Tristan, who pumped our septic, and Trevor, who helped us troubleshoot our septic issues were both kind and competent. We had a small scheduling snafu, as I originally thought P&P would send both techs the same day, but after I called, they did send Trevor out the following morning. I’m not sure if I just had a miscommunication with the office re: scheduling or if they got overly busy but I really enjoyed working with Tristan and Trevor and appreciate their help!

First Jon came and removed the waste. Then I made arrangements with Jon to have risers and a cover added to my tank. Thinking it would be weeks. I was informed that it would be a day or two. Then a couple hours later, Mike showed up. I couldn’t believe it. Everything was done in one day! Both Jon and Mike were very friendly and personable!! Thank you Jon and Mike!!!

After removing the blockage he identified the issue accurately. I had a broken septic pipe which required excavation and replacement.Travis came out to evaluate my site and provide an estimate the same day.The pipe replacement was done within 2 days. I can highly recommend P+P for their prompt attention and high level of professionalism.

I have to admit that I originally provided a 1 star review. Since communicating with Travis I wish to completely change my feedback. I experienced a backup of the septic in my home. P&P came the day of my call at 10:00 PM. I was appreciative that we had a resolution on the same day. There were some challenges but Travis stood by the integrity of the company and resolved any concerns I had. There were three technicians who came to my home. Each one was professional and responsive. I will use P&P in the future for septic maintenance.

For the past week, we have had a backed up toilet and eventually it started backing up into the shower..eek! I finally called yesterday because we had tried everything under the sun to get this clog, well unclogged! With only having one bathroom and 3 girls well we needed this fixed asap! I called 3 other places first and 2 of them said someone would call back and never did and the 3rd place quoted me twice as much as P&P. When I called P&P They took my information which took less than 3 minutes and said they could get out to me in a couple hours. They were at the house in an hour if that and were able to fix the problem in less than 20 minutes. They were fast, responsive, professional and literally saved 3 girls from having to go out in the woods :-) I would highly recommend this business and Brandon was the guy that came out. He did a great job!

We requested a service call Saturday to ensure the integrity of our septic system and they arrived bright and early Saturday. P Septic responded immediately to my call. Their tech, Trevor, was able to diagnosis and remove the blockage while reassuring/educating me on how the system worked. He was able to identify another area of concern and fix it also . Trevor was reassuring and professional at a time of great stress.

I couldnt be happier with the service. The first person I spoke with helped me to do some troubleshooting in case it was a quick fix. When it was not, he sent Frank out that afternoon who was very knowledgeable and polite. He showed me the problem, gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix it and asked what time he could return the next day to install the part. He came back as scheduled and completed the project as described. Great service!

After a nightmarish experience with Roto-Rooter, I called P&P to come out and fix the mistakes and damage caused by Roto-Rooter. The P&P folks were amazing. The techs were extremely professional, knowledgable, and courteous. Jarod, one of the owners, even stopped by because hed heard about how bad my experience was with Roto-Rooter and he wanted to make sure everything got sorted out (thanks Jarod!). I also learned these guys are significantly less expensive than their competition. Lesson learned! Ill be calling P&P for any future drain issues!

I went down stairs today and realized the septic had backed up through the washer drain. After checking my tank and pump station I saw the tank needed to be pumped and there had to be a clog in one of the pipes. I looked down the street to find a P&P truck 3 houses down. Arrived home today to find our septic tank draining in our back lawn. Its a Sunday, and my plumber friends recommended I call P&P thinking my tank was full and needed to be pumped. I called P&P and got their answering service as it was Sunday. They took my info and said someone would call me back.I got a call from Travis with P&P in what was probably less than a minute. He took my information and said he knew where we were and would be there in about 20 minutes. He showed up in about 15 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem as a clogged filter, and proceeded to clean it. He was excellent in the process and took the time to show me how to do it if I chose to do it myself in the future.I cant speak highly enough of the excellent service we received from Travis. In this day and age, where it seems like friendly, good customer service is an afterthought, this guy got it 100% right. Professional and competent. Thanks for a great job.
