From start to finish, this company has been fantastic to deal with. Their pricing is reasonable as I looked at 6 different companies. The communication was great. I had the installation today of the nema 14-50 outlet and Jeremy did a phenomenal job. He was on time, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will most likely use them again in the future!

I cannot recommend Thomas Electrical enough! We had an emergency on a Saturday and Nick came to our rescue. He thoroughly diagnosed and explained the issue we were having. He even showed me how he was diagnosing the issue, what equipment I would need and how I could diagnose the issue in the future. The communication was superb through the whole process, from setting up the appt with his office, to when he was dispatched, to explaining everything he was doing and fixing. Nick and Thomas Electrical went above and beyond in every phase of the job, working quickly and efficiently. His technical and industry knowledge is unmatched. We can now enjoy the remainder of our weekend with power! Thanks Nick (and Lea)!!

Art came by on short notice and right after a holiday. He was on time and very polite and professional from the start. The issue I was having was a little complex but he took his time and found the shorted plug on an obscure place I didn’t even think about. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.

I had TEC install outlets and mount a tv around with multi-media plates in a difficult area around the chimney. They managed extend the power and media connections in a hard to maneuver area for a clean install. We were impressed.
