    Received on three occasions. One is Mitch came himself when my toilet would not mount, fixed it. And walk away without charging me. By the way, it was the day after Christmas. Came on Saturday to fix a major leak without charging me weekend rates. Made arrangements for some to come on weekend to fix kitchen sink drain so we were not stuck all weekend. I highly recommend.

    Great experience with Mitch Clemmons Plumbing once again! I knew something was very wrong bec my water hose was off but it sounded as if it was on for a few hours. Immediately I looked every where for water on or a leak in basement, under each sink, at each spicket. But I couldn’t find anything. I remember to turn off water main. A little while later I called Mitch Clemmons Plumbing. They texted & told me when a technician was on his way. They came by right away & figured out what was leaking & turned off that valve until I need to use it. They were professional & helpful! They took some time to figure out the best & easiest solution for them & for me. I needed to leave soon for an appointment. It was off hours for the technicians too, but they continued until the work was done.I was very grateful to have water bk on in house & to know I wasn’t leaking water anymore!I am grateful for this company.     Glen installed new hardware for 2 showers. The walls were a challenge, he said, and it took them a long time to do it. I’m grateful that they stayed until the job was done. They did leave a gaping hole in the next room, however, which I wasn’t warned about. Fortunately, we have a drywaller in the family, who can patch it up.

    Prompt, polite, & professional service by Glen and his trainee. The plumbers corrected the incorrect installation of a P-trap that caused a leak from our sink drain. We have had them back for a few other jobs and will have them back the next time we need a plumber. Charlene and Bella in the office were very responsive and helpful. My only reservation is that they don’t break down their charges into labor, parts, and sales tax, so it’s impossible to know what we’re paying for each component. Otherwise, I would give them five stars.

    Mitch Clemons made a stubborn shower drain clog go away for 98 follars. I was impressed throughout the entire process, pleasant Customer Service, same day appointment. Fabian the plumber showed up on time put on his booties and went to work. It was a stubborn clog that took about 30-40 minutes to clear, This is where he earned my trust that he went back to the van and brought ina bigger augur…and 10 minites later it was cleared. No doubt Mitch Clemmons is the peope i will call on to in the future.

    They came out to fix a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink. It turned out that not only did the hose need to be replaced, but the overflow tube was damaged which caused water to run on the countertop when we ran the dishwasher. The technician was thorough, and the pricing was fair.Weve used Mitch Plumbing in the past and they are our favorite, go-to plumbing company. There is always someone to pick up the phone and scheduling is quick. If the repair didnt fix the problem, they will return for no charge. They are committed to quality service and ensuring that their customers are satisfied.

    I have used Mitch Clemmons Plumbing for about five years now for both my business and my home. They have installed tankless water heaters for both properties, fixed a slab leak at the house, installed hot water recirculation lines, and most recently hydrojet cleaned my kitchen drain when it had a difficult clog. Everything including scheduling, communication, professionalism, knowledge, quality of work, cleanliness, etc. has simply been excellent.     Been using Mitch Clemmons for a little over 5 yrs. now. Nice friendly and professional team. Richard came out to clear a clog and found the back up was the least of my problems. We had holes in our lines and it was starting to make a mess under the house. He caught the problem in time and had all new sewer lines installed in 2 days. I always refer Mitchs team to family and friends. Mitch went as far as to help a friend I recomended which ends up living a few door down from Mitch on a holiday evening.

    Mitch Clemmons came to my families rescue. I feel that most plumbing clients only find themselves in need of service in bad situations or, like myself, a nightmare of a situation. So with that being said... a pipe fix turned into a full redrain in a blink of an eye. We live in a home built in 1947 and needed plumbing bad. We planned to replace the plumbing but were hoping to tackle it the next year. Once my husband found a hole in a drainage pipe under the house, everything was already failing. So once one issue was addressed, we knew there was going to be something else. We opened that can of worms so they say. It all happened so fast. But thats the thing, it was all fixed really fast! They have a wonderful team and network of specialists to get the job done. I dont know if I wanted to do it that fast but we were there and as a team they made sure we were taken care of. There wasnt one night I was left without functional plumbing. There was only a 6 hour window I went without plumbing to be honest. It was more then a weeks worth of work they finished a head of schedule. For the nightmare I was in, I feel I was in the best hands and confident in the work done to my house.

    We had the faucet in our kitchen replaced and Glenn did a good job. He listened to our concerns. The only thing is that we would’ve liked for him to wear shoe covers since out floor was dirty afterwards. Also he left the shower handle loose when he thought he was going to be able to repair the shower. We didn’t notice it was loose and almost fell over when we went to grab the handle. He could have told us it was loose or tightened it again. Other than these two things Glenn did a great job.

    We have a thermostatically-controlled shower system that we love but that is now having issues every six months, with the hot water flow decreasing to annoyingly low levels. Most plumbers have no experience with these systems and are even afraid to try to work on it. Glenn at Mitch Clemmons Plumbing gave it a try and was able to get the hot water flowing noticeably better, so we were very happy with that, and he didn’t charge us quite as much as first estimated since he wasn’t sure if he’d permanently fixed the problem and didn’t need to flush the system.. We also had a clogged kitchen drain that another of their plumbers, Steve, unclogged for us. He thought there might be two drains involved, but when he was able to clear the clog through one drain, he only charged us for one drain cleaning. The communications, response time, and customer service are excellent. They seem like an honest and smart company with pleasant employees. We’ll definitely be calling them again when needed.

    This is the second time we’ve hired Mitch Clemmons Plumbing. As always, they were very responsive and professional from the very beginning. Our tech was Steven Cruz, who was on time and very friendly. He diagnosed the cause of the leak, which was a bit tricky to repair due to the tightness of the space. He initially thought we’d have to cut into an additional plywood to get full access to replace the pipe. This obviously would have caused us to repair not only the drywall, but also the plywood. On the day of the repair, Steven said he figured out a way to avoid cutting into the plywood to make the repair. He and his partner, Gabriel Salido, repaired the leak very quickly and tested it to make sure the leak was gone. They then cleaned up the area very neatly, which we appreciated. Steven could have just cut into the plywood to make the repair easy for himself, but the fact that he thought of a way to avoid that was a reflection of his work ethic. Rather than make things easy for himself, he made thing easier for us. Furthermore, he was very polite and explained everything from the beginning to the end. He was a very pleasant guy to deal with. We’d definitely recommend Mitch Clemmons Plumbing, especially knowing the values he stand for. Last but not least, their price was very fair and reasonable. So call them for all your plumbing, drain and gas projects. You won’t regret it.

    We had an emergency with water flooding in the garage coming from 2 faulty valves to our washing machine. Steven came out and replaced the valves, tested, hooked up to the washing machine and tested again before he left.     Mitch clemmons came to our rescue when a gas leak was discovered and the gas was shut off immediately. after several companies gave us estimates it was mitch clemmons that came back with a reasonable bid. they did the job perfectly and then my husband had to have emergency surgery the next day but they stepped up completed the job helped me to get the gas turned back on and dealt with the city permits. this is the ultimate in customer service which as senior citizens is a life saver. mitch clemmons will always be my go to when I have any plumbing issues. Trust is key in any business.

    They did a great job. The first snake that that used to clear the trap did not reach far enough to clear the clog. Instead of trying to convince me that they cleared the clog they told me that they needed a different snake but they had to go get it because it wasnt in their van because one of the other employees had borrowed it and didnt return it. So they left for about 30 minutes and returned with the correct equipment. It took another 30-45 minutes but the clog was cleared. Great job! I highly recommend this company.
