Very thorough from the beginning. Estimates were detailed and very specific to what I needed. I did get multiple quotes and GSHA had the most reasonable prices. The employees had great communication and they took care of the interior of our home very well to protect from dirt/mud. Install of the generator was started and completed same day and they did a great job with that too, super impressed with install and clean up. I would highly recommend GSHA Services!

I had GHSA come out and install 3 outdoor outlets. I am not electrician, but it looks like they did an amazing job. Every thing works and is clean. They beat the other quotes I got by price, and even offered to run a dedicated line to my breaker box with more AMP then the other quote called for. While providing me a quote, they answered a few of my other electrical questions and even pointed out a few areas that were not up to code, not because they wanted to upsell me, but because they genuinely wanted to inform me. From estimation to installation they were professional and I thought it was a nice touch that they put on shoe covers while working inside. It’s also nice that they have a dedicated receptionist to help work out scheduling, and other areas of communication.

When it was time to replace my whole home humidifier, I did what most homeowners do and got 3 quotes. GSHA, Ltd. was one of the companies I contacted for a quote.Peter answered and explained the proper humidifier for our home. Then, he provided a quote along with the next possible date for installation.With the date set, I waited anxiously if the service technician would be on time. Much to my delight, Oscar, our technician, informed me that he would be arrive early. For the next few hours he worked. Once he completed the task, Oscar showed and explained all he had done. Our gas furnace died and we decided to take the opportunity to install a new generation federal tax credit qualifying Energy Star cold climate Air Source Heat Pump system (ccASHP) in our home in Chicago. Peter with GSHA was one of the few HVAC companies willing to seriously bid and undertake the job at a reasonable price. Other companies either wouldnt/couldnt tackle the new technology or submitted ridiculously large bids. It was a pretty big job to install the external HP and the internal air handler with the complexities of installation into an already finished basement space. Raymundo was the lead on the installation team and did a great job. All the GSHA folks I interacted with were professional and friendly. The installation team put in a lot of hard work and gave attention to detail. It will take a year or so to see how the system performs across the seasons and various conditions. GSHA installed my Whole House generator about 3 to 4 weeks ago. Today they (GSHA) followed up, by installing the rear cover caps that are on the bottom rear of my Whole house generator. These caps were not in our service packet, so They ordered them through Kohler, and today were out to install these caps. Its important that these caps get installed, preventing any field mice or other possible rodents from the possibility of getting into our new generator, and possibly chewing on wires etc. The caps look great! So far everything on our new generator has been working like clock work!Tim

During quoting, Peter offered a variety of options, and patiently answered all questions and was willing to quote multiple scenarios, even while on vacation. Installation was done in a timely fashion on our schedule. It was a lengthy installation but the team stuck with it and saw the job thru to completion. After the installation, Peter has been available for the questions weve had. The installers were neat and tidy. I was very convenient that this company was available 24 hours.I spoke with Peter over the phone at11:30 P.M. and told him what I needed. He showed up to my house early the next day and was able to give me an estimate and explained everything in detail. The following day his team showed up on time, explained everything that they will be doing step by step, answered any questions I had and then got the job done perfectly. Afterwords they showed me everything that they replaced, gave me my warranty papers, and cleaned everything up.My system is working great, me and my wife are happy. The technician was polite, put on shoe covers immediately, did his tune up and over all inspection of my system in a reasonable amount of time (he wasn’t too quick but also didn’t take an eternity). He provided a general health report of the system and what anomalies he noticed. I will definitely be relying on the company for my future maintenance up keep and will most likely be replacing my system through GSHA. The company has their customer service on point.

The review might be long, but once youve read it, your search for an excellent HVAC is over. Just choose GSHA Services. I very rarely write reviews, but this company deserves the positive recognition.Because I have to watch my pennies, I always do tons of research before buying/hiring. So after first extensively checking out many HVAC businesses online, I had four companies come to my home for estimates for a new furnace and air conditioner system. GSHA Services far exceeded them all. They came out the same day I called and didnt waste my time with a sales pitch. Instead, they gave me all the information, options and prices I needed to make an informed decision without any pressure from them whatsoever. Their fair price beat their competitors by thousands of dollars. Once the other companies realized I wasnt interested in their bids, they suddenly found new discounts they could offer me. I definitely prefer GSHA Services business model: offer a fair price upfront and dont try to price gouge unsuspecting customers.As soon as I signed my contract with GSHA Services, the office reached out to obtain the permit and set up an immediate installation date. During the install, they had a whole team that was punctual, friendly and worked together, problem solving on the spot when the design of my house presented some tricky reconfiguring. After they were done, they explained all the operating specifics of our particular system, reminding me I could call them anytime I had questions or problems. During the process, they were using our driveway as a work center. Because I have a dog and small grandkids, I was concerned maybe a small shard of metal might get left behind. But the inside and outside of our home were left spotless. There was no debris anywhere.I would absolutely recommend this company! Trust me, I did all the research for you. Thank you GSHA Services!!Update on May 29, 2024I reached out to the company for services they offered during the original installation in Nov 2023: inspect the new air conditioning system once the weather got warmer and install the 2 stage thermostat we would need. Oscar Beltran is terrific; hes nice, prompted and knowledgeable about his job. It only took him a bit more than a half hour to figure out what caused our outlets to not work. I shopped around and GSHA is the best.On 3/12/24 GSHA sent a technician to do the annual AC service and check up. He cleaned the very dirty coils and checked the unit out with his gauges. Replaced our 22 year old Trane HVAC system with a higher efficiency Trane system. I am incredibly impressed with every single GHSA employee including: Peter who assessed our current system at 8am on a Thursday and provided ~15 quotes including Lennox, Carrier, and Trane later that morning; Szymon & Raymundo who worked through on a hot 90F+ day removing the old systems, installing the new HVAC starting at 8am and finishing just before 7pm ; and Jakub who came out to replace the old 6-wire with an 8-wire line connecting my Nest to the 2 stage systems. Every individual was on-time, explained what was going to happen, courteous and professional from beginning to end. Thanks!

They installed my AC two years ago and something wacky started happening.. I called during a really hot humid time and they came the next day and after tightening a couple of wires all was nice and cool again!!
