    Once again Halls plumbing to the rescue. Even during the holidays they found time to take care of my sister and elderly mother. They have running water in their kitchen again and a disposal that works quietly. Best plumbers in yolo county by far! Highly recommend.

    I called on a weekend with no hot water and received a call back and a visit on the same day. Within two days the problem of a dead water heater was fixed and at a really competitive rate. I worked with two technicians from Hallā€™s, both of them amazing. Austin helped with the estimate and Edgar did the work. Each of them educated me along the way on what I needed to know. I couldnā€™t be happier and will be referring Hallā€™s to others who need reliable, honest and thorough plumbing services.

    Erik did a great job in getting our whole house water filtration system installed and up and running for us! On time, precise and took the time necessary to do it right.     I highly recommend Jeff Peays for any plumbing work. He was prompt, friendly, and extremely detail-oriented throughout the 8 days he worked on our house. Jeff not only worked long hours but was also very tidy, leaving the workspace clean each day. His hardworking attitude and willingness to help made a big difference, and he collaborated well with the rest of the team. We were impressed with his professionalism and the quality of his work.

    Chris was extremely thorough, he took a video to explain what was going on with my sewage system and gave me different options of what to do. Heā€™s very personable and a really nice guy!     Austin from Hallā€™s was awesome! He fixed a simple but persistent leak in a new Delta faucet that my handyman had issues installing that I purchased from Home Depot. He arrived on time and was professional and courteous. Price was very reasonable too. He gave me the peace of mind to know that I wonā€™t have issues with either of the 2 new bath faucets installed. Quality of materials is just not what it used to be unfortunately.

    I had a major leak in my house that was noticed by the city. Immediately contacted Halls to do an assessment and repair. They came out quickly and found that there was a couple of leaks, including a leak underneath my concrete patio in my backyard. To ensure that we would have pinpoint leak detection and not waste any money they had a third-party contractor do you pinpoint leak detection. With the leaks detected halls talked me through my options and we set on a repair plan. Their price was in the ball park of other contractors but the quality of the repair is above their peers. Specifically, the work that they did as high-quality commercial grade rebuild rather than a simple residential repair and I couldnā€™t be happier. The leaks have stopped around my home, and I have a very robust plumbing system because of Halls.

    I was so relieved when I called Halls Plumbing about my clogged kitchen sink and they were able to come out the same day. Chris showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got to work unclogging the blocked pipe. Chris explained what he was doing as he worked, and kept everything clean and contained. Within an hour my sink was draining freely again.I thought the price was reasonable and he guaranteed his work, so Im confident this fix will last. Ill definitely be calling Halls Plumbing and requesting Chris and Monty for any future plumbing needs. Their efficient, high-quality service solved my clogged sink promptly and left me with a working kitchen again!     Halls responded right away to our plumbing emergency and totally saved us today when our toilets and bath/shower were backing up and filling the hallway with water!     My water heater started leaking last week. I called three different companies for quotes. Halls sent someone (Orlando) to evaluate the situation in person and provide me a quote for several different options at no cost. I ended up going with Halls because their reviews were good and my experience with Orlando was great. He answered all the specific questions I had about different options. An installer came yesterday morning and replaced the tank and also did an excellent job. He was very friendly, communicative, and let me ask all my questions about the new system. Everyone I interacted with in the office when asking questions about quotes and scheduling were very friendly and responsive. I had a great experience with Halls, and they will be my go-to from now on. I highly recommend them for water heater replacements or other plumbing needs!

