I had an issues with my drain pipes leaking so I called Drainiacs to diagnose and fix the issue. Their team was knowledgable, professional and courteous. Gave me multiple solutions that were tailored for my house. We ended up doing a whole drain repiping. The job done was excellent and done in a timely manner. They were also careful and containing the work sites by laying tarps on stairs and masking off my other rooms. I would use them again for any plumbing jobs!

I had a clogged toilet today (Saturday) that I couldnt plunge out myself so I called them. Someone answered immediately and had a plumber at my house in leas than an hour! They assessed the situation thoroughly and began to unclog. They explained step by step and had me up and running quickly. Ive dealt with other plumbers before but not like Daniel Cordova plumbing. The charge was very reasonable for the fact that it was a Saturday evening. I am definitely going to use them in the future!

From start to finish this company is outstanding in every way! Dee Dee, the office assistant, was a pleasure to work with and kept me informed every step of the way! Rick came out and installed 2 new toilets and converted a shower valve from a 2 handle hot and cold knobs to a single one, he was professional, friendly and courteous! He arrived on time and completed everything in a timely manner, he also did a wonderful job in cleaning everything up! I highly recommend this company for superb service in every way, this company will get all my business in the future.

I called and explained my situation and it was analyzed over the phone accurately, Daniel knew exactly what the problem was. He explained what needed to be done to resolve the issue and provided a quote and availability, he even made sure to get me in ASAP as the leak was causing water damage to the interior of my house. The plumbing technicians were skilled and efficient, they knew how long it would take and finished in the timeframe quoted. We were days away from closing escrow on the sale of our home and became faced with a last minute fire drill. While cleaning our vacated home, the main sewer line became clogged. Two different plumbers were unable to clear our line or tell us exactly what the problem was. Daniel Cordova plumbing came to the rescue with the proper equipment, and was quickly able to diagnose the issue. Understanding the situation we were in, Daniel immediately remedied the problem by repairing and installing a permanent cure caused by invasive city owned tree roots. Daniel and his team were honest. They used the most current technology that was appropriate, saving us time and money. They warranty their work. Had it not been for moving away from Los Angeles, we would have been a loyal customer for all of our future plumbing needs! Thank you!!!

Called this company around noon on a Saturday of Labor day weekend and was able to get an appointment scheduled for a quote between 3-5pm later that day. Got a call back within half an hour saying they could have a technician at my house within 30 minutes, even better! David arrived with a smile looking fresh and clean, politely mannered and ready to do the job. I noted that he put on shoe covers before stepping into my home. He assessed the clogged drain and promptly gave me a very reasonable quote. I signed in agreement and he quickly and carefully went to work. He finished the job thoroughly, letting me know about possible future issues without pressure. From start to finish everything was very professionally handled and I will be using this company again in the future.

We were unable to get hot water out of both of our home showers. Daniel Cordova came out to repair both the showers. Our guest bathroom shower was particularly difficult to repair as mineral deposits had created a tight seal around the valves in need of replacing, but he made every effort to remedy the situation and was successful. He is a professional. Daniel was on time, made every appointment, and kept us up to date on the delivery of our parts. I would recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services.

My hot water heater suddenly stopped providing hot water one morning. I checked the pilot, nothing, tried to ignite, nothing. Called Daniel Cordova Plumbing since theyre less than 1 mile from my house. They arrived within the estimated time frame to check and immediately determined the thermocouple was burned out. Told me they need to order the part and would be back the next day to install. They came back 24-hrs later and installed the thermocouple, but still could not get the gas pilot to ignite. At that point it was determined the entire thermostat assembly would need replacement. George recommended I purchase a new hot water heater instead of a thermostat since theres no guarantee this would fix the problem being its a 10 yr old unit. I agreed. George replaced my old hot water heater with a new 40 gal unit that same afternoon. Though the total cost was on the high end of what I wanted to spend, the quality, detail and professionalism of George and Daniel Cordova Plumbing made it easier to absorb.

