Plumbing Masters did a big job for me replacing my sewer line. The line was 9 feet deep and they ran into several problems. They solved each problem and did beautiful work making sure to leave the work site in great shape.They are prompt, communicate well and Logan and crew were the smartest and hardest working crew I’ve met in many years. A 12 hour job done meticulously. I highly recommend them, it’s almost impossible to find work of this quality anymore.

I just had a very large water heater installed, went from a 30 gal to a 75 gal, which was clearly an enormous upgrade. Kyle showed up at the time I was given and he was beyond amazing. Not only did he do an outstanding job installing the water heater but he also educated me on numerous things that I had never even considered. I personally would reccomend Plumbing Master, specifically Kyle, for anything future heating and plumbing needs.

Highly recommend this company for water main work! Thats what i had done. Price was best of all quotes i got. When they gave the quote they said what they were gonna do and how. He said if they ran into issues maybe another hole dug but if no issues only 1 will be needed and it will be small and it will be like as if they werent there. They held to it and even put the grass back in place. If i could post a picture i would! Thanks again

I have used Plumbing Masters in the past, they have always been decent and knowledgeable. Today Kyle replaced a leaky shower faucet. Hes a nice guy and knew what he was doing! I see other reviews complained about costs, but thats the world we live in, no matter what needs fixed or replaced. I personally feel it puts the repairman in an awkward position when he needs to collect money on the spot. But Kyle is great, definitely recommend him and P.M.

Excellent service. They have great communication, did quality work, and Logan was a pleasure to deal with.The job got expensive quick, but was worth every penny. Logan removed about 6 feet of roots from my main drain, located where my pipe ran and checked the condition of it all, then repaired the damaged section. He explained the whole process, answered my questions, and was also just fun to converse with in general. I will definitely use Plumbing Masters again.

We had a major sewage blockage towards the street. I called at 7:30am and Logan was here around 8am. He was very professional and personable and he tolerated me following him around asking a million questions. He jetted the pipe clear and was done in around an hour.The cost was very reasonable considering the equipment, the pipe being cleared and it only taking an hour out of my day.Highly recommend Plumbing Masters.

They are what their name suggests!! Pure masters! Had a basement main sewer clog. They wouldnt stop until they got it. After troubleshooting they figured out what to do and clog was fixed in an instant!! Super cheap!! Dont spend thousands at roto router and still have an issue after words. We had a problem with the drain pipe for the washing machine. He replaced the pipe and leveled the washing machine, which, having been not level might have contributed to the problem. He also tightened the faucet on the kitchen sink which had worked loose. KyleExhibited excellent workmanship and attitude.
