Very responsive and honest. Gave a fair estimate on two jobs for two different houses and I felt taken care of. We are absentee owners and have to trust what is offered. Nowell has shown multiple times that they do what they say at a good price. Im sure they arent the cheapest but for some things you dont want the cheapest.

I just wanted to say that Nowell Plumbing Heating & Cooling is a top-notch company...from Kimberly in the office to Jose who came out to my home...friendly, courteous and extremely competent. Jose was here in less than 24 hours of my call and identified the problem immediately. I will definitely be using Nowell PH&C again!

I called on a Saturday morning about 8 AM to see about getting a water heater replaced. By 11 AM, he was finished. Donald was great....very respectful, courteous, and a fellow Okie. The total price for labor was $140 plus tax........on a Saturday. Replacing a water heater in a mobile home is not an easy job........very tight space. I will highly recommend using this company to all my friends.

Nowell Plumbing came to my home to replace my water heater. I have four children and it was a nightmare trying to make sure that we would have hot water before trying to get ready for school and work the next morning. Nowell Plumbing came out on an emergency basis and put another water heater in. Boom.... hot water ready an hour before bedtime and we were all taken care of. Thank you Nowell Plumbing!!!

My water heater started leaking so bad and it actually flooded me laundry room. I called Nowell plumbing asking for emergency help and he got his guys over in less than 10 minutes! Very polite, very professional, and they did a stellar job fixing my water heater. I highly recommend them!
