I would like to give a shout out for the 5 star customer service given by Discount Plumbing. We had an emergency needing immediate help that was given promptly along with repairing the leak the next morningso we could get on with life. I called about my sewer backing up into the house. They were there with 20 minutes and had me all fixed and good to go with 45 minutes. Even for the weekend they didn’t charge me anywhere near what I’ve been charged by other plumbing companies in this town. I will definitely use them again.Edit: once again had to use them for a friends house. Came out in quick amount of time especially for after hours. Got the water heater going and was priced reasonably. Will continue to use them. Thanks again!!

The shower in our 1 and only bathroom broke and wouldn’t turn off. We were frantic. Called Discount that afternoon, and understandably they could not make it out the same day before 5. But the people were so nice and empathetic; they sent a plumber, Dustin, out first thing the next morning. We spent less than 24 hours without water. When the job was done, it was better than ever! We were so thankful for the prompt and professional service we received. We have never had good luck with plumbers in Wichita Falls, but Discount gave us hope again. We will definitely be calling them back for all our plumbing needs! Thank you!

Ive used these guys for years for both commercial and residential work and they never disappoint. I had an issue with the plumbing at one of my rent houses, over the Thanksgiving weekend. Hours before the viewing of a loved one at a funeral home and minutes before relatives arrived, we had multiple clogs making our sinks and toilet unusable. Main drain was leaking from sink! It needed to be replaced, with a family of 6 . Being without a kitchen sink is not an option. Made several calls to local plumbers, and all were book out.
