Brad was excellent. We had several things to be completed. He reviewed each, then explained a plan of action. Went back to his truck to calculate an estimate and gather parts. Came back in and went immediately to work. We chose this PPG because this work involved gas appliances. Brad was knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciated the fact after his work was completed he double checked for possible gas leaks. I trust this company. If/when we have other plumbing needs will definitely choose PPG.

I recommend PP&G for all of your plumbing & gas needs! They sent out a technician who was so professional, friendly and thorough! He disconnected our old gas stove and installed our new one and performed a quality assurance check to ensure successful completion of the task. Likewise, he disconnected our old dishwasher and while attempting to install the new one, he discovered a problem with our water line. Also, we were missing a connection cord that was needed. He assessed the issues, brought them to our attention and provided expert solutions. For a nominal fee we were able to move forward and he completed that task. Similarly he conducted quality assurance testing to ensure successful and full functionality of our new dishwasher! The technician was very professional, wore shoe coverings and cleaned behind himself as he completed each job. Unfortunately I do not remember the technician’s name but whoever he is, he’s a wonderful asset and representative of team PP&G, and is worthy of this five star review!

Frank was awesome. Gave me fair pricing! 1/2 the cost of a local competitor (Parkway Plumbing). Glad I went with Precision, will be the plumbers I choose and go to and will tell all my friends. Frank came in and fix a bad shower diverter after I confirmed that it was not a water cartridge problem. He took off the tile and removed the old system and placed a new one in.

Service was same morning as the call and perfectly done (replaced faulty valve under kitchen sink). My only complaint is it cost $260 and the job took less than 5min. Maybe that is the standard minimum rate these days, but it seems high to me.

Brad showed up at 8:30, checked what he needed and replaced the gas regulator within 1 1/2 hrs and made sure everything was working. I cannot praise him enough!! I had been dealing with another company for 2 weeks and been getting jerked around. So Brad helped make our 4th of July a better day!!!

I paid to have them to hook up my natural gas line to our outdoor fireplace. The service was great, super nice folks. They were able to come out within 48 hours. It was just a little pricier than what I would have liked for 30 min worth of work and they wouldn’t give me an estimate over the phone. It was $235 plus a part to hook it up. They check for leaks and there is a year warranty with it.

Very impressed with Precision Plumbing and Gas! Had serious water heater problems that needed immediate attention and repair. One call and Frank was able to schedule and see us the same day, we had no water. They also called and confirmed 15 minutes before they arrived. He worked with the water heater manufacture via telephone to diagnose and troubleshoot a number of possible scenarios causing the problems, there were a couple issues identified. Frank took great care in keeping the work area clean and tidy. Very professional and knowledgeable. Extremely patient and understanding as I watched him work and asked questions. Frank’s responses felt more of explaining and teaching me (as a customer) as to what the problems were and what he needed to do to correct them. We had an old range and old gas piping to match. When purchasing a new modern gas range, it would not push flush against the wall. I decided that it was important to update the piping to fit the new range. I contacted Precision Gas and they were very responsive and kind! We arranged a time to arrive and fix the piping. Frank, the owner of Precision Plumbing & Gas (PP&G) is absolutely the best plumber!!! After 2 plumbers later advising they cant fix our problem, I need to call the big guy. Well the big guy was to busy and recommended PP&G. I was desperate for an urgent repair and OMG Frank and his crew discovered our problem right away and went right to work. Replaced our broken main sewer line and worked until late into the evening to complete the job. He was fast/accurate/fair pricing and just simply amazing. I have had Frank back since then for other repairs, install of new hot water tank and remolding a master bathroom. I wont call anyone else but Frank for my plumbing needs. Precision plumbing saved are behind. They came out immediately when needed. Roto router was supposed to come out and could not do it, so they referred me to precision plumbing. They even said that precision plumbing is better than them Roto router. They ended up having to dig up our backyard and replace the pipes that were under the ground. They also replaced our water heater with a brand new 80 gallon tank. They did this with such efficiency and dedication to making us very happy and having water immediately.
