    Zach was wonderful. Very helpful and professional. He came in and was able to find the issue and offer solutions. The repair was able to be made the same day. They even called and asked if they could arrive earlier than expected today!! Great experience! I highly recommend for plumbing and HVAC!

    Amazing customer service! The team is knowledgeable, equiped and prepared if there id a wrench thrown into the plans. Fast thinkers and great problem solvers! I used this team for sewer inspection prior to purchasing a home. Will bring them back for further work. You should too! Would recommend to anyone who needs plumbing work, sewer scope. Great company and friendly staff.

    RT Services does great work! Caleb was out today and redid some work a previous plumber did to make sure it was correct, and Caleb did a wonderful job. He corrected a few things and made sure it was sealed off properly so it would have no more leaks. I was very pleased to have Caleb from RT Services and plan to use them again.

    I could not recommend RT Services enough. They have always done great work for us and recently they went above and beyond with their services. We had an issue with our heat pump and the owner came out on a Saturday to check it out. They ordered parts for us and he and another worker came back later the next week to help fix the issue. They were very friendly and after fixing our heat pump, they checked in with us the following business day to make sure everything was still working

    Caleb with RT Services stopped by to replace the UV Bulb on my water system today. While he was working he was kind enough to answer all of my questions and even gave me great suggestions future improvements to my system since I have hard well water. He even remembered that my daughter was away at college the last time he was here and he ask how she was doing...     I recently had some plumbing issues that needed to be fixed, and I was fortunate enough to come across an excellent plumber who not only fixed the leaks but also installed a new tankless water heater for me. I am thoroughly impressed with their work! Phil was fantastic at reviewing options with me and my wife and working with our budget. Caleb was highly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything worked perfectly before he left. I appreciate the time he took to explain everything to me and answer my questions. His attention to detail was top-notch, and the quality of his work was exceptional.     When our 35 year old air conditioner gave up the fight this summer, our daughter recommended RT Services. They have done a good bit of work for her - both HVAC and Plumbing. Seeing how pleased she has been with them, we decided to give them a try.They came out within a day or two to determine what the problem was and found that the system had to be replaced because of its age.     After working all day in Cumberland, Rich Derr from RT services showed up on a Friday night at 8:30 after dark to install a part for our broken air conditioning unit so we didn’t have to wait one more day to have our AC running. I really feel he went above and beyond to fix our system. Thanks Rich !!

    Phil and the RT crew are my #1 go-to for all kinds of maintenance. When Comcasts hired crew crashed through my water line last year, Phils advice saved me from letting those folks patch my main water line, then cover it up and leave before I could do anything about it. RT worked with the offending contractor and got me fixed up quick and perfect. Every tech they send over is polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Thanks for todays checkup, Donald! 12/20/24 UPDATE - Rich came to do the bi-annual maintenance and not only was he pleasant, but quick, and even offered some suggestions to help me take better care of my house. In service, you get what you pay for. I feel like I get a LOT for my money with RT.

    This is my second time doing business with RT services and they knocked it out the park again. This time around I had a pipe run from my house to the garden. I got tired of running my hose across the yard and having to move it every time I mow the lawn. They came out on time as scheduled!!! Two guys worked in the house while two guys worked outside to get the job done quickly and done right. What I especially liked was that they took the necessary precautions to keep my lawn looking good. This job called for them to dig a trench about 100 feet from the house to the garden below the frost line and they were careful to put the dirt in the back of a trailer and then took it from the trailer to fill the trench after. They also put down grass seeds and cover the area with dried straw when they were done. 5 stars for great service above and beyond my expectations. Great to have top-notch professionals in our area.

    Missed seeing Rich today, but Raymond did a great job. He was friendly and explained what he did. He also informed us of a minor issue he found today. It didnt require anything to be done right now, but something he will note so future inspections can monitor the situation. I would definitely be comfortable asking for Rich or Raymond for future service work.

    Excellent customer service and true professionals! I have had the good fortune to have been referred to Phil Thurber at RT Services following a failed water heater that leaked gallons of water into our basement. As happens with things that go wrong it happened after hours and in the middle of winter, right before the Christmas holiday. Phil was great! He came out less than an hour after I called. He assessed the situation and provided my husband and I with our options.Phil ordered the tankless water heater and had it installed up and running within a day or two of our initial call. Since that first encounter I have had opportunity to work with Phil on other projects such as my master bath and kitchen. He and Caleb are the best. The entire RT staff is exceptional I cannot recommend them enough. Phil is a gem- personable, honest and experienced. Trust your plumbing needs to RT Services you wont be disappointed.