    We had our water heater go out and we called Halls for a quote for a fix. Austin had arrived to do a quick inspection, and immediately he recommended a new unit. He advised us that we had corrosion and some things were not up to code. We had no idea of the issues and were thankful for Austins assessment. He sent Edgar out to do the install and he knocked it out of the park! Our new system had items we never seen and everything was done beautifully and up to code. Edgar did a great job explaining how our new system works and cleaned up after he was done. The job only took about 3 hours by 1 person. If you have plumbing needs, dont hesitate to give them a call.     5 stars doesnt feel like enough, I need 10! My weekend has been saved by Chris and the folks at Halls Plumbing. I had a back up on my kitchen sink, that was well beyond my amateur DIYer abilities. I called Friday morning, and my problem was resolved by the afternoon. They jetted the lines and showed me the build up and how the lines were now clear. Work is done very well, and they even cleaned up. In my attempt to fix the issue myself I thought I had broken some pvc pipes, well Chris went ahead and just fixed it for me and glued everything back on. He could have easily upsold me a whole kit, but didnt. Im so relieved and grateful to both of the Techs and the scheduling folks. If not for them, I would have spent hours on Saturday making it worse...costing myself more money. Just call the Pros.

    Chris and Julio were amazing! I had a clogged main drain in my house. They explained everything to me throughly before they proceeded. Even my dog Bruce loved them. So you know you have good quality people working for Hallā€™s Plumbing!Julio returned to go under my house and inspect my pipes. He was so helpful. Julio and Chris discovered a leaking pipe. If he had not gone under there, I could have had worse damage. Hallā€™s Plumbing, these two were amazing!!!

    We recently bought a house in Davis, CA. Yesterday I spoke with Orlando from Halls Plumbing about a whole house filtration system. He was excellent! Hes personable, kind, informative, and very knowledgeable. Orlando explained the different systems to me in the great detail I requested and helped me understand the new vocabulary and and concepts. He also walked around the house with me to explain exactly where everything would go. I give him my highest recommendation.I also spoke with Orlando about my concern with another companyā€™s repair of tree rootā€™s interfering causing a potential sewer problem. Later yesterday afternoon, Chris Mays came to do an inspection of our sewer system. Again, he was also a very nice, professional,, and knowledgeable young man who walked me through his results with words and pictures. He showed me the remaining problems that had not been properly fixed. Later that afternoon, I was sent a report with pictures of the results of his inspection.Both of these men fully displayed the high quality of this company. I give Orlando, Chris, and Halls Plumbing my highest recommendation.

    Well we certainly experienced quite the journey with Hallā€™s. They installed a State Select water heater as we required a direct vent. Cost us $950 more than what was originally quoted but found out that direct vents are going to be more expensive and it was not the model they typically use. Once installed it did not keep the pilot light on. We had to restart 2-3 times daily. We informed them of this issue and they were all over it. They came out and offered recommendations and when that didnā€™t work contacted the manufacturer who recommended a replacement part. That didnā€™t work either so the manufacturer approved a replacement. The replacement now seems to be working fine. This experience was a real pain but Hallā€™s never gave up on us. Everyone at Hallā€™s were professional and sensitive to our challenges. A special positive shout out to Orlando. He came by on several occasions and we spoke by phone about twice daily until the situation was finally resolved. It took about 15 days with sporadic hot water to eventually resolve but that was due to the manufacture replacement timeline.This replacement was a real pain but we felt Hallā€™s never forgot about us and prioritized us when replacement parts were available.Thus far our new water heater continues to work and we are thankful for the entire Hallā€™s team who put up and understood our frustrations and did everything they could to resolve our issues as quickly as possible. Everyone who came out were pleasant and very professional.We will certainly use Hallā€™s plumbing again when we have any type of plumbing issues.

