Sergio is a saint among plumbers. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. I came home from vacation to a flooded basement. Within fifteen minutes of calling he was here and drained it out. He came back ON NEW YEARS DAY and installed a new heater, which required rerouting several pipes and even did some service on my boiler while he was here. I cannot recommend him strongly enough!

Sergio has been doing my plumbing repairs for over 25 years, maybe 30 years,, and his work is top notch. His motto is: If it works, dont fix it. So you only pay for what you absolutely need with him. As a result, I had my heater boiler for years, because Sergio made repairs when needed. When it finally had to be replaced, Sergio spent 2 weeks for a set price that we had agreed on, and he didnt leave the job until the heater boiler was perfect. Ive had no problems with the new heater boiler for the last 3 years. Plus my Con Ed bill has decreased. All of Sergios work is top notch. Also I can leave Sergio working in my house, and step out to do whatever, because hes reliable, responsible, and honest. In addition, when my pipe in the garage clogged, and we needed to consult a pipe company, he made sure that he was there, so I did not get taken advantage of money wise. Any time, I had a real emergency, Sergio came, no matter what time it was. If you want the best plumber in Whitestone, and Queens, Sergio is your man.

Sergio was an absolute professional. Another plumber came before and quoted $1500 to get the job done that didn’t need to be done, the issue I had was minor and far less expensive and was rectified by Sergio. Certainly will be using him whenever plumbing work needs to be done. Integrity/honesty is hard to come by but he possesses those great qualities. He’s a true gem .

Sergio and Vinnie were efficient, professional, and easy to work with. I had a leaking copper pipe behind a wall, they came in and assessed what needed to be done step by step to get it fixed. Once they gained access to the pipe, they replaced it and soldered the new pipe professionally and correctly. After they fixed the leak, they thoroughly cleaned up the work area. I will be using them for any future problems/repairs with my plumbing. I highly recommend their services.

Sergio of Pipe Service Pros has been servicing and repairing our very very old steam boiler and kept it working, heating our home continuously for the past 5 years, saving us the cost of buying a new boiler. Also, when our 15 year old water heater began leaking, Sergio removed it and installed a new one. When our basement toilet and bathtub began backing up, Sergio found that our main sewer was blocked and he electrically snaked and cleared the sewer stoppage. Over the years, Sergio has been to our home various times to service leaks and plumbing issues in our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Sergio recently installed additional piping that connects DEP street water into our DEP Water Meter in our basement that DEP said needed to be done. most currently Sergio has installed new valves to our attic bath tub and shower that restored water pressure to original 1950 strength when our house was built. We are retired and really appreciate Sergios fair and reasonable price for his services. Sergio responds promptly when we need him. He is reliable, professional and efficient. Sergio has been my plumber for the last several years and I recommend him highly. Most recently, I called on a Sunday because water was backing up in my basement. Sergio assessed my problem, offered to come that day but we agreed Monday was fine. Monday morning Sergio quickly identified my issue - a sewer line blockage - and fixed it. As he worked, Sergio explained what he was doing and why and showed me what was involved. In past visits Sergio has given me advice which I have followed to avoid potential problems. The only reason I didn’t highlight “good value” is because I do not shop prices. If I have a plumbing issue I automatically call Sergio. I trust him to get the job done.

Great company. Vinny and Sergio replaced a rotted out drain pipe connected to two kitchens on both floors after figuring out the source of the leak. They were professional, fast, and efficient. They figured out the most cost effective way to fix the issue while minimizing damage to the kitchen. While other plumbers recommended removing the entire kitchen sink and cabinets they figured out how to do it without having to go through all that. They seem highly skilled and experienced. This was the first time I used Pipe Service Pros. Sergio (Owner) was recommended to me by my roofer. I needed to detect and repair a leak which was hard to find. The triage questions that Sergio asked me and my tenant were thorough and well thought out. Ultimately, after about an hour of patiently looking for the problem, Sergio found it. Just when you lose faith in people, someone comes along to restore it. On a recommendation from a friend, I called Sergio to take care of a few problems I was having (running toilets that were fixed by another plumber, water heater maintenance, heating and drain backing up). He was personable, communicative, honest and fair in his pricing. Sergio talked me out of unnecessary work explaining why I didnt need it and why spend the money for no gain. I am not sure many of us can say that a plumber or any home repair technician talked us out of spending money. He fixed all the problems I was having with very reasonable rates and efficiently. I wish this had ten stars to give because I would. Sergio is a first-rate human being besides being a first-rate plumber! My 93-year-old aunt spent her summer in a hospital and then a rehab facility. I found Sergio, and from the moment we spoke, I knew I had the right person for this job. My aunt had not done any appreciable repairs to her home in almost 60 years! I called Pipe Service Pros in a panic with my kitchen sink water not going down and 3/4 full of water around 5pm in the afternoon. He said he would be there within 30 minutes and he was. He has to empty the sink of water, take apart the pipes under sink and snake the pipe as well. Not only was he professional but he explained to me every aspect and tested the area after fixing the problem. Unfortunately later that evening after doing a sink load of dishes I noticed a small patch of water under the sink. I called him immediately and he advised me to put a pan in the spot and he would be there the following day and he was. Found the part that was slightly stripped and replaced it and cleaned up. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.
