Replaced my reverse osmosis system and the brine tank. 24 hr on call service. Up front and honest about cost before they come out. So you know what you’re looking at and can make an informed decision. Spoke to them early this week and they came out todo the work 4 days later.

Rogers plumbing was wonderful service. I had two water heaters go out at the same time. I called them this morning and they manage to fit me in and installed new ones for me so I would not be without hot water all weekend. Very polite and explain all I needed to know. Will be using them in future if need be. Would recommend there work. Thanks guys for doing great job. God bless.

It is never fun dealing with plumbing issues, but it has been a pleasure and a relief interfacing with this company, and James in particular, for multiple plumbing needs. Transparency, promptness, honesty, and kindness have been hallmarks of the experiences involving our familys interaction with James as a remarkable representative of what has seemed to be a remarkable company in general. If you have plumbing needs in the broader Otero County area, I highly recommend this company. Ask for James if possible, but I imagine you cant go wrong with any of their company representatives/technicians.

The guys came out to fix my neighbors hot water heaters so I approached James and just asked for a quote to fix my hot water heater around 4 pm. They had a 40 gallon new one installed by 7 pm that night. Great job guys!

We called Rogers Plumbing Thursday to set up various non emergency plumbing repairs. James was able to come out Friday morning, completing repairs to two frozen water shut offs, two toilets guts replaced, sticky & hard to use kitchen faucet handle cleaned and lubed, an outside faucet replaced, and he helped us with our RO system. He was able to give us some good maintenance tips to keep shut offs from freezing up, and info on how to get water tested to see if our water softener is still operating along with a ballpark price for complete replacement if or when it needs to be replaced. We would absolutely recommend Rogers Plumbing for the excellent customer service, answers to all our plumbing questions, and reasonables charges for service!

We have been dealing with plumbing issues for a couple of months now. I called a different plumbing company when the issue 1st started. I was charged $180 for someone to come run my water and be told I didnt have any problems even after I explained in detail the issues we had been having. Needless to say after 2 months of continuous issues I was hesitant to call another plumber. I called Rogers Plumbing at 8:30 on a Monday morning, explained my issue and hesitation in trusting another plumber. James was there before lunch and had my issue resolved within a couple of hours. He answered all my questions, explained the issue, avoided extra expenses and why I didnt need to have the extra work done I asked for. We are almost 2 weeks out and no issues. We will definitely be calling Rogers Plumbing with any issues in the future and will recommend them to all our friends.

Been renovating a late-70s home in Alamogordo; James and Jeff from Rogers Plumbing have been great partners: our water situation was essentially non-functional -- Rogers installed a tankless water heater, water softener, RO system, and replaced all taps and faucets. They installed a new gas range, and got our laundry room properly configured. Great guys who always go above and beyond.

Our water heater started leaking from the bottom late into the evening, and although many other services never answered, this company did and got us scheduled the next day. I was able to get free pricing and even some emergency troubleshooting to stip the leak. He net day he showed up prompt and explained his steps every step of the way. I found our new plumber. Every penny was well spent.
