    We had a unique situation where we just needed a plumber to come confirm that there was no leak. They sent someone out quickly and for a very reasonable price.     Very prompt service. Sai (the plumber) was home within 30 minutes of my initial call and was a gem. We had a basement toilet backing up and he did a thorough evaluation and gave us step by step instructions on what was needed. Very knowledgeable, he tried his best to unclog our pipes, but due to some other major problem in our lines, he could not resolve the issue. However, hats of to Sai and Roto-Rooter, they guided me in the right direction. I little pricey, however well worth as the company and the staff is very professional, reliable and trust worthy.

    Erik was such a kind, professional rep who assured me he could fix my clog problem. He got right to work pulling my pipes apart carefully & informed me of what he was doing. He listened to me explain everything I tried & looked at the drain cleaners I used. He was confident he could fix it & made me feel confident in him also. My rescue dog was curious & watched him & he spoke to her gently taking her off alert. He knew exactly what to do & had it fixed & working. He cleaned up & was so courteous after all he did, I was so happy with such a kind, knowledgeable person to be able to help me & take the time to acknowledge my dog instead of locking her up.     Edit: had to dock them a star due to pricing. So much is out of the control due to urgency that it isnt until later that we saw the high cost associated with repair .Roto rooter saved the day. We had a second floor leak cause a mess in the kitchen but an after hours response by Floyd and weekend water monitoring by Jordan was great. Jordan went out of his way to review and confirm damage was cleared and were now dry and cleaned up, and back to making meals in the kitchen.
