I recently used DAQS Plumbing based on a friends recommendation. My friend mentioned in general conversation that Denzel, his uncle is a plumber. At first, I didn’t think much about it until my water spigot started leaking.I contacted them on a Tuesday and spoke with Denzels wife to schedule an estimate for the repair. She was pleasant and accommodating. On Friday morning, Denzel and his wife arrived promptly at the scheduled time. I showed him the issue with the water spigot and he got right to work making the repairs. He was very efficient and professional. The new water spigot looks amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the work. I am already planning to use Denzel for additional plumbing work.

Funny story, my sink was backing up when running the dishwasher the night before, had a terrible smell. All of this while my mother was here visiting. My mother being a concerned mother was determined that I find a plumber the next morning. Next morning, I hear my mother calling out that she sees a plumber, go run and stop him. Apparently my mother was looking out the window when she saw Denzels truck coming from a house a few doors down. Before I could get my self together my mother (75) managed to move with the speed of a cheetah, opened the door YELLING HEY HEY HEY while flagging him to stop. Well he stopped and he was very friendly and professional doing outstanding work. I am more than sure neither myself not DenzeI did not expect to wake up this morning having to chase or being stopped by my mother. 😆😆I will recommend him to all of my friends.

A friend referred Denzel to us when our hot water heater went on the fritz and I am so glad she did!Through the process Denzel was responsive, thorough, and honest, and I felt his quote was more than fair for parts and labor. I really appreciate his extensive knowledge and experience and his patience in explaining the process. He was careful and respectful of our property throughout.Right before our HWH was replaced, we also noticed a drop in water pressure in our townhome and he went above and beyond to diagnose the issue, while being cost conscious.While I hope I won’t need plumbing services in the near future, when I do I will definitely be calling Denzel at DAQ’s plumbing!! We accidentally left an outdoor faucet hose attached and it froze and burst the pipe. Luckily we had turned off the inside shutoff for the outside faucets, so only the water remaining in the pipe before it broke caused a problem. I needed a plumber to fix the pipe and also to tell his findings to the insurance company.Denzel was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. I even feel his work was an improvement over the original plumbing because he repaired the pipe using higher quality materials than we had in the first place.I recommend this company.

Attentive, respectful, caring, professional and RELIABLE!When they say they will come- they come! Very thorough in diagnosing and solving the problem. My mother’s sink was a hot mess. Over the years 3 attempts to solve the food disposal over flowing… Denzel cured the disease!! Never had a problem since he repaired 3 years ago. He snakes her toilets and today he came with in an hour of me calling to check on my outside spicket that was leaking, spraying everywhere despite out attempts to add washers etc. He repaired and further secured it way better to our home. His prices are very reasonable, you dont feel it is necessary to price shop bec he is competitive and wants your business.He has helped both my mother in her mobile and my single family home.Tip- use Scotts TP! :)

I would say, he put a lot of pride to his work. My plumbing issue seems simple but hard access, he was on his back and knees all the time and the leaking outside faucet is surrounded with thorny shrubs. He did the job without any complain and the price is very reasonable. He even checked my other small plumbing issue with no extra charge. I highly recommend, Daqs Plumbing LLC.

Now this is what one calls EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!..... My garbage disposal went out and needed replacement. Living in other big states that had a variety great customer services to pick from I became picky in my current state. For once I am glad I found DAQs Plumbing who came highly recommended by a state senior construction project manager at work! He showed up on time and tried to fix it first to save me money. 8 years ago I had poly pipes bursting everywhere and as a new homeowner I needed a plumber that I could trust and that wasn’t going to be outrageously priced.
