We have had great support from Chris Walton at Southern Air for the 3rd year in a row. Chris takes care of the Annual Maintenance of our AC units including any repairs like the successful resolution of the heat pump, coil kit failure. Chris proactively suggested and followed up with the AC manufacturer and got it resolved so the expensive parts were no cost items to us. While the parts were on way he temporarily resolved the heat pump to work while the parts arrived. He ultimately replaced the parts first thing on a Monday. We are so privileged to have Chris work on our service needs. I recommend Southern Air and Chris Walton for all your AC needs and a proactive resolution to all AC issues. We are grateful when we called on a late, very warm Friday evening, service was rendered later that same night. The repairman was GREAT…friendly, courteous and quickly fixed our problem. This young man deserves all the money we paid for this service call. It was on a late, very hot Friday night-bless this young man/he’s work ethic is outstanding!

10/10 highly recommend, emergent a/c issue that was scheduled in not only a timely manner but the technician was knowledgeable informing us of what went wrong and what was happening during the process, and he remained professional from the time he greeted us until the time we said goodbye, his manners were wonderful and we will likely be back as well as refer friends. Outdoor unit went bad so Southern came to look and give me estimate. The unit was ordered same day and installed in less than 48 hours. The young men installing the unit were very punctual. Worked quickly and efficiently. Left no trash and were very professional. I highly recommend you give them a call!

After meeting with several other HVAC contractors in the area, we ultimately hired Southern Air to install a new 2 ton system for our attic. During the initial consultation Mike was nothing but professional. He listened to what we trying to do and provided his thoughts on how we can achieve the end goal. He provided a quote that was thorough and upfront regarding the scope of the work and pricing.The installers (Adam, Landon and JC) were absolutely fantastic. They were on time, professional and courteous. They had no problem answering any questions I had regarding the installation. I was throughly impressed with their work quality and work ethic as they pretty much worked the entire time they were on-site with little or no break. They made sure they communicated any issues in a timely manner. Also, they cleaned up at the end of each day.Mike was also able to schedule a service for my existing unit. The service tech, Chris, was able to be on-site the same day I requested service. He gave me a run down of everything he checked and provided feedback on what things to keep an eye on.Time will tell how the unit will perform and last but overall, I could not be happier with the service Mike and his team provided. I look forward to working with Southern Air for all my future HVAC needs. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

My review is specially forSouthern Air - Winchester.This company installed the entire system for my new house and everything is working very very well.They did a so nice work for me.They did the installation ofducts, vents, thermostat and a very powerful system that will cool down my entire house in the Summer and warm it in the Winter as well.I really recommend this company for any services they provide.They are so professional, friendly and on time scheduling as well.I really appreciate what they have done for me.If you are tired of trying one and another one trying to find a create company to take care of your A/C system, for sure, you need to try Southern Air- Im very sure you will be so happy after working with them.They are so nice and professional tooll!!Thank you Southern Air- Winchester for such a wonderful project you did for me and my family.

I’ve had several service appointments and new equipment installations performed over the years, and in every instance, the team has gone above and beyond. We use Southern Air Commercial where I work. My home hvac system was not working and I ask the technician at work if they did residential. He said yes, they have a residential group. He said give Mike Ambrose a call and he would fix me up. I called Mike and he had a service technician at my home that day. He got my heat working that day and told us other parts were needed. The system was old and I ended up having them install a new heat pump with back up propane. Quick, courtesy response. Definitely 5 star service. Great people, great job!
