Ross, the plumber from Lloyd Home Service, was so helpful. Right on time, spent a lot of time talking with me about each issue, very friendly and personable, and helped out with some other questions that werent even issues he came to address for the appointment. He explained everything very clearly, and was able to answer all of my questions! Im very happy with the service we got.

We recently had our annual boiler maintenance done, and I couldnt be more pleased with the service. Robert, the technician, arrived promptly at the scheduled time, which was a great start. He was extremely polite and professional, taking the time to explain what he was doing and answering all our questions patiently.One thing that really stood out was his attention to cleanliness. Despite the snowy weather, he made sure not to track any snow into our house, which we greatly appreciated. He wore shoe covers leaving our home just as clean as he found it.Overall, the experience was seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of reliable and courteous plumbing work!

On time and very efficient but pleasant and informative when I asked questions. Fixed all three plumbing issues. The cost was reasonable especially when I joined the ‘Club’. Highly recommend Ross from Lloyd’s. Oh, and it was very professional and reassuring that Ross sent me a picture of him and a bit about his experience prior to arrival.

I tried working with another larger heating company and was totally unimpressed (I won’t name them but it starts with a B!). I called Lloyd’s and immediately got a real person. They were able to get me scheduled quickly.Now the really great part: Will Persons came to the house and walked us through the process. He’s fantastic! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and just plain great to work with. It was night and day compared to other organizations I’ve worked with. Use Lloyd’s!!!! We will never go elsewhere.

Alec did a wonderful job. Replacing a circuit breaker in good time and then checking to make sure everything was working correctly. He was also able to give me info to improve the safety of my home which I plan on pursuing with this company.

Lloyds Home Service has provided many electrical and plumbing services for us. Most recently Eugene Mulligan and crew installed a dehumidifier in our cellar. All the technicians were professional, skilled, and pleasant. We have always had good experiences with Lloyds. We rely on them and they always come through! And theyre prices are reasonable. Wonderful company!

She commended the areas that are working well and showed us some things we might need to change in the future. She is courteous and friendly. We hope her ride home wasnt too tough. The weather wasnt the best. She really liked our dog!!!

They allayed my worries and concerns regarding the circuit breakage and backup generator situation, and walked me through the possible cause(s). Will Persons went through all the options and design possibilities and answered all of my various questions completely and professionally, so that I was able to get the system I really needed and wanted. Martin Glassford and the tech crew put the system in earlier than expected, and they did a fabulous job, working around obstacles and difficulties quickly and fully. The system is in and fully operational and functioning perfectly. Martin and crew did a great job and also answered all my questions, particularly about how to operate my new heating system efficiently and effectively. I am very happy with all their work. Thanks!

I would consider them for services other than what I got this time (plumbing), especially since they seem to do it all (plumbing, electric, HVAC,etc)

Lloyd Home Svcs. representative Tyson Davison visited our home on 10/22 to help us determine what type of transfer of power would best suit our needs in case of a power outage. Mr Davison was well spoken and thorough with his information and answered all our questions in detail. He was prompt in the installation we chose and again went over any details we weren’t certain about. Mr Davison was respectful and considerate of our home by removing his shoes even when I told him it wasn’t necessary and again was thorough in making certain that we were happy with everything before he left. A great young man with the knowledge to get it done!

I was having trouble finding an electrician to come by and take care of a couple minor problems I was having. It seemed like no one wanted to come by since it was a small job. A colleague recommended Melody Electric, so I gave them a call. To my delight, they were happy to come by and help me out.When the electrician arrived, he was incredibly courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He asked if I wanted to watch what he was doing so that I could learn from him. He explained everything that he was doing and why. It was amazing.I cant say enough positive things about Melody Electric. They will most certainly get my business again in the future for any projects.

Will was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Lloyds is likely among the most expensive equipment instillation and servicing options out there, but they are easy to deal with and reliable. Because of their great product and work guarantees I’m also hoping that the economics of paying more up front will even out and payoff in the long run. Regardless, Will was a pleasure to work with.
