Red Oak took our ideas and vison for a new updated kitchen to a completed masterpiece. From the start with Lora and her design expertise to Paul and his visits to work out ideas with the space, we knew we were with the right company. The Red Oak crew that executed on the build were wonderful. They were professional and listen to all feedback we had as the project progressed. A big investment with Red Oak delivering on all facets of service and workmanship. And.... They met every timeline milestone as agreed on. No horror stories here.. These folks are the best out there. Red Oak made our vision possible. Moving back to York from Florida, we wanted to create a home with an open floor plan, new flooring and an updated kitchen. With the removal of walls and a pantry expansion, they made it happen! Working with the project coordinator, Beth, was a dream. She was very detail oriented and always kept us in the loop with the schedule and what was happening each day. The carpenters, Kenny, Kyle, and Andrew and painter, Megan, couldn’t have been nicer and did fabulous work. They worked hard to make what we wanted a reality and were very respectful of our home, always making sure things were cleaned up before leaving for the day. They became part of our family and we actually miss seeing them each day since our project has been completed.If you’re thinking of a home renovation, give owners Paul and Lora a call. They can help you create the space you desire.

Recently had Red Oak finish our basement which included adding a half bath where plumbing was not already available, installing a custom built-in pantry area, and leaving a portion of the basement for storage.The process was smooth and convenient. I enjoyed working with each person at Red Oak from Paul, Lora, and Beth, to the team we had at the house each day.We are happy with the end result, but I think our kids love it more!

The owners and staff were receptive to our input and wanted our shower to be unique and tailored to our needs and wants. The professionals who came in and out of our home were respectful of our senior animal pets and went out of their way to put them at ease. The job was done efficiently and the result was a beautiful, sturdy shower we love. The next time we are interested in home improvements, Red Oak will be the first place we call!

If you are planning on renovating your kitchen and are looking for a contractor that is experienced, professional, responsible, and great with constant communication, we suggest you contact Red Oak Remodeling.We had a major renovation of our kitchen in the winter of 2020-21 – yes, during the pandemic! Throughout the entire process, the Red Oak Remodeling team was never hesitant to comply with all of the COVID mandates for contractors. Scheduling went even better than we expected.Working each day with their Job Lead, Steve, made the project effortless. The workmanship and expertise were excellent. Design Consultant, Lora, was always eager to help with any decisions that needed to be made. She made suggestions, gave advice on websites to refer to, supplied samples, and even met with us at vendors to help make the process easier. Any questions we had were always answered quickly by either Lora, Paul (Contractor/Owner), or Steve. We couldnt have asked for better communication.We would definitely recommend that anyone in need of a contractor, contact Red Oak Remodeling for their services and speak with Lora or Paul about how they can make your renovation successful and enjoyable.

Red Oak recently finished our basement, and we are extremely pleased with the results. Paul helped us to conceptualize and design the perfect layout, and was receptive to a few changes from the original contract along the way. Steve, Rodney, and their team delivered extremely high quality work and their attention to detail is very evident. They are personable, reliable (showed up on time every day even in snowy conditions), and trustworthy. Steve was great at communicating with us in person/via text on a daily basis during the project. I have had two homes built for me. In my engineering career I was project manager on multi-million dollar projects.Red Oak Remodeling built an addition to my home, including new living space and an attached garage. They showed their professionalism and expertise in every aspect of the job, including every detail of site preparation, construction and finishing. As with any project there were issues that had to be discussed and resolved. Red Oak consulted with me on every such issue, including the possible options and costs. Everything was resolved to my satisfaction. The finished project has met every requirement and specification. I would not hesitate to use Red Oak Remodeling for any new project. They have my highest recommendation.

Red Oak Remodeling did a great job extending my parents roof line over their front stoop creatIng a covered front porch. They also installed white vinyl railing on the front porch.Everyone was great from Laura who handled the customer service to Paul the owner who did the installation along with one of his coworkers.I would recommend Red Oak Remodeling for any home-improvement job.

Our home was desperately in need of several repairs. I wanted to work with just one company for our projects. Paul and Red Oak were the only company that responded willing to take on all the tasks. Needed a 51 year old porch and dining room window replaced. Add snow guards to our metal roof. Remove old siding, replace rotting facia boards. Install new siding, facia, soffit, gutter and downspouts.Project was completed in a week from start. We are so happy that our home is looking nice again on the outside. We hope to start tackling the inside and will definitely be asking Paul, Lora and the team back.

The first time I used the services of Paul Deller and Red Oak Remodeling was in 1997 when he put an addition on my home with a full basement. Fast forward to September of this year when they completed the 4th project Ive contracted with them. This time it was a 12 x 16 sun room.Paul and Lora Deller have assembled a great team and are very hands on. They have great ideas for problem solving; communicate well through out the project; restack materials & tools daily and broom clean the site every day.; show up when they say they are going to and are very responsive to change requests.Finally , I have never been the slightest bit unhappy with the end results. You should give serious consideration to consulting with Red Oak whatever your construction or remodeling needs.

I have nothing but high praises for Red Oak Remodeling I called several contractors and only two actually returned my phone call. Red Oak called within one day of my message and was prompt in coming to assess the project. Not only were they helpful with ideas and design (something I lack) but they had oversight on every step and when a new subcontractor needed to be used, they were here to make sure the job was done to the level they required. They even picked up on a small defect in our cabinet door and made sure it was replaced promptly. Every phone call and email has been answered immediately. I cant speak more highly of the beautiful bathroom we have and we will definitely use them again for any other remodeling projects.

Red Oak remodeling finished our basement, and it came out beautifully. We could not be happier. Paul and Lora Deller are true professionals and they guided us through the process of designing our space and choosing quality materials. The workmanship and attention to detail for our space exceeded our expectations. Our project manager was on top of everything and kept us in the loop daily, and the Red Oak project team was wonderful.We will be doing more work with Red Oak. We contracted with Red Oak Remodeling to replace our dilapidated front porch, including the porch roof and the peaked roof on the house. They started with the demolition and reconstruction of the front porch. The crew worked diligently and effectively to do this rebuild. They cleaned up all debris every day and it took about 2.5 to 3 weeks for completion, including adverse weather delays. The end result is spectacular. Quite a few passersby stopped to say what a great job the construction crew was doing. We are extremely pleased with the completed project and would highly recommend Red Oak to anyone looking for a total reconstruction project.When the front porch was completed a different crew arrived to install a new roof. They removed the old shingles and installed a new roof in just a few hours. They even removed the satellite dish and replaced it in the correct position. Seems like they did an excellent job as well.

We hired Lora, Paul and Rodney to add a Trex deck on our new home. They did a fantastic job. Weve had a lot of great compliments from our neighbors. They also reversed a few doors inside our home.
