Very happy with the quick and quality service they provided. Give my guy Anthony a raise he was great! I needed electric ran to my pergola, he came out and installed the line after I dug the trench. Very happy with how it came out. He accidentally spilled a can of pvc cement on my landscape rocks and I couldn’t even get upset because the kid busted his butt outside and was so nice!😂 Highly recommend!!

Rick was great. Came out in a timely manner to evaluate and give estimate. Sam was very knowledgeable, always showed up on time and completed the work scheduled every day. All the guys that did the work were great. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. Their knowledge of knob and tube in older homes was fantastic. We upgraded to 200 amp. and had knob and tube upgraded. If you need an upgrade call Aey Electric.

My family recently moved into an older home that needed some work to bring the electrical infrastructure up to modern standards and address some safety issues per our inspection.I called several contractors to get some bids; Aey was easy to get a hold of and they scheduled a walk through very promptly.Rick Aey came to do the walk through, he was polite, thorough, knowledgeable, straight forward, and answered all of my questions. Rick turned around an estimate the very next day via email.I responded to Rick’s email with a few questions and he called me to address them; he answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I agreed to have Aey do the work and it was promptly scheduled.Sam and Josh were the 2 electricians that did the work over the course of 4 days. They were polite, efficient, answered any questions I had, walked through things with me to make sure the proper work was being executed, and cleaned up after themselves.I cannot recommend this company highly enough; if I ever need any electrical work done in the future, I won’t look anywhere else.

Very happy with my experience with Aey! They upgraded my electrical service and installed an EV charger. Someone came out promptly to give an estimate, and I had a quote back from them quicker than I expected. Pricing was very competitive. Very upfront about what to expect (how long I’d be without power, repairs that would need made to my siding, etc). Electricians did a great job with cleanup too. Everything is working great, and I’m a very satisfied customer!

From the first phone call to AEY electric until the job was finished. I was impressed with their professionalism. They are a fair honest, reasonable company when the job was complete. The worksite was immaculate. I had an Electric Lampost installed replacing a gas one and they had a tunnel through my landscaping and underneath my sidewalk to install the Lampost. I can’t even tell. That my landscaping was ever even tunneled through! I would highly recommend AEY electric as you go to company and will not hesitate to use them again. If you received estimates from other companies, I would suggest calling them for an estimate!

Absolutely the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. The sales rep, Adam, explained the transfer switch installation very well. The electrician/tech, Isaac….was beyond amazing. Very respectful, timely, great communication, and excellent workmanship. Isaac also tested the transfer switch with my generator and it worked perfectly. I’ve No more worries when it comes to power outages! Isaac is THE BEST!!!! Great price as well!!! During the evening of a recent winter wind storm a tree fell on my property and took out the electric service including the weather head and meter socket on mine and the neighbors house. I called Aey electric at 7 am the next morning and they had a crew there fixing and reinstalling the electric service on both houses within 4 hours. We had power that evening. Not only did the house need to be brought up to code, various corrections needed to be made from a previous electrician. The job was scheduled and Sam arrived. He was the nicest person to me, explaining everything that was being done and very diligent. He was very neat and fantastic at his job. We had another bad storm on Thursday I called four different electrical contractors, my electric meter was pulled off of the house. Aey were the only ones that called within 15 minutes & arrived within a half hour. The tech was very thorough, (Samuel C.) I would use AEY again without hesitation, they go above and beyond at a very reasonable price.Sam was very thorough he did an excellent job of replacing the meter. I had just had my exterior painted, I cant tell that it was ever tore off, he took his time without additional cost.Sam even helped my neighbors and I remove some big tree branches that fell into our yard, my tree my bad. Sam didnt hesitate to help us pull the branches to the curb. Thats going above and beyond

Its easy to review a business that makes no mistakes. This was not that kind if interaction and its ok. The ladies on the phones and the co-owner worked well with me to resolve any problems that came up. The 2 electricians that came to my house to do the work were fun to talk to and clearly good at what they do. They had answers to things before I could even bring them up. In the end, we stumbled ever so slightly and it didnt feel like a big deal in the long run. I think when you are getting involved electrical work done, the ability to overcome the stumbling parts is just as important as the work being done well. AEY did both in a way that impressed me during an electrical crisis that was very stressful for me. I can not recommend them enough if you need any work done. Top notch business! A+++ customer service - excellent office staff. Highly skilled and competent electricians. To start off with, Rick Aey spent over an hour answering all of my questions and going through my house for the estimate. He was very thorough, and I learned quite a bit. Sam C was my electrician that came out to perform the work with his apprentice, John. They were very efficient and thorough as well. Sam also took some time to explain things to me when I had questions, so I continued to learn more and more about my homes electric. Something I would like to note regarding one aspect of the fan installation. Our bathroom exhaust vent was connected two days later by a roofing company after they installed the roof vent, and it wasnt until later that night we noticed an issue. The following morning, I called the roofing company, thinking it was an obstruction in the duct, and they followed up and said it didnt sound like an issue on their end, so that I should call Aey instead. Again, awesome customer service, and during my lunch break from work, Sam came out again to check up on the work. After seeing the issue and going into the attic, he found that the roofer did not fully connect the insulated flexi duct to the roof vent. It turned out the insulation was clamped, but the duct itself had not been connected. This was causing some air to vented into the duct, but other air to be forced back into the bathroom. Sam fixed the issue even though it wasnt an issue with his work. Because I have physical issues accessing the attic myself, I just have to trust things were done correctly since I cannot visibly do that work myself or inspect it. I 100% know that Sam connected everything and stands behind his work. Peace of mind is important to me. I completely trust Sam and Aey to do any more electrical work in our house in the future! I cannot highly recommend them enough.

We had AEY upgrade the electric in our new (to us) home to 200amp service in May 2023. We couldnt be more pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of the journeyman (Sam) who worked our initial job! We recently ran into a problem with our electric and we called AEY. They had someone out to troubleshoot the issue so quickly! Isaac listened carefully to what was happening and was very thorough in reviewing the work previously done for anything that could be causing the issue and answered all our questions with a high level of knowledge & courtesy. Ultimately, AEYs work was solid and the issue was with the lines at the pole (Ohio Edison issue). I cant thank AEY enough for partnering with us and displaying the teamwork to assist. Id be remiss if I didnt give a shout out to the Ladies in the AEY Office answering the phones who have been consistently polite, good with follow up & always cheerful and upbeat. Water was coming in from the outside power line into the breaker box, so he needed to replace the outside line and box. Everything was completed by noon thanks to Sam. I cannot say enough good things about AEY electric. As the result of a storm I had a breaker go bad that fed a bedroom and a bath. As it turns out, water leaked into the breaker Box. AEY responded to a call at 9:00 a.m and sent someone out by 11:30 a.m.. Other companies I had called put me off indefinitely and one gave me an appointment for 5 days out. Not only did Sam T replace the breaker but he inspected the outside of the house and sealed off any possible source of the water entry. Also, while he was here, we had him install a ceiling light and a dedicated electric line to a work space in the basement. He did all of this in under 3 hours. I received fast, quality, and expert work and highly recommend AEY electric and Sam T. Thanks for saving the day!
