    My first contact with Forsburg Furnace & Air Conditioning was by phone with Heather who works in the office. I told her that we heat with electric baseboards and inquired about a ductless mini split system. She was very kind in the way she assisted me by scheduling an in-home consultation with Joe. At the appointed time, Joe arrived to do a walk-thru with us and to share his ideas about a ducted Mitsubishi hyper heat pump system to meet our heating and cooling needs. He explained how duct work could be retrofitted to our home and why it would preserve its outside appearance. His enthusiasm for this was catching; he is the kind of man that you want to do business with. When his proposal arrived by email a couple days later with all the details and pricing, I went right to the office to sign-on and schedule the installation. Just before that date, Ryan and Kevin arrived to take measurements in order to assure a proper lay-out. On the day of installation, Ryan returned with Kevin and Nick. As a crew they worked very well together. They were all polite and respectful, answering questions and receiving inputs. They accomplished the installation in three days--retrofitting duct work, installing two air handlers, running line sets, positioning the heat pump unit outdoors with two thermostatic controls indoors, before taking the final steps to make it all work. We are excited for the project that Forsburg accomplished for us and look forward to an ongoing relationship with them for any future support.

    Well, it certainly is refreshing to deal with true professionals ! My appointment time was 9/10 /24 @ 8:30 AM and They arrived at 8:10 AM. I love on time people, having been a broker for 42 years I never was late for an appointment ( usually was early). Upon arrival They went to work within 4 minutes as I heard the process start. I heard very little talking as the crew went about Their work. The total job was finished by 10:30 AM ! The Gentleman also installed a brand new thermostat in record time and my cat also enjoyed watching him execute his job, she got right next to him. After completion the gentleman explained the functions of thethermostat and left a pamphlet. Soon after another man asked me accompany him to the basement for a total review, I really liked this part as I want to understand what was completed. They executed all work and cleaned up everything, almost as if they had never been there and I suddenly had a new gas furnace. Not to mention the gentleman explaining how I will receive a $ 500.00 rebate and how to fill out the paperwork, which was super easy. I mailed it the same day. ( 4 to 6 weeks till the rebate arrives ) If you need work done at a more than fair price give the guys a call. Im sure glad we have people like these guys still around.

    I had an issue earlier in the year with my ac unit. I called Forsburg and Joe came out in short order. He charged the system and I inquired about its age. He gave me the information and was very helpful. He offered to get me quotes. Within a week or so, I received the quotes. They were very reasonable. I called and scheduled the install and the staff i spoke with were very friendly. Upon scheduling, the install was less than 30 days out. The guys showed up and were very professional. They replaced the ac unit with a new heat pump. The gentleman explained the new thermostat and provided paperwork. Everything was left very clean. The work took them approximatley 3hrs. Wonderful company with very skilled craftsmen.

    After our heat pump failed last year, I reached out to Forsburg for an estimate based on a friends recommendation. Joe was on time for the appointment and was thorough in his evaluation of our situation. For various reasons, we waited till this Spring to get estimates updated and make a decision. To my surprise, the estimate barely changed! Joe and his staff are all very kind, patient, and were responsive to all my questions. Once we made the decision, installation was schedule within a couple weeks and went seamlessly...just in the nick of time before the 90+ degree heat wave! The new Carrier A/C unit is working flawlessly and keeping us comfortable.

    The team from Forsburg Furnace replaced our old oil boiler with a propane-fired boiler in about 6 hrs, and removed our remaining oil and tank to donate to someone in need. What a blessing!     Our old furnace was emitting carbon dioxide outside our home (thanks to the exhaust system) and had to be replaced immediately. Forsburg came almost immediately, switched the system to our heat pump, and replaced the furnace within three days. They were very friendly and accommodating. We are very pleased with our new Carrier furnace and easy to use thermostat.

    The two outside condenser units were wall mounted above the snow line and look great. The seven inside wall mounted air handler units are located in their respective rooms in areas for the best heating or cooling distribution. All tubing and wiring looks fine and exposed areas are concealed with a nice looking covering.I am well satisfied with all the installation work and was done one day earlier than the estimated time. Give your crew a thumbs up.

    Foresburg Furnace Review:The men were professional, fast, efficient, and helpful. The entire job for us, installation of a natural gas furnace and ductwork in the attic and central air, was completed in the 3 days specified and well done.     Air Conditioning again...finally! Recently bought a new house and had Forsburg install a new heat pump/central air unit. We had a similar system at our old house and it worked great for many years. Forsburg did an exceptional job installing our central air. Joe and his staff were professional and helpful. They arrived on time and worked efficiently - installing both the heat pump unit (which was top of line upgraded model) and installed an electric water heater for us. They completed our entire install in 1/2 a day and have arranged to come back and remove the bulky oil tank. They also took care of filing for the rebate which was received in less than a month.     We used Forsburg Furnace & Air Conditioning to install air conditioning in our house that is over 150 years old. We do not have an attic, so we were concerned with the type of air conditioning we could have. Forsburg gave us options and we chose the Mitsubishi units. The installation process was very efficient and easy. The workmen were clean and listened to our suggestions on where to place units.     I called for after-hours emergency repair on our Lennox Furnace. The repairman explained to me that no place in this city had on hand parts for Lennox so he would save us money and wait until tomorrow morning to come and see if he needed to order parts from Lennox for our repair. Unfortunately, the necessary repair parts would be really expensive, and they might take some time to get here. The serviceman came early and would have ordered the necessary parts, but we decided to get a new Carrier furnace that could be readily repaired, if necessary. By 12:30 pm that day 2 nice and polite young men were here to install and within 2 hours we had heat! We could not have asked for better service and we are now a happy and warm couple.     Had foresburg install a carrier heating and ac unit in our home. They arrived on time everyday, seemed to work efficiently and the system works good . Only downside was there attention to detail. They ran a duct line through the middle of the closet instead of sliding out the shelving and putting it in rear corner so we would still have full access to it.

    I had my first gas furnace installed byForsburg Furnace in 1999. The furnace lasted until Jan 2021 when I had Forsburg Furnace install a new high efficiency gas furnace in the same house. I shopped for price like I did the first time and found Forsburg to be very competitive. Price however is not everything. The installation is probably more important to make sure you get the most value and cost savings out of your purchase. I highly recommend Forsburg for these reasons and more as they are friendly, responsive and professional.