I can not tell you how much your two employees were the most professional people we had in our home in years. We had dealt with medical personal to other plumbers. None can compare to Ricardo and Juan. Starting by introducing themselves to us. They explained every step of the way what they were going to do for the day. They would tell me when they need to come in to the house to work. Ricardo even asked if we wanted the shower head raised without us saying anything. (My son is 63) That kind of detail to their job showed in everything they did. After the last plumbing company we had here, Daniel Cordova Plumbing made me trust the craft again. These guys are true professionals, theyll work with you to get your problem fixed. Its true team work because whenever they have a break, they come by and help out their co-workers. Over the course of a week, Ive had Rick who was the main awesome guy worked on the fix, but two other guys Marcus and Ricardo was in and out as well to help out whenever they can. On the last day it was tag team all three of them, and they got all the patching and clean up work done in no time. Rick went the extra mile to triple check everything before the fix so that he can do whats best for the customer. He also explained the issue to me very clearly so that I can understand whats involved. They were always courteous and on time as well.I hope not to have to call a plumber again but if I do, Id definitely call these guys.

I lost the hot water on my fairly new Rheem 40 gallon water heater and I called Daniel Cordova Plumbing for a free estimate on repair since I had been without hot water for 3 days. Service Technician, Marcus Enriquez showed up and I showed him the thermostat the Rheem Company sent me in response to the self-diagnosis found on the water heater. Marcus was a true gentleman, polite, well mannered, respectful and very knowledgeable. He gave me a reasonable estimate but said Rheem should have sent me a pilot light assembly as well since from his experience there was a likelihood it would be needed as well. Sure enough, Marcus was correct since the pilot light assembly would not turn on. Marcus said he would come back and replace the pilot light assembly once Rheem sent it to me. Not wanting to wait another 3 days, I asked him what would it cost for another water heater and he gave me a good estimate on a better model. He brought the new water heater the next day and installed it. Marcus even waived off yesterdays labor. I felt very comfortable with the service and I am now enjoying nice hot showers with a full 10-year warranty from their company for any future problems. Thank you Marcus!

Juan was sent and evaluated and tested both items and let me know there was nothing wrong with either item. Could have easily charged me to replace both but was honest and said they were fine. Dont get me started about Home Depots installation services (0 stars on this install); but the Drainiacs are an honest company that Ill gladly use in the future.

Our drainage outside the house caused flooding on the patio and the swimming pool water to flow over the edge during the heavy rains. The Plumbers that responded to our request to locate the problem were totally successful in pinpointing where the pipes were clogged due to roots that had grown into the area over a period of time. They were resourceful in determining the specific location, removed concrete to dig up the clogged pipes, and re-routed the drainage system with new pipes. We were extremely happy with their skills and courtesy in working with us.

I called Daniel Cordova Plumbers because they had very good reviews and I had just cancelled an urgent plumbing job with a different plumber because of their lack of professionalism. From the moment I called Daniel Cordova Plumbing, I was treated with respect and kindness. I called on a Saturday and Rick, one of their Service Technicians, was on time, kind, understanding and NOT overbearing. He listened to me explain what my plumbing issues were and was able to explain things in a very simple way and never oversold any repairs or services that were not needed. He tackled the problem at hand and I never got the feeling that I was paying for anything I did not need. Because the job was going to be bigger to get done on a Saturday, Rick was able to leave things in working condition so I could use the plumbing until he and Ricardo came back to complete the full job. Rick and Ricardo did an amazing job redoing the draining system in my house, which still had the original system since 1948. Their work was impeccable, they were on time and went above and beyond what I contracted them to do in order to make sure everything was working perfectly. I am not gaining any perk other than the satisfaction of saying that Rick, Ricardo and Daniel Cordova Plumbing far exceeded my expectations in their service, their work, work ethick and the kindness of their personnel. I know who to call the next time I need a plumber. I also HIGHLY recommend Rick and Ricardo as technicians, plumbers, work quality, people skills, integrity and kindness.

The only negative and do not think it was worth taking a star away but have to at least mention it is that the vent to our crawl space where the new pipe entered into under the house was completely torn and to damage to use again, just looked like it could have carefully made a hole into the metal screen to run through.
