    Very satisfied with Mr. Rain on replacing a toilet. I believe the one low rating was due to a misunderstanding. There are bad customers as well as bad plumbers. When you work with a home warranty company, you cant add on a 2nd problem when the contractor arrives without a 2nd payment. Thats how it works.
