We worked with Dima and his team to finish an unfinished portion of our basement including the addition of a new full bath, converting to tankless hot water, relocating our entire HVAC to clear up floor and ceiling space, and installing all new flooring in the finished spaces.Were in an old 1940s rowhome and Dima was excellent at recommending good design choices and trade offs. I cant overstate how satisfied we are with his attention to detail. Everything from making sure that new finishes complement the rest of our home, to taking care to protect our floors and walls during the construction. It all made a huge difference to the point that I felt 100% comfortable stepping away and letting them work in our home because I knew theyd do a good job.Dimas communication was great and the team was super mindful and easy to work with. NextDay Remodeling is our go-to for future projects or when friends are looking at having work done. Would definitely recommend.

We used Dima and his firm (NextDay Remodeling) to completely renovate our kitchen. They were courteous, prompt and careful in the work they performed. Dima was also helpful in guiding us through the process of selecting fixtures. We are pleased with the finish product and are happy to recommend them. Dima and his team did an incredible job of our complete first floor remodel in our new house. Best of all, they promised to be done by the first week of March and they were done a week early and within budget. Highlights: Converted an unused sitting room to an office (framed out a room and installed glass french doors), took down a wall that separated the dining room from kitchen and family room to create a completely open floor plan, installed kitchen cabinetry and gorgeous quartz countertops, custom hood above the range, gorgeous hardwood floors throughout, tile backsplash and fireplace surround, custom mantle above fireplace, ship lap accent wall. They also installed hardwoods throughout the upstairs and completely updated our master bath with custom tile, glass shower, free standing tub, etc. They installed LED recessed lights throughout, pendants above the island and dining... They are truly a one stop shop. We cant wait to use them again for the basement remodel!

My perception of remodeling and contracting work in DC has changed since beginning to work with Dima and NextDay Remodeling. From our first interaction I knew he was honest, talented, trustworthy and respectful. A welcome change as a female, who has had all sorts of experiences with different contractors in this city. Skilled in his craft, with an attention to detail that is unmatched, Dima’s entire team performs at the same level.I hired him to remodel my main bathroom, and he blew my expectations out of the water. My bathroom is perfect. We gutted it to the studs, did a tub to shower conversion, relocated plumbing, adding a rain shower, and replaced a window. The quality and craftsmanship is so good, even my minor OCD couldn’t find an issue! As a result, I have had his team complete some additional reno work, and decided to move forward my dream project - renovating my kitchen and relocating a bathroom - Dima is the only person I would trust to do this work.I do not make this recommendation lightly. I spoke to many contractors, both big and small names, pricing and quality was all over the map, and one was rude and condescending from jump. Save yourself the time and energy. If you have a remodel, whether it’s a bathroom, kitchen, or a pop up or completely renovation - call him. If you are considering buying a house and renovating it before move in. Dima is your guy, and NextDay Remodeling is the company that will get it done.

Super happy with the work NextDay Remodeling did. I worked specifically with Dima and he was professional and very responsive. He always made what we asked happen and got the project done quick. While we only had paint, lighting and fan installation, whenever we asked “do you think you can help with this” or “can you add this in” Dima always made it happen. He knew we wanted a bit of an upgrade with what we were working with and made great suggestions to spruce up the place. We will definitely work with him in the future and recommend to friends and family.

We hired NextDay remodeling to demo/redesign part of a floor/ceiling stone fireplace so we could mount a television, repair the ceiling from running wires, and paint our room. They used the inspiration photos we provided to create the look we were hoping for. After the project was complete we discovered a problem with the finished crown molding because it turns out our ceiling is quite sloped. Dima returned to our home and worked with us to change the design with the goal of better masking the slope. The NextDay team quickly completed the changes and we’re very pleased with their commitment to making sure their work looked good and we were happy.

I would highly recommend NextDay Remodeling. This was my first home project, and I was nervous about choosing the right contractor after hearing so many horror stories from friends and family. Dima and his team were excellent! They arrived on time every day, kept to the schedule, and were very friendly and professional.They also took great care while they were in my home, and a few small things really stood out to me and showed just how conscientious they are. For example, they moved pictures off the wall behind the wall they were tiling so they wouldn’t fall, when rain was imminent, they came by after-hours to cover up some of my items that were outside, they tidied up every day before leaving, and they reconnected my toilet every day because they knew it was my only one 😊, I could go on…In a nutshell, from my perspective the project was smooth-sailing, and I would absolutely use them again for future projects!
