I am so glad we found Mitch and Foundation Medix. Mitch came out and gave us a straightforward assessment of our basement foundation and potential water issues, and a no-pressure estimate for an under slab perimeter drain system. We decided to hire him for the job as we are finishing the basement soon and wanted to do the waterproofing as a preventative measure. Mitch was responsive to my calls and texts, and easy to communicate with. He also helped us navigate the permitting process, which we are new to, and worked with us to coordinate timing of his work with the renovation contractor. His crew was polite, worked efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. We feel so much better now going forward with the renovation knowing that the drain system is in place and will protect our investment in the finished space.

Very honest and trustworthy. After several other companies quoted us a variety of expensive options for our project, Mitch gave an honest assessment of what was truly necessary. Instead of trying to sell us expensive work that wouldn’t solve our problem, Mitch actually recommended we don’t spend anything at this time. No unnecessary sales attempts at all. Will definitely call Mitch for an honest quote any time we have issues!

I needed work done to the foundation of my 75+ year old house. I was told the foundation was leaking and mold was in the basement. I met with many contractors and Mr. Fadelys Foundation Medix provided a complete proposal to fix the issues. I investigated his references and reviewed his prior work and determined that he was the most appropriate and competent to complete the project. Mr. Fadely installed an interior French drain, a sump system with a sump pit to pull moisture away from the base of the foundation, excavated to the exterior footers, and sealed the exterior wall to prevent more leaks. He was able to do the project that I had expected to cost $30k for $14k. The workers with Mr. Fadelys Foundation Medix were able to get the entire job done in about 2 1/2 days and made very neat work of the end result. Mr. Fadely and Foundation Medix has been very responsive with any questions I have had since the installation. I would highly recommend them and use them for other work I may need done in the future.

I spent months meeting with a number of companies that supposedly fix problems relating to sagging floors, and they would either forever put off providing a proposal after the initial visit with excuses like we need to consult engineering (and never get back to me), or insist that the house needed a lot of irrelevant, unnecessary (and expensive) additional work done. On the other hand, Foundation Medix proposed the most logical, BS-free fix that made sense for my situation. Mitch and his team were a pleasure to deal with. Easy, prompt communication during the process, and the work was completed within the expected timeframe. Definitely recommend!

His bid was not only the lowest, but it was easy to schedule to get him out to our home. His follow up call to go over our home’s issues was straightforward and sincere without any fear sales tactics or upselling. Mitch is also licensed which provided us additional peace of mind. He didnt tell us what we wanted to hear. He told us what we needed to hear. He didnt mince words. He explained to us the facts, with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
