After unloading the largest dumptruck load known to mankind in my porcelain and absolutely obliverating any hope of use for the foreseeable future, I gave Westwater a call as a last resort of desperation. Brit showed up within 60 minutes of the emergency call and proceeded to completely overhaul the entire porcelain to the point that when he left it was a Japanese Toto Neorest NX. Highly recommend Westwater.

Westwater plumbing was simply amazing!!I called one afternoon and the next day before noon Brit was here fixing the problems with our kitchen sink. This involved two new valves. Some pipe, a trip under the house and new kitchen sink drain components. All in two hours and the work is the best I’ve seen. I’m not a plumber but I have been in construction my entire life. I’ve put window systems in 40 million dollars homes and have not seen plumbing work any better than this. It’s absolutely beautiful.Shows up on time with one days notice very nicely dressed … Well mannered , and educated , , a pleasure to have In our home A Great experience. Will call again when I need plumbing work

If I could leave 10 stars I would.We lost power this last week for several days and when it came back on our hot water heater blew a flame rod. We had a plumber come out and diagnose the issue which costed us over $400 with no fix. The part was supposedly ordered and we scheduled the repair forThursday, then Friday. Friday comes along and at 2:00 PM we learned the part never made it so we would be going on one week with no hot water, with no resolution in sight.My other half found Brit of Westwater Plumbing late Friday afternoon and he listened to the issue. We decided to just replace the whole water heater so we didnt have to wait. Not only did Brit go find a heater, he picked it up and came by the house later than night to install it. We were in awe of his willingness to come same day and to squeeze us in but also to take on a big job like that last minute.The install was perfection, Brit found all the issues that we had and removed all the bad stuff and put everything back in, shiny, new and to code.We are so excited to have found our new plumber and to have hot water again. Brit is an amazing entrepreneur with reasonable pricing and a high level of professionalism and a warm personality. He is going to be very successful... :)
