    Excellent service from everyone. Everyone I spoke to or met was amazing. So professional and polite and even very nice to my Dog!     I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for this entire team! They started early in the morning and went well into the evening with the whole crew from start to finish doing a complete rewire on my panels. The panels had not been touched in about 40 years and were completely out of code and nothing was wired correctly. On top of that, I had some wires that showed signs of being burnt deep into the panel, they were able to easily fix those and rewire my whole house.

    I am so happy that I chose Goods for my furnace and air conditioner purchase in many ways! After meeting with Mike who did a thorough check up on my furnace and AC units he provided me with 4 options based on our discussion. Day 2 I spoke with John who came out and provided an in depth discussion about my units. I had no intention of purchasing without a 2nd quote but John discounted the job and scheduled it for the next day.The next morning Jeremy, Anthony and Mark were here raring to go. Their professionalism was unmatched by any vendor thats been in my home! They were extremely polite and diligent with their jobs, each moving like a well-oiled machine. Jeremy stated when the started that they would be finished by 3:00 and sure enough, when 3:00 came around he was going over the new furnace with me. My home was spotless when they left and I would highly recommend Goods Electric, Heating and Air for any job you need done.     Clay and Ryan were fantastic. They were very informative, and upfront from start to finish. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because the price was outrageous for ehat little we had done.     I had a great experience with Goods. They called to confirm the appointment day of. They notified me when they were on the way. When they got here they were respectful of my home and gave a thorough review of what I needed and then a beautiful breakdown of what it would cost to do the work I was looking at getting done. Clay was an absolute charm! He told me that the outside wiring would need replaced but was not urgent. He didnt push to sell something that could wait but provided useful information and allowed me to make the decision right for me at the time. I would highly recommend you give them a call for your electrical, cooling and heating needs.

    We responded to an offer of a free hvac system health check we received in the mail from Goods. They were very accommodating and were able to arrange this appointment via text. The tech who came out - Chad - was very kind and transparent with the issues he found and what he recommended. Our system was 24 years old, and he made the decision to look into a new system really simple. The advisor who came to walk us through our options - Tim - was also a joy to work with. He made the decision making process easy to understand and worked with us on our needs. Scheduling was incredibly fast and the installers were very efficient at their job. They made sure we felt comfortable with our new system and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Nothing was left undone and no questions were unanswered. We feel confident that were in good hands should anything happen with our new system as well. Thank you, Goods!

    I called in with a problem with my electrical box. Bryan was able to get Jamie out within 2 hours to check things out and recommend a solution. I was anxious to get the new electrical service installed asap and Bryan got me scheduled the next day. Jeremy and Matt came out on time and explained what they were going to do. They covered the flooring and got to work. These two professionals worked non stop. One outside and the other inside. I can’t say enough about how neat and professional the work they did is. The entire Goods team was very helpful and followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend them.

    Our oil furnace quit on us right before Christmas. Chad was our service tec and he came very quickly after my initial call to Goods late in the day. He was very informative and showed me exactly what the issue was and worked tirelessly to guarantee we had heat that night.Would 100% recommend!

    My experiences with Goods have all been excellent. Anyone I have worked with there has always been so kind, hard-working, and eager to help. Anytime I have an issue, they put me on the schedule as soon as they can, and they’re at my house trying to resolve the issue within a day. The most recent employee from Goods was Jorge. I had an odd issue where my smoke detector was going off every time I took a shower, but he was so kind, patient, professional, and helpful with resolving the issue. He was very thorough when testing out my furnace and air conditioner and when coming up with solutions to the issue.

    Tiffany the technician was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She discusses the reason for my call. Does a thorough investigation. Discussed the findings and gave me 4 different options to resolve the problem. She then did an outstanding job with the service provided. Ive used Goods electric for an ac install and also new breakers in the breaker box. I will continue to call then for all my electrical needs.

    We needed to have electrical work done on our older home. Goods was the only one who returned our call and were able to schedule the work within a couple of days.     Our new home needed A LOT of work. Due to being inherited, there was no standard inspection for us to be aware of issues prior to taking over the home. After calling a different company that had previously serviced the homes AC, I was less than impressed with their over the phone customer service. I turned to Google & other review sites to find a company that could service both HVAC and electrical issues because we appeared to be having both. Goods had great reviews, and now I see why. The work needing done on our home totaled the cost of a new vehicle and they were very patient with the shock of that. Everything was explained exceptionally well. Aaron & Derek were amazing! I felt like they truly had our needs and concerns at the forefront of the options laid out to us. Every person we have had contact with has been so incredibly kind & sympathetic to the process after understanding how we came to acquire our new home . I would recommend Goods to anyone and will definitely use their services in the future should the need arrive.

    We had several projects to complete and found Goods Electric to be responsive and friendly throughout the process. They documented everything we requested and provided a thorough 3 part estimate depending on priority. The crew was on time and displayed excellent teamwork while completing everything from a generator install, to trenching electric to a shed and rewiring some interior lighting. It was a major project, completed in a single day and without a mess left behind. Good job!