    Chris and Jennifer Reynolds values for family and community show through their entire company!Hallā€™s Plumbing has done a lot of items in our older home, and we have always been very pleased with all the services and staff. Recently, my husband had a stroke and is confined to a wheelchair. At 10 pm on a Friday, we discovered the one restroom my husband can access had an issue and could not be used. In desperation I called Hallā€™s to leave a message so hopefully Saturday morning I could get someone out. At 10 pm a person answered the phone! By 10 am Saturday morning a wonderful service tech, Chris Mayes, came out and helped us get the issue resolved. He was a wonderful, caring individual. He got the plumbing issue resolve yet even better he was great with our 11 years old son who was wanting to help get his Dads toilet working. Owner Chris Reynolds sent out another service tech, Josh, to make sure we would not have any future issues with that toilet line clear to the septic tank.     I was very happy with the service I received from Halls Plumbing! I sent an e-mail on Sunday requesting service on Monday and received a response to schedule right away!     I woke up on a Thursday to absolutely cold water, not even warm. I used maps to find a local plumber and Halls had the best ratings. I am thrilled to post the customer service was excellent, Amy was pleasant and professional, and determined to fit me into the days schedule. Joe arrived, great service, excellent and thorough explanations. Explained all our options and when I made my choice, he made a quick run to his office and was back at my house dismantling the old water heater when Bob arrived with the new. Together they rebuilt the base support, leveled it, and installed a brand new water heater much faster and cleaner than I ever imagined possible. The old appliance was 23 years old, so Joe and Bob brought us fully up to code. Joe stayed to make sure all was running as it should, no leaks, heating up the water properly, and cleaned up what little mess there was. Thank you Halls Plumbing!! I will gladly recommend you to others.

    Our six-year-old bathroom faucet wasnt working right, so based on Yelp reviews, I decided to call Halls Plumbing. The representative on the phone was courteous and helpful in scheduling an appointment on a day that was convenient to me. Even though the window for the repair was the entire day, she explained that the technician would give me a call an hour in advance of appearing at my house.Rylie the technician called me on the day of the appointment and was ready to come to my house within an hour, just as they said he would. Rylie showed up on time. He was courteous, extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. Rylie resolved the problem fully within a very short amount of time, and even offered helpful tips relating to our hot water heater. I didnt think this type of good old fashioned customer service existed anymore, but it does with Halls Plumbing. I would give Rylie and Halls 10 STARS if I could, but the most Yelp allows is 5. Go with Halls. You wont be sorry.

    Hall Plumbing responded to my request within hours and had me scheduled right away. Working out of the are is not an issue as they call you within the timeframe you request so you arenā€™t stuck home waiting all day...this made scheduling much easier! After several options given by their courteous and professional technicians, they had me back and functioning in no time (literally like 30 minutes).     Hallā€™s Plumbing is amazing! We had them bring our water heater up to code after we bought our first home. They are always upfront with their prices and never try to wiggle more money out of you. Our bathtub was not draining properly and they came out same day to fix the issue.     I had a simple clog in my shower drain line. After contacting Hallā€™s online late in the day, I was promptly called to set up a service time. Despite a full schedule the next day they managed to have Troy squeeze my service in between other jobs. The assessment and quote were completed efficiently. Once started the service took only a few minutes. All in and done in about 30-40 min. Troy took time to clean up the area after the service as well.An efficient, professional, and quality service experience.

    On a Saturday evening we discovered our main water pipe from the street had ruptured. Halls was able to send Riley that evening to assess. Riley came back early on Sunday morning and got water hooked up for us and explained what would be happening over the next few days to get the repair in place.     My wife and I have had previous experience with Halls Plumbing when Chris solved our noisy toilet problem without charge so we had no hesitation going with them again to install our new water heater. Their service is exceptional. They gave us two very competitive estimates for a standard water heater and a tankless model. We went with the latter even though it entailed the installation of a new gas line from the gas meter to our garage, approximately 50 ft. away. Their crew worked diligently to get our hot water back up and running ASAP; approximately a day and a half, including twice working overtime to make it happen. Their management, service reps., and office staff are the very best and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone if youre lucky enough to be in their service area.

