what seemed like only minutes and within the hour he had it fixed and working again…at an expected price for the after hour service and parts. Highly recommend.

    Ive had to call them twice in 3 years at my home. Never a good reason to have to call a plumber but, both times, the guys they sent out were very nice and professional. My only complaint is on the second and most recent job, the price was a little steep considering the minimal labor and parts required to complete the job. I even helped the guy to make things easier! Guess I should have sent MY labor bill to the company! Good luck with that, right?!

    When you find a good car mechanic, plumber, electrician, you keep them. DM Plumbing & Heating is my go-to for plumbing and HVAC issues. I have had them out many times for plumbing issues and routine HVAC maintenance and they have always been prompt, informative, reasonably priced and have never disappointed. I highly recommend DM Plumbing & Heating.

    Called them in to evaluate an intermittent basement flooding problem. Thought for sure that it was a waste line back up problem and that the line needed to be snaked. The plumber spent about 45 minutes looking things over and then told me that while he was willing to clean out the line, he really didnt think that was the problem and advised I have the washer examined. I decided to follow his advice (and he turned out to be right). Despite spending a significant amount of time on site, DM did not charge me for the visit.

    I cannot believe how lucky I am to have found these guys! They do amazing work. I called due to a water heater failing and it was after hours. I talked to a gentleman who stayed on the phone with me answering all of my questions and then came out the next day. They we friendly, so knowledgeable and I feel like they went above and beyond. I will recommend them to anyone!!!

    D M Plumbing and Heating is top of the line in my opinion. If you want a cheap patch to save money you dont want to go here. I have had several different employees come out to my mothers house for anything from leaky faucets to replacing water heaters and repairing furnaces to HVAC. Theyre best.IMHO