    We called Goods when a wire was cut while digging in a falling down retaining wall was repaired. Apparently that wire ran under the wall. The repairman came when expected and was very friendly and professional. He repaired the wire, took down and fixed a pole light, replaced the pole and light. All to our satisfaction. We have a yearly contract with Goods Electric, H&A for yearly checkups on electric, gas, furnace, AC, etc. We have always found the guys sent out to be professional and friendly. We highly recommend Goods for all your electric, heat, air concerns and especially that yearly maintenance contract. That alone saved us having a furnace go bad in the middle of the winter.

    I had a great experience with Goods Electric, Heating and Air yesterday. I smelled a strong burning smell in my basement and knew it had to be my furnace (it is 22 yrs old). I called and Don came out the same day to do a service call (even though he was already heading home). Told me what was wrong and the cost to repair it but since the furnace was that old, best option was going to be to replace it. Tim (Comfort Advisor) came to my house at 8:00 am the next morning and gave me pricing options. They were very easy to good to work with. I gave them the OK to install a new furnace and within a very short time Julian & Steve arrived and started the install process. It was an all day job but got it done. Brian also arrived to help them out. What a great group of guys!! All in all, I cant say enough about my experience with this company and with their employees!

    I’ve had THE BEST experience with Goods. From the ladies at the office setting up the appts, to Clay who came to assess the problem, to Ryan with financing, to Steve and (I want to say Jullian but I’m not 100% on that, so sorry!) who completed the installation, they were all so professional, friendly, very knowledgeable…simply top notch! Competitive pricing and the 18 month same as cash financing sealed the deal! They should to change their name from “Good” to “Great”!

    Im not even sure where to begin with this review. Everything from start to finish was phenomenal. We called to get our furnace maintenanced and found out that it was on its last leg (34 years old) and would more likely than not need to be replaced in the near future. We were quoted the cost of what it would take to fix our current unit, but also offered the option to have someone come out and quote us for a new unit as well. We chose to have someone come give us a quote for a new one, and we were amazed they sent someone out the same day! AJ came and observed everything he needed to in order to write up quotes. Of course my husband was at work when all this occurred, but no worries, because after gathering all of his information, AJ offered to come back later in the night when my husband was home so I didnt have to try and explain it all myself! Not only did he offer excellent customer service, but he also made it a point to never once try and pressure us into buying a new unit if we didnt want one. He made it clear if we wanted to just schedule repairs on our current one, he would be more than willing to help us take that route as well. We decided to move forward with a new unit, and unbelievably, they installed it the next day!!! The installation crew was phenomenal and explained every single thing they did. They also asked multiple times if we had any questions to make sure we were comfortable with it all before they left. The overall experience from start to finish was incredible. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! We will most definitely be using them for all of our needs in the future.

    We had an issue with an expansion tank and leaky valve on our hot water tank ! Carlos from Goods Electric and Heating came out and fixed it all ! He replaced the expansion tank and valve ! He was extremely nice, and very efficient! Did all the work , explained what he had done and when he left you couldn’t tell he had been there !     Great company. Showed up early. Very respectful of my home by wearing booties on their shoes and cleaning up the work area. Love the fact they test with a multimeter all the components of my heat pump and electric furnace so they know the level of operation and can br replaced before more damage is done. What should have been a simple instillation of a new thermostat ended up being more complicated, and Moriah had to do some trouble shooting. She ultimately had to rewire some things, but she didnt give up and she got it to work!! I am so pleased. She explained things to me, was sociable, and extremely professional. I was very impressed with her knowledge and expertise. I called 2 companies before I called Goods, and you were the only one willing to install my thermostat. Next time I have a HVAC or electrical need I will call you first. Thank you to the company and especially Moriah. Youre definitely the best of the best.     When I called to inquire about a furnace repair they answered quickly and came out for some troubleshooting and an estimate the same day. When we called for the repair, they came out next day which I thought was quick due to it being a holiday. They got the parts needed very quickly, and even though it was a difficult repair they were very attentive, and even the service manager came to help. They went above and beyond with communication and service and attention to detail. When I say they went the extra mile, it doesnt do them justice. There are no words for how amazing of a job that they did. The level of compassion they showed and quickness of their response and not only fixing our furnace but actually making it run better than it did before, their level of service is unmatched. I would recommend this company to everyone I meet. They will be my go to company always. I could not be happier!!

    This is the best company by far that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Everyone was so professional and friendly.     We were extremely pleased with the attention and service provided. Dan called us on the morning of our appointment to remind us of the schedule and set a time for the service. He called again just before the technician, Derek, arrived to let us know we were next to be serviced. Derek was very pleasant and helpful. He explained everything he was doing as he inspected our furnace and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Two minor repairs were needed, and he quoted a reasonable price. One repair required a part that he did not have with him. He called his office, and a courier brought the part to our home so that he could make the repair during the same visit.Overall, we were extremely happy with the attitude of the staff and the services that we received.Update: Dustin performed a routine electrical evaluation. He answered my questions about potential upgrades and found a few problems with the wiring and lighting outside the house, which he was able to repair immediately. He was extremely pleasant and helpful and represented he company well. We will definitely continue to be Goods customers.

    Jamie from Good Electric was very personable and kind his work ethic above and beyond. He made certain every outlet and switch was in safe and working order. Every plate was perfectly in place. He didn’t leave a mess. In addition to the electrical work performed he learned about my distress over being unable to find anyone to help me get a cabinet leveled. It was a hinderance to completion of my kitchen project. Out of kindness and dedication to not only his employers but to his customer he fixed it for me.