    Halls Plumbing gets 5 stars from me. I called them in the morning after discovering I had no hot water. By mid afternoon it was replaced. The installer was great.     In the past 4 months, Halls installed a trench-less sewer replacement and a water heater for us. The initial phone call for each job was promptly answered by friendly, competent office personnel and appointments were set up right away. Several different employees were involved with the work. Each was extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, and respectful. COVID was taken very seriously and precautions went above and beyond expectations. This is a family business. They take pride in their work and sincerely care about customer satisfaction. We highly recommend this company.

    WOW! It has been a long time since Ive been SO satisfied with a customer service experience that I felt moved enough to post a review. Jason White was an absolute gem. He was prompt (arrived within 45 min of my initial call), professional, personable, and an articulate teacher. I find it extremely frustrating (as a science teacher myself) when I call a professional (electrician, plumber, etc.) to assess a problem I am having and they speak down to me in a condescending tone because I happen to not understand the basics of their profession. This was the exact opposite experience. He was patient while he clearly explained the basics of what the problem was and then outlined in simple terms how he was going to fix it. He answered our questions thoughtfully and with anecdotal experience was able to give us an estimated timeline of the expected next steps for this process (ex - calling home insurance, restoration companies, etc). Nobody ever wants to have to call a plumber because it inevitably means that something serious has gone wrong, but in this instance, I felt reassured and taken care of by someone who was honest and kind.     Halls Plumbing knows their stuff! We were having a plumbing emergency: two toilets not flushing and a bath and shower backing up and not draining. After trying to work with the city for a clean out they couldnt find, we called Halls and we were grateful to see Chris and Julio arrive on our doorstep within a couple hours of requesting service. They went right to work and didnt waste a moments time to identify our issue and get us flowing again. They had all the right equipment to do the job, took many photos and videos to show us what the issues were. Chris took time to explain everything and was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional. We do need to embark on another project with them, but were confident it will be done right. Within hours of our old water heater stopping to function, they were able to replace it with a brand new one, and get us back up and running. Their techs, Edgar and Austin were one of the most professional, knowledgeable, detailed, and kind techs I have come across in my 60 years. They didnt cut any corners and did the job perfectly.     I am very happy with the Halo 5 whole house water system that Hallā€™s Plumbing recently installed. I had a good experience setting up my appointments with Kat in the office. Austin thoroughly explained the system and answered my many questions. I felt that the cost was a good value for a great product compared to water softeners and other systems Iā€™d heard about from friends. Dylan and Emmanuel installed the system a week ago and it is a big improvement. My family has noticed a difference in better taste and less hardness of the water.

    Halls plumbing traveled 2 hours away from their base to replace an antiquated sewer line which was failing. They did excellent work on a minimal amount of time. They provided us with a clear description of what had to be done and gave us follow up advice. There was a serious unexpected issue which was taken care of before they left the site. They cleaned up everything perfectly. The crew was pleasant to work with. This seemed like an extremely pricey repair, but very straight forward about it. And we are glad to have found experienced professionals to leave us feeling confident of the work. Unfortunately, there was one employee who lagged, making us wonder why he was there at all, but Alonzo and Jimmy were wonderful. If youre willing to pay for quality, you wont be disappointed with Halls Plumbing.

    I recommend this company because they do fabulous work and have a great team. Everyone from the technicians to the office staff are amazing.     Contacted Hallā€™s Plumbing regarding an issue on the north side of my house with standing water after rain or cleaning the patio area.Gave details to Madeline, I apologize about if I didnā€™t get her name correct, and was pleasantly surprised that someone could come out as soon as the next day.Received phone call 30 minutes ahead of the technicians arrival.Adam greeted me as I walked out to meet him.He took a look and assessed the issue.Both he and Chris were able to locate and clear the drain that was the culprit.They explained everything and walked myself and husband what they were doing and what was found.Both were professional and great to talk to as we had questions.Thanks to those two, we are now not goin in to have 2 inches of standing water when it rains and they gave our drains the all clear as well.Would recommend Hallā€™s without hesitation.Great job guys and Thank You!!!
