Highly recommend for any cooling or heating needs - they are customer service driven which can be hard to find these days. C&S was very accommodating and squeezed me into their schedule whenever they could make it work, even if that meant coming in the evening or weekends. They worked with my home warranty company (who was a MAJOR pain throughout) to ensure that my new air conditioner was installed properly and was functioning as it should be!

Of course our AC died during a heat wave, and I have 2 large furry dogs who were struggling, I called 5 different companies the night before and this morning. C&S was the only one who even answered the phone (again, I understand things are busy right now). Spoke with John, he took my number and said a tech could most likely be at my house by 11 (this was 9 when we spoke). Tech called when he was on his way and was here by 10:30! Took a look told us what was broke, told us what to do from a maintenance perspective, and fixed it within 10 minutes. VERY REASONABLY PRICED! AC is back working! Very satisfied! Saved their number and will call for future needs for sure! Thank you so much!

C&S bailed us out 3 times. They have responded on short notice every time. When we needed a new system in a hurry they were there on a Sunday to install. The most recent service was to troubleshoot the A/C; it had stopped cooling. They arrived within an hour of the call. Within 5 minutes the technician had determined what the issue was and the part was replaced 10 minutes later. He was not at our house more 30 minutes total. I have no need or desire to call anyone else.

Great guys very knowledgeable! Came out on a Sunday to replace the motor in my unit after my A/C stopped working suddenly. They worked w: my home warranty company. They drove several places looking for the correct parts and spend a good majority of the day here! Highly recommended!

This company is AWESOME! My 79 year old mothers air conditioner quit working in the HOTTEST part of July. It got so hot her husband had a heart attack! We had called several other companys and they either didnt reply or couldt get to it for a week or so. I called this company and they were there and FIXED it within a few hours!!! They didnt over charge, were very courteous and HONEST! I would definitely do business with them again!!

I am a woman business owner that purchased a restaurant from my Grandmother. John was her handyman. One of the first things that she said to me was that I needed John to keep our restaurant running. No truer words were ever spoken. John and his crew have always treated me with respect. They have showed up on a moments notice because something wasnt working. He explains the problem and usually gives me a few options for the fix. Hes never pushy or insulting. I dont know what wed do with out him! He is a very busy man but will drop everything for our emergencies! Thanks John!
