This company is the best! I had a tough clog that backed up both bathrooms and filled the house with the aroma of sewage. They came out and worked super hard (and through lunch) on making sure my clog was gone. They were polite, courteous and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend!

These guys are great. We had a sewer back up in the garage. We called and with in 1/2 hour they had a gentleman here working on it with in 2 hours they had the sewer cleaned out. He kept things moving along, never stopped and kept the work area exceptionally clean! Nixk Craine was also very efficient and kind and professional. Nixk worked great along his team member Jonathan! Jonathan previously helped with another project for us and he, along side Jake Davis and Nate Williams, knocked the job out of the park! I came home today to find my 11 year old water heater had started leaking. I called Darnold and within 30 minutes they were already here working on the job with a new water heater in the brand I prefer. Less than two hours later they were cleaned up and leaving with my old water heater. Friendly and efficient! I highly recommend this company.

My toilet and my shower in the master bathroom stopped draining. I called Darnold to see if someone could come certainly not expecting same day service. Jake and Zach showed up, extremely polite and professional. In no time at all, my problem was solved and they were on their way. I had a pipe burst during the recent freeze. Timmy from Darnold Plumbing came out and worked the issue. His communication with me was stellar as he tried different avenues to fix the piping. Unfortunately, the problem was bigger than we thought as the system wasnt initially installed properly during the houses construction. It turned out to be a 6-hour job and Timmy brought in more folks to help. They fixed and replaced the problem pipe that went under my deck. They were very professional, friendly, and communicative. Also, the price was more than reasonable; I was secretly sweating about it as the hours rolled by! I would definitely call them again for my local plumbing needs!

This was the first time we used Darnold Plumbing. They were recommended by our great plumber of twenty years who was, unfortunately, too booked to accept the job. Since the problem concerned a leak, we could not wait. This company was busy also and couldn’t come out for several days. The leak was not gushing but did need to be repaired soon. I took this as a good sign however, because who would want someone who was just sitting around the office.Jeremy and Tony were sent out to help us. Both men were on time, polite and very professional as they set about detecting the cause of our increasing water bills. The culprit turned out to be a water heater that probably should have been replaced a while back. We are elderly and both have mobility issues and had not even opened the door to the water heater in years so possible warning signs were not seen. Jeremy and Tony recommended a new one and after seeing the water heater we agreed that it was the only solution. The gentlemen from Darnold Plumbing sped off to Alamogordo from Cloudcroft and were soon back and exchanged the water heaters. The toilet was reseated and the issue with the bathroom sink dispatched with before we knew they had even started working on it.There was nothing left behind from their work except well-repaired plumbing, a brand newWater heater and grateful customers. Both men, besides being polite and professional, did the work very quickly. I would definitely recommend both of them and the company Darnold Plumbing.

We discovered we had a bad water leak and had to get it fixed ASAP because it was causing floor damage and also running up a huge water bill. Darnold was extremely responsive and had two plumbers at our house the very next day. Their names are Zachery and Jake and they found the problem and fixed it. It was a big job. Their office manager, Julliet, was willing to let us set up a payment plan because we werent able to pay all at once.

Excellent service from Joaquin. Came out next day after I had a water leak from shower tub spout caused by another local company’s bad work that caused thousands of dollars in water damage to two rooms. Diagnosed and fixed the problem the correct way in about an hour.

They came out and did some work for us in a very timely, friendly and professional matter. They got back to us from our first call very quickly (several other places never returned our call at all), starting and finishing the work in a very reasonable timeframe. Jeremy and Tim were total professionals, extremely courteous and competent. They had to dig through concrete in two places and they replaced the areas superbly. We would not hesitate to call on them again.

Amazing fast and affordable service even after hours! My husband and I tried to install our water heater our selves and found that the gas line thing was stripped so it was leaking a large amount of gas in our garage. Jeremy and Steven came after hours, tightened all the things we didnt tighten enough, and gave us a new gas line hose thing. (Sorry I dont know the terminology of everything) They both had super pretty eyes and were really nice to talk too! Super sweet and really good at their job. They even hauled our old water heater away for us! Even calling their office to make the appointment was nice, the woman that answered our call was wonderful! Lesson learned, next time we need any plumbing services done, will for sure call Darnold Plumbing!

15 years after Darnold Plumbing first did the original construction plumbing on our new home, we finally had to replace all the Delta hot and cold valves in our master and guest showers, so we asked them to come back and do it. They arrived promptly at 9am and immediately got to work, spending two full hours to make sure the job was done right. They wasted no time while they were here, restored everything back to its original condition, and left both showers as clean as they were before they started their work. We are completely happy with them and would invite them back to do any other plumbing we might need.

Found a leak in my front yard. Old supply line running under or too close to pine tree. They were very professional. Came out once to find the leak and then scheduled the repair. Jeremy and his crew were on time explained what they were gonna do and worked until it was done. They even found a leak on the city side and had them come out and fix it immediately. They filled in the holes and the trench, put down some cement and were gone. Called me next day to see if all was well.I will not hesitate to refer them and will use them again when the need arises.

Had Joaquin out to install a water heater and water softener. He called before coming over to make sure it was ok since he was a little early which I appreciated. He was friendly the entire time, got the job done quickly, and worked with the obstacles my old house provided without any issues. Towards the end of the job a couple more workers came out to help and took the time to explain my water softener settings and what all the terminology meant. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves. If you need a plumber do yourself a favor and give them a call!

My son in law told me to call Darnold Plumbing to replace the spigot in the back yard. I was washing clothes and the sewage started backing up. Jake and Joaciam came out this morning and unplugged the clogged drain and replaced the spigot. They kept me informed on what was being done. Very polite young men.
