I am very pleased with Gulu Electrical. Their service technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand. They have a person answering the phone, not a computer menu system. Ken Dirocco came to my home and gave me a quote on the work. He listened to me and took the time to understand what I wanted done. Received a written quote from the office the next day. They do excellent work. I will use them again.

Called another company for generator maintenance. Never heard from them. Called Gulu and had an appointment in a couple of days. They were very responsive. The technician showed up on time, fixed the issue, and charged a very reasonable rate.Definitely will use again.
