I had a great experience with service. Called in for service, and the serviceman came promptly. Mr. Ronnie (during the writing of this review, come to learn he is the owner himself) evaluated the piping of the main gas line. And projected an action plan to resolve our issue. Service was scheduled the next day once our side was able to confirm the pricing and we called in to accept. Arrived promptly the next day, 2 service men came out. Mr. Ronnie and Mr. Memo. All went according to plan and both servicemen worked promptly and advised us at the front door when the job was done. I went out to check the work done and can confirm it is the work that was advised of. Thank you so much. Great communication and excellent service. We had multiple toilets inspected and one had to be pulled, reset and sealed to stop the leaks. Service was impeccable! The home office answered and scheduled us quickly. Our plumber Shawn arrived the next day early and prepared with everything he needed. He inspected the toilets, explained the issues and gave us a fair quote (less expensive than many of the other ones we got) and got to work. He was done in around an hour with everything looking spotless.We have an old house so plumbing issues are going to happen, but were glad to have found reliable plumbers to call!

We were looking for a good plumber for our gas leak. We had several come over and give us quotes, but R.K Knight was the most fair as far as price and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The others we had seen were questionable. As soon as we gave them the green light, Lou (the plumber), immediately started digging. He was excellent! It took 2 days and it was done. The work was done perfectly! My favorite thing about this company was the thank you card we received days later that was manually signed. In this fast paced world, nobody ever takes the time to do this. Makes me really think they value their customers and their business! Very impressed! We would absolutely use them again!!

R K Plumbing to the rescue…again! Twice this month this company came to help two old ladies living alone . And they came shortly after I called! Josh and his apprentice Memo unplugged our toilet quickly and professionally. They were friendly, and knowledgeable AND they introduced themselves, a real plus in my book.Shawn made time to stop by on his way home from work to assess a leaking sprinkler part. I’d scheduled for tomorrow, but the lovely receptionist said he was coming this evening to see if a part needed to be ordered. After 20 years it was time to replace the Wall Mounted Kitchen Faucet and the 2 water valves for the clothes washer. I had them come out to give me a quote. They were on time and very professional.Shawn the tech even advised me of the possibility of problems were he may have to open up the wall.We scheduled the work, Shawn was on time and went out of his sway to do a good job. Unfortunately he was right about having to get into the wall. So there was a slight increase in the labor.When he was done he cleaned up his work area .We have used them in the past and this time was no different. Excellent work.

Wow! I highly recommend R.K. Knight Plumbing. I used their services for three different jobs this week. One was a rooter job of cleaning out the sewer line, another was rerouting a gas line inside my home and another replacing one of my toilets. All three of these different jobs were done expediently & professionally. Randy, our tech, showed up on time and was very conscientious about doing a neat job and not leaving a mess when done. Ronny showed up with my toilet selection while the rooter was being done so the job kept moving. Great teamwork. They also got right back to me with an estimate on the gas line issue and we were able to get that done right away. I had placed calls about this to other plumbers who never even got back to me! I am beyond grateful for the quick response I received from RK Knight Plumbing. During the installation of a new washer, the hot water valve not only was fused to the old hose but was broken inside the wall. We had to turn off the main water valve to the whole house. After a few failed attempts to get a plumber out to fix it, I finally called RK Knight and they sent over a technician right away. Randy is amazing!! The quality of his work exceeded my expectations and he had water restored to the house in under 2 hours. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

The technician arrived early and we were made to feel like our clogged main line was urgent and important to them. Randy was very experienced, friendly and did clean work in our house with replacing a leaky toilet ring. But the main job was unclogging the main line. He ran the rooter thru several times to make sure he got it. He located our outside hidden cleanout under the lawn very quickly. All charged were described in advance of work. Randy was polite, friendly and wore a face mask to protect me against covid 19. Bathroom left clean. Flowing water confirmed main line was unclogged. This firm is highly reputable, very professional and the 4th time we used them. We highly recommend them.

Randy was professional yet friendly. He looked at the water heater, told me it was 16 years old, and then proceeded to replace the leaky hoses at the top. When done he suggested that I make sure that the hot water works. After running the tap for a minute I realized that the hot water did not work. So I accompanied him outside and he attempted to see if the pilot light would relight. It would not, so I told him to order a new water heater. He drained the old one and then left for a while to go get the new one. He returned and in a short period of time he was done putting the new one in. He cleaned up and left my backyard looking just as he found it. Randy was very pleasant and friendly and did a great job!

As a long time La Mirada homeowner I can say that RK Knight is the best plumbing company in the area. They personally answer the phone every time and send a serviceman out the same day. RK Knight has the most skilled and knowledgeable staff as should be since it is a family business that goes back generations. Since they do all the work themselves there is no turnover so you get the same guys every time and they remember you. What I like most is there’s no pushy salesmanship. They are honest and kind and will even take time after the work is done to give you free advice on future projects. I’ve always had them do little jobs in the past and I was so satisfied with the level of professionalism that when I had a major problem I didn’t even get other quotes. The price they quoted was on the low end from what I had read and I was glad that I went ahead and approved right away since it turned out I had a major leak that was causing high water bills. I called them after hours to leave a message but they picked up the phone and scheduled me for the exact time and day I requested. RK Knight sent a whole crew for a two man job so that they could get the job done faster. I was impressed with how well the area was cleaned up and what hard working and friendly the guys were that day. Thanks RKK you have a customer for life!

Our water heater that we bought 8 years ago failed twice. This time we wanted to by a new, more reliable water heater that would last longer and with less likelihood of problems. Weve used R.K. Knight Plumbing and Rooter in the past to replace our bathtub faucet and unclog our drain. They did a fantastic job! Again, we called Ronnie at R.K. Knight and told him we were getting quotes for a new water heater. His price was fair and he recommended a top brand name water heater for our home. Ronnie is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He sent out one of his top-notch technicians, Lou, and he came out and replaced our water heater with the new one and hauled away the old one. Lous service was professional, friendly and he was on-time, coming out the same day I called. Great service. I would always recommend R.K. Knight Plumbing and Rooter!
