    Very knowledgeable and responsive to my phone calls.. not everyone makes answering the phone or calling back a priority.. and some of the ones that do call back seem to be irritated about it when they are busy. My water heater replacement wasnt an emergency but he showed up when they said he would and was courteous, professional, and cleaned up after himself. No surprise fees. Would highly recommend.

    The Water Heater Guys were awesome! Our old water heater started leaking over the weekend. We called their number and they actually answered the phone - great start. We made an appointment for Monday morning to have the water heater replaced. They gave us instructions us on what to do with our old unit until the appointment. They arrived on time and explained everything. They were very polite and cleaned up after they were done. We are very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

    Absolutely incredible service! I sent a message Sunday afternoon and by Monday afternoon have a brand new water heater installed. Nearly immediate response, so nice, on time, communicative, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to explain things to me. Great prices on top of all that makes them 10/5 stars! Will recommend to anyone who needs water heater service or replacement.

    They did an excellent job. After turning the water back on, there was a low pressure issue with our kitchen sink. They stayed flushed the water lines out and returned it to normal. I highly recommend The Water Heater Guys.

    Very friendly and professional from the start with the person answering my phone call to the guys that came to service my water heater. I called at 11:30am to request service and by 2pm two gentleman were at our house to diagnose the issue with the unit. They did a great job explaining our options for fixing or replacing and had parts and a new water heater on the truck to provide fast service for whatever option we chose. Once the new water heater was installed they went over the parts of the unit with us and explained basic maintenance. Great experience working with The Water Heater Guys!

    We messaged the Water Heater Guys after hours. It’s was around 5:30pm on a Wednesday and about 30 minutes after, we received a phone call and a quote. They offered to come in the morning. Can you believe that? They came at 9am, got a permit, told us our air vent wasn’t up to code, fixed it, exchanged the water heater, and had inspection done by noon. I’m so impressed! I wanted to tell everyone about how pleasant and professional the guys were. 5+ stars!

    Our water heater was replaced by their team. They were knowledgeable about how water heaters work and why our old was going out. The replacement process only took a few hours and they were able to complete the necessary work. Super pleased with how professional they were. I highly recommend them to anyone.

    We have never had our water heater go out so I was quite worried when it did. My husband called around and couldn’t find anyone even for an emergency but these guys came out the same day removed our old water heater and even explained what and how things happened. They eased my mind and even cleaned up after themselves. We are very impressed and will definitely be recommending them in the future!

    These guys literally saved my life today. We found a blown water heater and a flooded basement on our final walk through before closing on a house. We were frantic and desperate, and they came same day to replace our old tank.     I called The Water Heater guys on a Saturday because we had a leak in our utility room. They responded and asked me to send pictures of the issue, and were able (and willing!) to diagnose what was going on and help me by looking at the pictures and talking me through it. That let us get the water back on and avoid an emergency charge. I’m so thankful that they were so knowledgeable and helpful!!!
