In late June 2024, our system suddenly stopped producing any power. I contacted the original installers and was promised given the severity of the problem that it would be at most a week and I would be contacted (which did not happen). As a backup, I searched and found Phase Out, read the reviews, and decided to set up an appointment. The team who responded to phone calls and messages were quite friendly and helpful, as were all on-site technicians. At the initial visit, we reviewed the history of our installation and an initial cause was discovered. We were able to get one array of our system up and running and a follow-up visit was scheduled to get the issue fixed. Once fixed, the entire system was up and running.What I really found refreshing was their willingness to listen to get an understanding of the issue to fix it faster, and their desire to learn. I felt their charges were quite fair/reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

I just had my solar system serviced by Phase Out Electric. I could not find some one to fix the issue that I was having. I found Phase Out Electric and they responded right away. Every time they came out, they were on time and very professional. They explained every thing on a level I could understand. After the service call they followed up with the next step until everything was work. I would give them A+ across the board.

We had some equipment failure with the controller thingy. I Reported it and Phase Out Electric promptly responded, identified the failure, and ordered the new part. As soon as it came in they scheduled the replacement. The electrician was very professional, kept us in the loop and made the repairs as promised. He answered questions for me and they were very neat. We are delighted with the service provided and the level of communication during the process. It is great being back on line reaping the sun’s energy and powering our home. THANKS!

I also had a lingering software problem that was causing issues with the SREC website. One phone call, they resolved in 5 minutes. Accept no substitutes,use Phase Out Electric for solar panel repairs.

Phase Out Electrical performed “Solar system O&M” for me.I had an excellent experience with Phase Out. I am in Southern Massachusetts and had an extremely difficult time finding a local solar system installer interested in performing maintenance or warranty work on my 5kw system which went online in December 2014. My original solar installer went out of business about 3 years after they installed my system. On a Google search and whim, I sent an inquiry to Phase Out describing the issue with the solar system (solar system was tripping out on a ground fault when there was a heavy morning dew) to see if they would be interested in performing the maintenance work. To be honest, I didn’t expect a reply from Phase Out because they were located more than an hour from southern Massachusetts, but they responded the same day stating that they were interested. Phase Out came out on 2 instances and diagnosed what was wrong with my solar system. In early November 2022, Phase Out tested the LG solar panels and Tigo Energy optimizers and determined that the solar panels were no longer water tight and several of the Tigo Energy optimizers were defective. Phase Out handed all the necessary warranty claim paperwork with LG and Tigo Energy. Both claims were approved and new equipment was delivered to Phase Out. Phase Out installed the new optimizers and solar panels within a reasonable time from receipt. My solar system returned to service on February 6, 2023. I would highly recommend them for any solar work as their employees are very knowledgeable of solar equipment and systems.

They take the time to explain, answer questions and make sure you are understanding their explanations. And….they still find time to play with the dog! I reached out to Phase Out when I began having difficulty with my solar power. Adam walked me through a couple of steps which I did, however I was still getting an error message on my inverter. Adam sent out a tech who determined that my solar panels manufactured by Canadian Solar (CS) were failing, despite only being 10 years into a 25-year warranty.Adam reached out to the company with Phase Outs findings and CS was only going to credit a very small amount toward new panels, which was completely unacceptable. Adam reached out on my behalf, and CS agreed to replace the panels at the same wattage that I already had. Unfortunately, that would have been three panels less than what I had. Again Adam, without any request from me told CS that was unacceptable.Long story short, CS sent us all new panels to replace the defective ones. Within a matter of two weeks, Phase Out replaced the panels for me. Unfortunately, again, I was stuck with the labor which CS refused to cover, but other than that it was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend Phase Out and Adam Golka for anyone in need of an electrician and especially regarding solar issues. They were a pleasure to work with, very engaged and responsive to emails.EDIT 9/2024- We once again had to reach out to Phase Out when our inverter failed. They once again went above and beyond in advocating for us when we were initially told the unit was no longer under warranty. Fortunately we had documentation. Phase Out came out and took care of us promptly. Highly recommend this company for any solar power needs.
