We’ve done everything from huge projects in my office, to small jobs at the house and Johnathan’s guys are always great! Reminders of our appointment times, follow up about the job. You would be lucky to work with NEE, after dealing with huge problems and poor customer service with other electricians I feel lucky to have such a dependable and competent company to work with!

The best electricians in Vermont -- Ive hired them for services on 4 different properties! You will not find a team that is more responsive, timely, friendly, and professional. Within hours of emailing them asking about service, I receive a reply from the office admin setting me up for a day/time. The team of electricians is top-notch and so friendly. From start to finish, you wont be disappointed.

I called to get an estimate on job and how long before it could be done. They asked me some question about what needed to be done and gave me an estimate over the phone. The told it would probably be several weeks before they would be able to get to the job site. I told them to schedule me and to my surprise the job was completed within the week. The workers did exactly what was asked to be completed and actually did a great job cleaning up my house when it was done. Amazing team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for some electrical work to be completed. Very reasonably priced and work took less time then quoted.5 out of 5 Stars for Quality, Price and Professionalism!

Outstanding service and personnel. We needed a dedicated line added for a sump pump and they were able to schedule us in the next day. Aldin and Sean did fantastic work and explained all details. Communication and scheduling with Jim was excellent. Wont hesitate to call them again for future projects.

I had two small electrical projects in my home. I know these were tiny projects, but the folks at New England Electric LLC were more than happy to fit me into their schedule. The electricians arrived on time and finished in less time that I had expected. They were polite and professional, neatly accomplishing both small jobs which were entirely satisfactory.I would highly recommend them for any type of electrical work.

My hard wired smoke detectors had been going off for more than a week. I had changed the batteries multiple times and bought new detectors, nothing worked. They were still beeping. I was going crazy and called New England Electric as soon as they opened. They were extremely friendly, patient, and helpful to diagnose what was happening over the phone. I will continue to use them from now on. Thanks so much!!

As a business owner with 10 Full-time Employees I am always busy and in and out of the shop. I hired John and his team to rewire some exterior lighting. I told them to fit us in when it was convenient as it was not an emergency. I was out of the shop and learned by text that they were there and doing the work. If it weren’t for the text and awesome new lights that light up our parking lot I would not have known they were there. I love how efficient and trustworthy they are and so easy to work with. Thank you for such an awesome job!

I truly wish I could give this company 10 stars becuase they deserve it. I cant even begin to tell you how much I appreciate and respect this company and its employees. They have been doing work for me for years now on multiple properties and have ALWAYS been top notch and exceeded my expectations with every single job. It is very hard to find a company that has 100% of their team performing class A work but New England Electric IS that company. The owner John is not only an amazing person & electrician but he also only hires the every best quality employees who all hold a very high standard for their own work. I called looking for them to address some items that came up in a Code Enforcement inspection. Despite the non-urgent nature of this work they came out immediately and even stayed slightly after hours without charging me an additional fee. Their technician was great to deal with and came prepared for anything with a fully stocked van. I also know from dealing with them on the commercial level for work that they are just as capable with large scale jobs. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

This was my first experience with NE Electric and I was very impressed! I never seemed to find a reliable and consistent residential electrician and decided to try and find a legit local company. We’ve had them out to our house several times for various electrical jobs and I’m very impressed with their quality, knowledge, communication and work ethic. They can explain well to a non-tech like me what the options are, what they need to do, etc. They also don’t leave a mess behind. The last time they were here, the three employees worked hard and I also noticed they were joking around with each other, singing along to the radio, and enjoying themselves while they worked, like friends hanging out while getting a job done. When I see employees acting like that, it tells me they like what they’re doing and where they work and that’s the kind of company I want to do business with.

These guys are awesome. They fit us in because we had a deadline for fire, safety inspection, and a sale. Daniel was awesome as scheduler and the two guys were awesome as well. They seem to love their boss, John. Very professional, and very explanatory. I forget their names, but the junior fellow was from New Jersey, and is new here in Vermont - just looking for good bagels and pizza. 😝

I have been completely blown away by how professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant the technicians are. It has been a different person (or team) each time, and on all occasions I have been really glad to have NEE do the work. Consistently excellent on all fronts. Everyone knows how tough it can be just to find an electrician with time to take on a new job! Not only did John respond to my call promptly, he personally came out to the site of my small commercial project first thing the next morning. Just a few days later, Sam & Chris were there installing 48 of suspended lighting tracks for my new art gallery space in Burlington. They werent just on time, but early (!), extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and wonderfully tidy. When I realized Id made a mistake in my own measurements, they couldnt have been nicer about coming back out for a second day right away to make the changes I requested. Last but not least, the price was beyond reasonable for the amount of work they did. I cant recommend them highly enough! Huge thanks again to John, Sam, Chris, and Rand for all of your help throughout this process. Couldnt be happier with the results!
