The professionals at TLC Design Co. designed and installed over 500 feet of a combination of composite privacy and aluminum picket fencing for me. The TLC team patiently worked with my wife and me to pick just the right kind of beautiful and durable materials we were searching for.I was especially grateful that the installation crew and foreman were eager to make sure the job was done correctly and did not take offense when I pointed out that some of the fence-line markings needed to be re-aligned with the iron-pipe property markers and off-sets called out on the plat. I commend the professionalism of the installation team that worked diligently to locate the correct property markings.The FenceTrack with Perimtec composite boards and Great Fence aluminum fencing system came out beautiful!

TLC Design Co. did an outstanding job with the installation of electrical service from our garage to our yard! The project included permitting, 70 foot of trenching, installation of conduit, pulling over 130 ft of electrical wires, a 125 amp sub-panel, and four new circuits.I was particularly impressed with the teams responsiveness to email, text, and phone calls. The TLC Design team worked with me to resolve some tricky conduit routing in a way that met the electrical design requirements and my aesthetic demands.This crew went above and beyond by actually repairing the drywall in the garage after the electrical work was complete -- something other electrical contractor service providers have not done for me in the past.I couldnt be happier with the service and workmanship provided by this team of professionals! TLC Design Co. will be the first call I make for my future project needs.

TLC Design Co, installed a conservation landscape for us to deal with the erosion of our property due to run-off from the road. We met with multiple landscaping companies, but in the end decided to go with TLC Design, Co. They were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the project. As part of the project, TLC Design Co professionals worked with us to secure a grant to subsidize the project from the Virginia Conservation Assistance Program (VCAP) by providing a compliant design and supporting information needed for the application. They also worked with our VCAP contact to address any question they had about the project. In the end, TLC was able to provide us with a beautiful solution to our problem. I definitely plan to hire TLC for future projects.

Highly recommend Tactical! They’ve helped us with two large projects, including transforming our backyard from an all brick eyesore into a beautiful patio and green space. We also worked with Tactical to put in drainage in our driveway and redo our front yard. They were always responsive, professional and worked with us to find a solution in our budget. We also appreciated how they look at the environmental impact of each project and suggest improvements.
