David and his team were the epitome of professionalism. Legion gutted and redid our Kitchen/Dining room (including wall removal) and main bathroom (1940s house) just this past summer. They were responsive, kind, clean, and came in on the initial budget he quoted us and on time.David listened to our design preferences, and his advice and guidance always came as polite suggestions and never condescending or pressuring. We were first-time home-buyers, so we were new to this whole process and we really felt taken care of instead of taken advantage of. We couldnt be more thrilled with his and his teams work and we will certainly be using his services for any future renovations.

David was awesome! He and his team tore down and replaced our sunroom which was just an enclosed patio with A LOT of rot. He made it into actual living space, raised the floor and installed hardwood flooring. Always on time, professional, great work… and he did NOT speak to us like we were a nuisance or like he was doing us a favor every time we asked a question. Any delays we had were 100% related to our requests. This is our second “project” house and David is by far my favorite contractor. We definitely recommend him for any project you have.

As soon as David saw my old wooden deck he knew exactly what needed to be done. The guy really knows decks. In one week he demolished the old structure and created a beautiful Trex composite deck with contemporary tubular railings, a privacy fence and a code compliant stairway. He filed the permits and arranged the county inspections. The crew were conscientious and respectful. The price was very competitive. David was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Legion Home Services and will certainly use them again.

David built our dream kitchen! His professionalism, craftsmanship,and communication is exceptional. Additionally, it was common for David to go above and beyond. For example, he offered to pick up our doors because we didn’t have a truck. He fixed our basement sink because he noticed it had a small leak. I would recommend him for any of your home needs. I know we are already thinking up other projects that he can do for us. He is a true gem when it comes to home services.

I have used David several times in the past for my kitchen flooring, installing doors throughout my house, and a few other projects. He has done excellent work on every job. We hired Legion Home services to build a new deck for our house. David was very professional, responsive, and finished the deck on time. He knew how to get the permit from New Castle County (NCC). He finished the deck within a week which includes building and NCC inspection. He gave the quote and built the deck within the quoted amount. He made sure that we are satisfied with his work before the final payment was made. I would highly recommend his company for deck related services.
