    It was quick and easy to call and schedule an appointment to replace my water heater. Richard and Rita came out and went above and beyond explaining what they were doing, advising me on my lines and venting, and walking me through the functions of the new tank. As a new homeowner, I really appreciated them taking the time to explain everything to me so that I can take quality care of my tank going forward. I honestly highly recommend this company.

    This is my favorite HVAC and plumbing company we have ever used!! They were able to fit us in same day for our kitchen sink clogging before a holiday party we were having. The plumber was very personable able to resolve the issue quickly. They also provided a furnace tune up and recommendations for optimizing our system to address cold/hot rooms in our house! I have referred many friends and family to 5 star Home Services and will continue to do so without hesitation!

    When our super old AC unit stopped working we looked at several places and 5stars haves us the lowest quote with the best financing. They came super quick and did everything with no hassle. After this experience I decided to pay for their membership that includes maintenance and inspection of all systems in my house. Something that impressed me…they called me to schedule the free inspections. A lot of times you pay for a membership and never get to use it but they made sure I was getting my moneys worth. Inspections have been done in a super seamless process and no pushy sales. They let me know what they found and recommended and sent me the inspection with pictures in an email. I recommend 100%.

    Perfect. These gentlemen had to remove an almost 50 year old furnace. There were so many dangerous wires coming into the old unit. These were all replaced and are now cleanly wire loomed together. I now have a beautiful looking unit outside as well. They made sure to show me everything about the new equipment.     Technician arrived promptly and accessed problem pretty easily and handled the clogged portion of piping. Also, gave some recommendations to prevent this from being a recurring issue. Pricing was a little steep for small amount of clog but its flat priced. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend based on services performed.

    The details why I contacted 5 Star are too complicated to list here. Let’s just say it was to inspect our HVAC systems and tell us whether we had been oversold and taken advantage of. I made this request after receiving a ridiculous estimate from another company to install a humidifier. Bottom line, 5 Star not only confirmed our systems, but also provided us a humidifier at significantly less cost than the other estimate. Josh Rodriguez did an amazing job walking us through our systems and clearly answering my questions in language I could understand. Once our current maintenance program expires we will be switching our business to 5 Star. They provided a great customer experience

    Our air conditioner wasn’t putting out cold air on a Sunday afternoon. We called Five Star and Eric was out within the hour. He took a look at everything thoroughly, told us our compressor needed replaced. He replaced it in a timely manner. He was very personable and professional.     The contractor quickly assessed the problem! He knew the leak in the basement was the toilet in the half bathroom.He offered 2 remedies and their prices. I selected the cheapest option and he quickly fixed the problem. He was very courteous, professional, and personable. Tech was able to verify and health check other systems while on-site, and make best use of his time and our familys time.Kudos to Mitch for not trying to pressure an upsell, but being just knowledgeable and willing to do the job right.Now Im off to find the critters that keep chewing through my wires outside in my a/c!

They gave me a good deal as it was off peak season, they were prompt and professional on the install and even worked with us on timing around my wife’s schedule dropping the kids off at school.     I absolutely am satisfied with the great customer service and prompt response from this company (we had contacted Grove City Heating & Air, one of their group). Our AC had stopped working suddenly on a Friday night (after being pretty sketchy for months, not surprised the motor finally died) and we had put in multiple online service requests with different companies and estimate appointments. Adam with Five star was at my home first thing Saturday morning, inspected and was very clear on what was wrong and offered us our options without pressure. He offered us a portable AC unit to get us through the weekend and we were set for a brand new HVAC on Monday morning (at my request, I already knew it wasnt worth a couple thousand dollar repair on a 24 year old system). I had to work Monday night shift, and the two guys who came were extremely professional and efficient. They finished and cleaned up a little after noon, much earlier than expected. New system has been working great! I will continue to use them for furnace & ac maintenance and was most impressed with their 10 year service warranty with just a $49 diagnostic fee (other companies offered only a year or two of labor and were far more expensive). They were there to give me a functional system within my budget and timeline, no used car salesman tactics or up-selling particular equipment. I learned 5 star offers plumbing and electrical services too and Ill definitely check them out for future home needs. I appreciate you guys making us comfortable so fast during summer and making this a positive experience for us.

    Our AC gave out on us and I reached out to this company as a return customer since they serviced my unit several years ago. After a service call I was informed the cost of replacing the unit would be the most effective option. Joshua was the sales representative that came out to provide the estimate and he did a great job explaining all my options and the type of work that would take place with a new unit installation. I appreciated his patience with all my questions. The installation of the new unit took place a few days after and the 2 technicians (Brandon and Heman) that did the work were great and very respectful of our home. They also addressed the questions and concerns I had including when I reached out a week later with concerns regarding some noise in the system. Someone came out the next day to check and address the issue.Overall I recommend Five star Home services!

I called them on Friday morning at 8:00 am, and a service representative was there in a very short time. He found the problem and gave me a repair estimate. When I asked about the cost of replacing the unit, he contacted a sales representative who was at my house by noon and spent a lot of time with me, helping me and answered questions.I chose to get a new unit, and it was installed the very next day!! Five Star had excellent customer service!I am pleased with the service provided. After 48 hours, there have been no issues since my full system (AC, furnace & water heater) install. My home feels cooler than before. I dont have to turn the faucet handle way pass the middle to have hot water. I cant wait till winter to see how the furnace works.     We had a blocked sewer line at our home . The line needed replaced. I got an estimate the day after it was requested. Five Star was patient while we worked out financing for the project. Once that was settled, a crew went to work. The worked in the rain on a Friday, trying to get the work down before the weekend. The work was of the highest quality and our drains have never worked so well. The best part of the work was the crew members. All of them was both kind and courteous. Their language and attitudes was above reproach.
