My husband and I can’t be happier with the excellent job that MVP Home Improvements recently completed for us. We contacted a lot of other contractors who either didn’t return our calls or came and never returned. This will definitely not happen with MVP. Ed, the owner, is amazing to work with and really wants his clients to be happy with everything. His kitchen/flooring team, Steve and Nick, were professional and friendly. They showed up on time everyday and made our kitchen and bathroom cabinets and flooring look absolutely beautiful in only 6 days. It was astonishing to us! Jason, the shower person, also did an amazing job on my beautiful new walk in shower. Just can’t say enough good things about MVP. If you want your project actually completed in the time frame given, and with high end materials, I highly recommend MVP!Cindy & Al Smith

Our kitchen was dated and needed an upgrade so I did some research on the cost and companies that do upgrades and after talking with the salesman we decided to use MVP for our renovation. We did the selection process to select the style, countertop, etc. and they also took the measurements. Throughout the process everyone we encountered from MVP was professional and courteous. Everything was ready on time and they spent 3 days doing the kitchen update. When done everything was cleaned up and ready to put everything back into the cabinets. The kitchen looks great and not like it was stuck in the 80s.

My wife and I had three companies quote the demo and replacement our backyard patio, main entry (front stoop), and a concrete paver brick walkway along the house connecting these main areas.This was not an easy job as our property slopes in multiple directions, and there were many invariable fixed elevations; at the yard, at doors, at two stair locations, which would have to be incorporated into the new work. Sometimes field conditions dictated some on the spot redesign work (by Ilias Frangopoulos). Carpenter Tim also had a complicated assignment designing and installing handrails at stairs, which I think turned out particularly well.We are very happy with the end result. We feel that we received a quality project at a fair price.I especially appreciate how George Billiris worked with us through a couple change orders. I never felt that we were being overcharged. I also appreciate the obvious pride that MVP’s crew takes in their work, and here I will include their operating methods. One that stood out to me was that when I called George, I always got an immediate pickup or a response within minutes.I will call on MVP whenever I have landscaping/hardscaping projects

Had a new roof put on. Salesperson gets credit for working w/us to help keep price down. But the roofers themselves get the most credit for their professionalism, ex: no loud music blaring as they worked and the clean up when completed was nicely done. Great bunch of guys. They really do deserve a 5 star rating but I decided to give them 4 only for the reason they are extremely pushy. (Pushy in wanting us to get our neighbors to have work done.) I lost track at how many times they have called wanting me to get my neighbor(s) to give them a call. That’s the only bad thing I can say.

New windows installed last February.The installers were quick, professional, clean and informative.The sales manager was, I felt, too high pressure. I dont think he is there any longer.I give the owner credit for stepping up during a difficult time for small businesses dealing with higher material costs and fewer reliable workers.

I had an excellent experience with MVP Home Improvements. Their work is extremely well done. I had an entire bathroom remodeled and it turned out beautiful. I replaced my existing bathtub with a walk in shower. Moreover, I had a window located in a new position. The window is high quality and energy efficient. Also, they replaced my existing sink with a granite sink which matches my new shower. I couldnt be any happier. As a result, I highly recommend hiring MVP for any home improvement job that needs to be completed. Also, they installed a new floor that matches the decor of the entire bathroom.

I have been very happy and satisfied with MVP from Ed the owner to the installer Bill, and his team. Everyone I have dealt with has been helpful, kind, respectful, and professional, reasonable priced too. Bill and his crew know their stuff. He even made some great suggestions, that worked out great. I couldnt be happier with him, this installer is unbelievable in his work.I would recommend this company to anyone interested in any home improvement job. The only problem was it took a long time to get the job started. I talked to Ed about it and he explained that the weather has them running behind, which was understandable. When they did show up, they worked hard at it, the weather had gotten cold, never complained and did a fantastic job, the wait was worth it.I dont know how good the other installers are, but if you get Bill you have a great installer and will be very happy with him and his crew. I do not give 5 stars to anyone, they are very close to getting 5, but know one is perfect, so I say 4 plus.Thanks MVP, great job, by a very professional company!

Yes I had a patio enclosed with sliding glass doors and double hung windows. Two guys worked very professionally and cleaned up each day!! I never saw them on cellphones except to call for supplies. I would have them come back for any future projects. Beautiful new room!

Went to the Home and Garden show in Boardman Ohio and met the owner of MVP Ed. Was looking for siding, new doors, spouting but also ended up with a few windows and a walk in shower. Was very pleased with the work the gentlemen did if something was not right they always made it right. Ed said if you go with me we will take care of you. He is a man of his word. We were in a pandemic then so the process was a little longer to get supplies but as soon as they arrived the project started. We are pleased with the work we had done and thank everyone who was on the project from beginning to end. Your rating is a five star in our book.

Ed was very professional and great to us!!! We had requested our sliding door be installed beginning of September due to our sons birthday and he made it happened!! He called frequently to see how things were going and if we were satisfied with the progress, the contractor Bob who came out to build our deck and door, was completely professional, went out of there way to get different woods since some that were brought originally were not even and newer. They both turned out perfect and in a good timely matter! I am beyond happy with this company and will be recommending them to my family and friends and even for future jobs for our home.

They did the siding on my home and I absolutely love it. They were very nice from the start and made sure everyone was on the same page as far as color and style. Then before they ordered everything, the man who would be doing the job, Jim, came by and did the final measurements and made sure he had the right colors. They were very neat with their work stations. I would pop up during lunch and they never had stuff thrown all over the place. They were always polite and would often check in with us to make sure we were satisfied. They made sure to clean up before they left and had all scraps placed neatly in my backyard, out of the way. My house looks beautiful...almost like a new house. Jim and his crew were really kind and professional. They took their time and made sure the job was done right. Would definitely recommend them.

They say, dont always judge a book by its cover. Initially we felt the sales person was really pushy and if we didnt sign now, we couldnt get that sale price.....ok, no problem plenty of other places.The owner did convience me to let him come talk to us. His final price was way WAY better than the salesmans and he really took the time to explain a few things that were missed the first time and by other companies.The pricing was fair and the windows arrived on time. The guys that installed the windows were pleasent and neat. I would recommend to friends and family.

Very good at what they do, were very knowledgeable and helpful, ask about cabinet refacing, it could save you $. I strongly recommend a kitchen remodel from MVP.

Although it took a month to get us on the schedule for our cabinet reracing, I see why. Good is worth waiting for. The job was expert! Professionally done, top notch quality craftsmanship. Our contractor was knowledgeable and respectful of our ideas. Even the other contractors who came in afterwards for other jobs asked who did our cabinets! Just LOVE it!

I decided to go with MVP when I came to the conclusion my old windows couldnt stand another winter... The gentleman who came to my house was very knowledgeable and did not try to put the pushy sales pitch on. (Which was a sigh of relief) He explained everything in detail to me and made sure I understood how the process would go. I have my new windows in and everything looks amazing, the workmanship truly was flawless! I would definitely be doing business with them for any future renovations!!