    Phil Thurber and the whole staff are amazing. They are prompt, kind, and do quality work, and are willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent service. They were prompt to take a look at my heat pump when it wasn’t running properly and found it low on a freon and also serviced the unit while they were out and have consistently resolved my issues. Don’t waste your time calling around to find the cheapest, save yourself the time and hassle and cal the best with fair pricing and superior service immediately!

In and out in half a day to install 2 mini splits in bedrooms for us. Even came back next day on a Saturday to adjust something for us.     After dealing with low water pressure in my home for decades, I contacted Phil Thurber at RT Services. I explained my situation and he came and evaluated my water system. He was able to develop a plan to improve my water system. After discussing the solution with my wife and I and giving an estimate, he ordered the necessary components. When they arrived, Phil and his team set up an installation date and installed the new water system in a short time. He even was able to honor the estimate to the dollar!     The service I received from RT Services was very professional and friendly. From the first phone call I made to them until the moment they were done. We needed several hose bib replaced and was having a hard time finding someone to repair them, because two of them were in crawl spaces (one in a very tight space) Caleb and his son came, showed them where the issues were and they were more than willing to help. They explained the cost up front and went right to work. Fixed all our bibs in a few hours. What a relief! We had been trying to get two of the bibs fixed for over a year. I’m so excited that I don’t have to drag my hoses around our super long house anymore.     A year or so ago our well pump was going bad and our entire water system needed replaced as it was very old. We are getting ready to retire and have been making some improvements and changes at our house in preparation. RT Services gave us an estimate to do the work that was very resonable and more so what we were looking for. The work was done and we couldnt have been more happy. Recently we had been thinking the same about our heating and air conditioning system as it is aging too. We had thought about converting to something different completely. After speaking with Phil Thurber at RT Services he convinced us to stay with the type of system, deal with an issue we had with the fuel provider, and then call him when we are ready to replace the system. His honesty and integrity goes a long way in establishing a long term, and repeat customer.

    We called upon RT Services to evaluate a possible water leak in our home. Caleb and Phil called to inform us they were on their way, arrived on time, wore shoe covers on their shoes (to protect our floors), and quickly and efficiently assessed the issues. They were straight-forward and honest about where they felt the problem was and what would be involved in fixing it. They ended up replacing the main shut off valve for water into the house as it was old and water was still flowing when it was in the off position. They did a very nice job, cleaned up after themselves, and communicated very well. They did everything they said they would, including following up with a copy of the bill to our email and contacting an additional contractor to assist in the leak problem. I feel comfortable recommending this business.

    I never thought I would say that I am glad our air conditioner broke but because it did, we met the RT Service group. I cannot say enough nice things about everyone there. From the ladies that answer the phones to the gentlemen that come out for service. This is a well organized company. I love the text messages telling you when a tech is on route to your home. They make sure they are neat, clean and on time. We liked them so much we have signed up for their priority customer package for the second year now. They schedule service on our AC and heating units to help avoid issues. AND the built they nicest outdoor shower for us. You cant go wrong calling RT Services for any AC, Heating or Plumbing needs.

It honestly looks better than the original lines coming into the crawl space. they were even friendly with my toddler when he wanted to go out and see what they were up to. I then called RT services since they fixed my hot water heater a few months ago and did a wonderful job plus I knew I would get 15% off cause I purchased service plan a few months ago. Phil and the team were at my home the next day, diagnosed the problem quickly, showed me the failed valve and explained in detail showing the broken valve and telling us what function it has. Then got a new part, installed it and tested to see we had water again. Took the air out of the pipes and even checked on the hot water heater. It was a little expensive but nothing cheap these days. In my particular case the blockage was too far into the sewer line for the snake to reach (over 100’). Believe me when I say they were genuinely upset that there was nothing more they could do. They did however get my drain working better then it did when they showed up and they did not leave until they informed me of several options to solve my problem. On top of it all they did NOT charge me the quoted price, actually much lower because they were unable to completely clear my clog. If you ask me that is a very rare business ethic and a dying quality in today’s world. They also clean up after themselves and it was actually a pleasure having them in my home.
