Not only they took the time to explain the surge protector features and details, but also they check the electrical system for safety concerns. Luckily they spotted that the AC unit breaker has a bad screw and the cable was loose. They replaced it on the spot. They provided us with detailed information about the product we installed and ensure we were fully satisfied and informed about it. The technician is always prompt, pleasant, clean and willing to explain . Nathan has been at my house few times, which is a plus as he is familiar with the electrical aspect of the house. Erica, at the office, has a great disposition, listens carefully to layman’s details and stay in touch updating scheduled visit, etc. She has all information regarding my house and repairs. It is like having your personal electrician and not another company. You are a person not just another number .

Ethan and Joel were very professional and informative about what was wrong and took their time to do a good job. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.They made sure they didn’t track any dirt into the house and wore shoe covers. They also did a good job cleaning up afterwards.The prices on some of the work I was thinking of adding on may have been on the pricy side for what I was thinking. That’s not under the control of the guys that came, but I would recommend price shopping if you have a specific task in mind rather than getting emergent work done where you’re not sure what may be going on.

VERY OVERPRICED.......charged me $13,000 to fix my electrical system after a fire. The only damaged wires were behind my stove. I jumped the gun when they said someone could start that very same day!But on their behalf, they did nice work, always on time, gave me a good warranty and they fixed whatever the county inspectors told them to fix. For that reason, I thought the guys did a great job!

Andrew and Daniel did an amazing job, they went above and beyond. They were working in what felt like 120 degrees and made sure that my family and I were taken care of. They wouldn’t leave until they knew we had power outlets to hook up our camper on our land and finally have water!! Communication and punctuality was amazing and the way they called ahead and were always ahead of arrival time was impressive! Would recommend this company 1000% and ask for Daniel and Andrew I promise you won’t regret it!!

They were extremely helpful after having power surge during Hurricane Milton. A lot of things in the house were zapped. We also decided to have our breaker box replaced as our home is 47 years old. They called back same day, came out next day, then completed everything the following day. We worked with 4 different people. All very polite and personable. I had unfinished, and non functioning wiring performed in my home remodeling nightmare which needed to be finished. I had two other local electricians come in to look at the job, and one even started the work, but both abandoned me without notice.From the first call to Top Flight Electric, my experience was very positive. My initial appointment was made efficiently, friendly & my appointment was confirmed several times by text from Top Flight.Jonathon , a Top Flight electrician was my first contact who looked at the issues and provided me with their estimate. I caller Top Flight electrical for installation of a Gentrac Generator. Reggae showed up followed by Daniel. They got right to work. You know that someone knows what they’re doing, because they never had to pickup the installation manual! These two guys work throughout the day in 95° weather and did an awesome job on the installation of a transfer switch and the generator. I would highly recommend top-flight electrical for your next electrical problem. Both Reggie & Daniel did an excellent job and it was Jonathan that sold me on hiring Top Flight. Amazing job! We had some outlet issues with a recent storm and our garage door wouldn’t open so Nathan and Reggie came out right away to help us. Today, I scheduled an appointment for inspection of my power to my air conditioning thermostat. Nathan was very friendly and helpful, to say the least. He declared air conditioning was not his specialty. However, he checked everything associated with power for my thermostat. He did not have to do that. But in the interest of safety and quality customer service, he recommended I make a service call to a local air conditioning company. Which I did. The appointment is scheduled for this afternoon. This my third service call to Top Flight. It will not be the last. As a retired IT Professional of more than 25 years, I know very well the difference between standard customer support and service and exceptional customer service and support. For me, Top Flight is my very first call for all things electrical. They are exceptional.Today, Robbie installed a defective LED overhead light. The light is working as expected. No problems. I cannot say it any better.We have a problem with the microwave oven’s power tripping the circuit breaker every time we wanted to use the appliance. The microwave oven’s lights have power as long as you did not try to use the appliance. We suspected the problem was the microwave oven. The microwave came with the house, which was built three years ago. Today, we did not have a complete diagnosis of the power or circuit breaker, since the problem was isolated only to the microwave oven. But I was pleased with the demeanor, professionalism of both of the service technicians. I will use them again, in any event of more serious or customize electrical work. I rated my service visit Five Stars.

Had Top Flight come out as my dishwasher kept tripping the breaker... found out that it was loose connection needing a new breaker.. but also advised me that a surge protection device could be beneficial for the whole house.. after going over the specs on this and what it would provide (protection wise) we agreed to the repairs of the breaker, an outdoor outlet that was not working properly and add the surge protection to the AC panel outside... all in all it gives peace of mind and great selling point for the future buyers (if / when we sell our unit) I was happy with Jims service and how efficient and detailed he was. Ethan changed out my kitchen lights from older ballast to LED , changed out a bad outlet and conducted a full home electrical safety survey. Oreanreplaced/installed a new breaker box with all new breakers (big project). All work accomplished with good cleanup. Could not be more satisfied.

Brent and Daniel were punctual and notified us in a timely manner when they were on their way. As soon as they arrived , they assessed what had to be done, collaborated with each other and then informed us what was going to be done. No time was wasted and they finished the job in a reasonable time. The floodlights were placed exactly where we wanted them and they covered the previous hole where they were located in a way you could tell it was professionally done. Both were very polite and made sure that the floodlights worked properly before they left. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed.
