Home Service Providers are the best in town. They have serviced our swamp cooler and heater with the most professionalism, skill/knowledge and timeliness. We have had others in past times and they do not compare to Home Service Providers.

Generally satisfied with all aspects of HSC except being charged a full hour labor for 30 minutes work. dont even care if its the industry standard... labor should be 15 minute increments

HSC is totally awesome! Called late in the afternoon on Thursday for estimate on water heater replacement. Called me within 30 minutes from a plumber and were at my house within another 30 minutes. Agreed to have it done the following morning and they were there by 9am with everything they needed. Water heater and lines, fittings and such. Great technician named Stephen went above and beyond to make sure he covered all the details, extreme attention to detail. Everything was completely done in 2 hours. Great service from start to finish, thank you so much HSC.

My wife and I discovered our hot water heater was leaking Sunday night. We have a home warranty through American Home Shield and initially tried to get the repair done through them, but the plumber they contracted out couldnt make it out until Tuesday. Of course we couldnt wait another 24 hours without hot water, so I called every plumbing company in Alamogordo to see if anyone had availability to come look at it. Home Service Contractors was one of two companies that said they could come out yesterday, look at it, and replace/repair it(I never heard back from the other company). Doug was who they sent out to ultimately replace it and he did a great job. Start to finish it was about 2 hours, it was very reasonably priced, and Doug was great. This is the second time weve had to use Home Service and both times the service and quality of work has been great.

Called at 11am about our old water heater leaking. At 1pm Stephan and Rooster arrived and had the old one removed and the new one installed by 230. Professional, knowledgeable, personable. Competitive prices. We appreciate them so much. Ten stars worth🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Super deal. Had a water heater leaking, they did the work same day. Replaced the water heater at a very reasonable price. Had heated water in 2 hours. Super job, I called other places in town and they wanted me to wait without water for over a week before they could get to my house. I for sure recommend HSC and will use them in the future

We had our home flood and a pipe bursted in the wall at 8pm. We called HSC and they had Tommy out within the hour. He had the pipe fixed within 30 minutes. He only had to cut the wall once and found the leak the first time. Our bill was under $200 for an emergency call. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Our Ac stoped working yesterday evening. Called HSC the following morning and with in the next two hrs they had the parts swapped and the unit was running. The tech was very professional and explained everything to us. Great company highly recommend

Had to have my entire house repiped. Dean, Tommy, and the crew did an excellent job. They were all very friendly and attentive to my questions and concerns. Took care of all of my needs. Complete drywall repair afterwards, left it looking better than when they arrived. They even laid concrete where they had to cut my front walkway. I would recommend them to anyone for all plumbing needs large or small.

Over the past couple of years, my home has unveiled occasional water leaks and other emergency plumbing situations. Through it all, these folks have always responded with haste. The technicians have always been courteous and professional. What can I say other than, no complaints here, about any of their work. Not to mention, it was my experience with the plumbing department which is the reason that I decided to hire HSC for a home repair project.HOME REPAIR PROJECTThe Construction Dept:A shout out to Stephen [I apologize if I misspelled your name]: Stephen, you have been awesome every step of the way in coordinating my project work, through the scheduling changes of a start date to its completion.For those of you reading this post, I live in a mobile home community and while I worked to schedule a project start date, road repair within the park was simultaneously planned which conflicted with my project. I was unaware of this at the time. How can HSC technicians enter and leave the job site if the roads are blocked for repair? So, I had to coordinate with Stephen to reschedule my project, more than once, which I’m sure affected other clientele.For example, the actual start date for the park’s road repair was a few days late in its commencement. Once the road repair finally began, only one person was assigned to do the work, so the project took longer to complete and this resulted in another rescheduling of my own project. Thank you Stephen for your patience, professionalism and assistance throughout my situation.The Project Work:A shout out to Antonio and TraceInteracted with these guys for a few days and they are awesome. Easy to talk to, understanding of my concerns throughout the project and not once did I sense irritation with my countless questions. Hard workers who treated my home like it was their own; Thank you for this guys, I really appreciate that mindset and many other clientele will as well.The project task required replacement of water damaged trim, removal of rotted frontal columns, removal and re-installment of drip edge and painting of the final product install. For those non-construction worker types reading this post, this repair project may seem simple enough but not so. Just keeps getting better and better! Called first thing Monday morning to request installation of a new hot water heater. Appointment set up by 8:15 and by 8:30 Josh was here, new equipment on the truck and he proceeded with installation. He explained problems with current equipment and what would need to be replaced. He was cordial, courteous and did an excellent job. Their service is A1 and pricing very reasonable. Thank you so much. Highly recommend HSC with no reservation.This was our second experience with HSC and both times the service was immediate and exemplary.

The plumbing crew if I could give more stars I would they really went above and beyond for us and I could not be happier so professional. So nice and really made me feel like they care also what a previous plumbing company in town wrecked… they fixed. AJ and his team installed a new stove and oven. They did a great job and were very nice. This is an older home so they had to figure out ways to make things fit and look good. A+ on doing that. I called to get a quote on installation of a water heater, not only were they hundreds of dollars cheaper than anyone in town they also came out the same day. I called around noon time and a couple hours later they showed up and got right to work. They even picked up my new water heater from Lowe’s! Great customer service and a great company.

I highly recommend this company. We had a flood from a broken water heater and I called 3 different local plumbers to come replace our water heater.. One came said they would get our estimate to us after his boss looks over it 2 weeks later Nothing. 2nd never called or bothered to show up at appointed time. 3rd never returned my call. No joke within 20 minutes of asking HSC to help me 2 very professional gentleman Tommy and Josh were here to end my nightmare. They had the old heater out and new one installed in UNDER an hour! We will be using HSC for all of our home improvement needs from now on. Thank you guys!!

Had HSC replace water lines from the curb to every faucet to include follow on repair of HVAC venting within the ceiling. All levels of staffing were professional and extremely courteous with the job being completed on time and in budget. If theres an improvement area its communication from both HSC and the home owner. Home owners, be very specific in what you wish to have completed during the quote period so as not to cause a stress moment for HSC in scheduling and supporting the next customer. HSC, dont be shy in communicating with the homeowner any stresses youre experiencing regarding any unknown modifications to the contract to ensure the home owner is aware, when they might not have the situational awareness of the challenge youre experiencing. It is a dating moment with both wanting a longer relationship. HSC continues to be the sole company I rely on in Otero County to support my HVAC and plumbing needs. A tech showed up and turned the water off to the heater at no charge while I waited for the warranty company to contact us. J was extremely impressed by that.
